It is ideal for stays with family, friends and even two families due to its two distinct spaces each equipped with their own kitchen with private entrance connected by the central staircase. The many terraces and balconies will allow you to enjoy quiet moments after sharing with family or friends. The house is equipped with wifi (fibre) with several repeaters in the house.

On the first level, a large open entrance leads to the living room and the separate, fully equipped kitchen with adjoining pantry.
Separated from the entrance by 2 steps, the vast office area facing the sea as well as the spacious living room with dining area and lounge area with fireplace.
This living space opens onto a large terrace facing the sea which extends over almost the entire length of the house with a view of the Sanguinaires Islands and the pool.

Accessed by a corridor, the first floor night area consists of 3 bedrooms with storage space and two shower rooms with WC, one of which is private.
The most spacious of the bedrooms opens onto the terrace facing the sea (1 bed 180 with 2 mattresses 90x200) and offers an independent shower room with WC.
A second bedroom with two twin beds (90x200 with the possibility of making a double bed 180x200cm) opens onto a beautiful private terrace.
The third bedroom (1 bed 180 with 2 mattresses 90x200) opens onto the terrace facing the sea.

On the lower floor, you will find the second space with its own fully equipped kitchen and dining area for 4 to 6 people, as well as two bedrooms and a shower room.
The first bedroom (1 bed 180 with 2 mattresses 90x200) has a sitting area and access to an adjoining terrace shaded by trees and isolated from the main terrace.
The second bedroom (1 bed 180 with 2 mattresses 90x200) has a window with sea view.
The living area on the ground floor, consisting of the kitchen and dining area described above, opens onto a shaded terrace facing the sea with table and chairs.

Finally, on the west side of the garden, a large covered terrace leads to the swimming pool surrounded by high washingtonia palm trees with a view of the Sanguinaires Islands. A ping pong table is also at your disposal.

A caretaker lives in an outbuilding located on the same property but not visible from the house.
