The Cocoonr/Book&Pay agency offers, in Céret, this charming apartment with sight on the mountain, with swimming pool, of a surface of 75 m ² and being able to accommodate until 5 travelers. Located on the first floor in a quiet residence, it consists of a nice living room of 25 m², an equipped kitchen, two nice bedrooms, two bathrooms (with shower) and you can enjoy a garden of about 200 m².

The accommodation is composed as follows :
- A living room of 25 m² with sofa, TV, dining area
- An open kitchen equipped with : electric kettle, oven, microwave oven, toaster, cooking plates...
- A large bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200), private living room with a sofa bed, cupboards, TV
- A bedroom with a queen-size bed (160×200) and an adjoining bathroom with shower
- A shower room with shower
- A separate toilet

Exterior:
- A private unheated swimming pool (3mx 6mx 1m) with a solar-powered shutter for the safety of children. The pool is open between June and September (dates not contractual).
- A private and closed terrace of 25 m², exposed south west, with furniture to enjoy the beautiful days.

The apartment is ideally located in Céret and is surrounded by hills and vegetation. It offers a beautiful view of the Canigou, emblematic mountain of the region. You will be able to benefit from the proximity of all the essential shops but also of boutiques, restaurants, bars, market...

- The Corbières and its Cathar castles, about 1h by car
- The sea is about 30mn by car

Transportation :
If you choose to come by car, you will be able to park directly in the private parking of the apartment, which can accommodate up to 2 cars.

- Nearest airport: Perpignan Rivesaltes Méditerranée airport, about 40 minutes by car
- Shuttle Céret/Perpignan

- Any child swimming is under the responsibility of a parent
- The opening dates of the swimming pool are not contractual
- The end of stay cleaning includes the preparation of the accommodation for future visitors. Thank you for leaving it in a correct state of cleanliness and for cleaning the household appliances after use.
- Any request for arrival or departure outside of the times indicated is subject to availability of the person in charge of reception. An additional fee may be charged.
