If you're a fan of an air-conditioned loft with only one room, then opt for this open-plan gîte with no dividing wall between the fitted kitchen (electric oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment), the bedroom (1 double bed with curtain), the living room with sofa, and the TV area (flat-screen TV, Wi-Fi). To reach the restrooms, you'll go down the stairs, where you'll find a bathroom with a shower and a separate toilet. You'll also enjoy a garden, a covered awning with a terrace and garden furniture, and a barbecue. The 7x3.5m swimming pool, with a depth of 1.10 to 1.60m, secured by a covered bar, is usable from June to September, weather permitting. The pool is equipped with deckchairs. Parking is available on the property or at the edge of the grounds. If you're bringing your baby, a travel cot and high chair are available upon request.
