This is truly a perfect location. This 3 bedrooms apartment is only few steps to 7 miles of beautiful white sandy beaches. Just grab your towels & beach chairs and walk right down to the beach. Enjoy your day reading, swimming and having fun with your family and friends. It's also within a short walk (1/4 mile) to the pier, where you can find all kind of entertainments such as live concerts, small souvenir shops, rides, arcades, famous pier fries, fresh seafood, pizza, fried dough, ice cream, restaurants, night life, firewroks and much more. This 3 bedrooms apartment is well maintained with fully equipped kitchen, A/C, Stream TV with more than 150 channels, DVD, wireless internet, private porch, BBQ grill and everything else you will need to enjoy your stay.

We stayed with our large family and was perfect as it was steps to the beach with all the kids toys. It was also a short walk to downtown but far enough to avoid the loud part of the strip. Close enough to also walk to the beautiful Ocean Park for ice cream at night or fresh cinnamon buns in the morning!

Perfect location in OOB

This was my third time staying here I think it's the perfect location for the price. Don't have anything bad to say about it and it was a beautiful week. I will surely be back Thanks for letting us stay in your apartment again

See the ocean from the porch

We had a great time at Ali and Melissa’s home. The home was beautiful and set up perfect for us. We loved being steps to the ocean and a short walk to the Pier and other attractions, but we appreciated not being right in the thick of the nosiness of the Pier when we were at the home. Parking was easy and finding on street parking was also pretty easy. Our only challenge was that my husband is 6’6” so the shower was pretty small for him. But we loved walking to get a coffee and enjoying it on the porch where we could see the ocean each morning.

The property was exactly as described and they family that owns the property could not be more gracious and friendly. Ali, Michelle & Noah met us at the property and gave us a tour of not only our accommodations but also his other two properties in the building. We were familiar with the property already because we discovered my in-laws used to own this property and my wife used to help clean it each week for guests. We stayed in the 2nd floor unit and it was very clean and had everything you need for an extended stay. Beds were comfortable and all the rooms were good sizes for a family vacation. The kitchen had everything you need for cooking a full meal (we never did as there is too many good places to eat out in the area). All in all it was an excellent stay and we would highly recommend and will more than likely try to stay there next year.

Great stay

We had a great stay at this vrbo! The house was clean and spacious, with less than a minute walk to the beach. There is a fully equipped kitchen, a broom in the closet, and linens on the bed. Our host was amazing too! On the second day, unfortunately the keys got lost when out on a walk on the beach, and he came right over with a spare one. He is very quick at replies, and extremely nice. There was an oops on our part, we thought that our downstairs neighbor had taken all the garbage cans out while we were gone as there were a whole bunch in front of the house, and didn't discover the other ones until far too late. If you stay here, the garbages on the right side of the house are kind of hidden(which makes sense, I just didn't see them).

Très bien situé et rien n’y manquait. Les lits sont confortables. L’escalier d’entrée est un peu abrupte compte tenu de notre âge. La monter avec bagages a été un peu ardu le premier jour. Très bien éclairé mais la propreté des fenêtres pourrait être améliorée.

So close to the beach

This was my second time staying at this property there is nothing bad to say about it. The location is so close to the beach and walking to the pier or center is not a far walk in my opinion . My mom has stage 4 colon cancer and was able to make the walk just fine daily. The house itself is very clean, beds are all comfortable, and kitchen is stocked with all the utensils you need. Ali is a great host and is easy and quick to communicate with if you have any issues. For the location and price this place is a no brainer I will def. be back next year, Thank you again Ali

Great location & neighborhood.

Older property as is the neighborhood. Ali is very accommodating, we locked ourselves out one night & he sent someone over right away at 8:30pm. Stairs are very loud & creeky. Enjoyed our time there.

Just what we needed!

Cute, simple, and comfortable! This is a second floor apartment in a typical older Maine property. It was clean and well kept. My husband and I slept in the bedroom on the main floor and found the bed comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with electric stove, microwave and a new refrigerator. There is no dishwasher and no laundry. We didn’t cook much so it wasn’t an issue, but if you don’t want to hand wash you might want to bring paper plates etc. There is a coin op laundry right around the corner. Our only issue was parking. The driveway is shared by 3 units and since we didn’t want to get blocked in we parked on the street which is free, but gets tight on the weekends. Caution to guests bringing multiple vehicles. This might be important if you have small children, this is a common trait of older homes, the windows are low to the floor

Great location in oob

My family and I had a great stay at this property in oob. The apartment was clean upon arrival, check in was an easy process, and the owner was quick and easy to communicate with. The apartment itself is a nice size for a family, kitchen was well stocked, and bedrooms were good size with comfortable beds. The best thing about this place is the location. So close to the beach you can hear the ocean from the house a quick walk and your on the beach. It is also not a far walk to the center and pier where all the fun is :) I would definitely stay here again thanks Ali for letting us stay at your awesome apartment, hope to be back next summer

Beach Week

Was everything we wanted for a place to stay up t Old Orcahrd. Location was perfect. Everything we needed was at the apartment. Had a few questions that were answered just as fast as I asked them. Looking forward to booking a week in 2022

Everything within steps away

We had a great week at OOB. Ali was always available to answer any questions we had about the rental or surroundings. Easy walk to the beach, stores for food and the downtown area attractions.

Owner was great!!!

Overall we had a great stay. The location was amazing and very close to the beach. We didn't have hot water the first two days, but Ali took care of it as soon as he could. The unit is on the older side and in need of a deep cleaning, but for a place at the beach it met our needs.

Beautiful location

The listing lived up to the past reviews, beautiful location and beach. The area is nice and quiet. The unit was clean, plenty of space. Ali was very responsive right from booking and throughout, providing contact info if anything is needed.

Excellent place to stay

Excellent place to stay The house is five houses from the beach, just a short walk too many restaurants, the pier, and anything else you may need. There’s also a laundromat one block away. Ali responded to all my texts and questions, he even brought over extra sheets that we needed. I do recommend this house to anyone that is looking to stay in old Orchard Beach. The house has everything you need just bring your own towels and hit the beach.

Great beach location

Had a great visit to Old Orchard Beach. Loved how close the beach was. Wifi was not that great but we found that to be the case all over Maine not limited to this location. Getting downtown was an easy walk as well. Definitely a great value.
