Sun, Sand & Pool! One block from the beach!

Literally a one-minute minute walk to the sand. Skywheel view out the front door and so is the pool. Attractions are walking distance to most everything. Sky-wheel, boardwalk, beach, Family Kingdom.
Please keep in consideration my very kind neighbors. My home is not a party house and is my personal apartment when I’m in town. Please take care of my home and property as if it was your own. Enjoy yourself to the maximum, just keep the party off property. It’s a beach refuge for all that live here full time.

Convenient location with easy access

Although this is clearly an older facility, it was close to all the places we wanted to go to, and was just right for our needs.

Efficient efficiency

Great location, cute pool. Walking distance to sand. About 2 blocks. Good value, slept well. One thing I will say, the plumbing was a bit of an issue, slow drainage but overall very good.

A cozy corner

As a native to Myrtle Beach I've seen condos that range from $500 a night to roach motels for $100 a night. I'm happy to say that Oceanside Villas is a cozy little nook that offers affordability, convenience, comfort, and a sense of community. The pool was very well maintained, the beach is a short 5 minute walk, and the other visitors were regulars that welcomed us with friendly smiles and great conversation. Everything you need is within walking distance. We loved being far enough from the strip to feel secluded, but close enough to get to the action rather quickly. Maybe I'm just biased because this is my hometown, but I highly recommend this rental. And thank you to the host for being so responsive anytime we had questions. I'm sure this will now become our "go-to" rental anytime we're in town.

Nice apartment

Communication with the property manager was easy, they responded quickly to questions. The only complaints that we had was that the pool was not open during the time that we were there. The owner offered a pool at a different site but this was not something we took them up on. The area is not super kid friendly but is within walking distance of the beach, the boardwalk and 2 piers. There were no pots and pans that we could find so cooking wasn't as easy as I had relied on. I also purchased things for the beach but we were not permitted to have an umbrella or tent of our own within a certain distance of the ones that were for rent. Overall it was a good experience and we had fun. I just spent more money than had planned on out to eat due to no pots and pans and due to having to find things to do since the pool was not operational.

Amazing!

Great little spot. Quick walk to the beach, like 2 minutes. Walking distance to alot of great shops and restaurants. The property is very clean and the pool is very well maintained. Most everything you need is there, if staying for more than a weekend I'd suggest bringing extra linens. Would definitely stay again! Only thing I'd suggest to the property owner is to put smart TVs in so renters can utilize streaming services (Netflix, Hulu, etc). Overall a great experience!

Perfect location!

We love traveling to Myrtle Beach! It's one of our favorite locations.. this time we wanted a quicker trip and decided to not stay on the beach but still wanted easy access to the ocean. I checked with the owner of this property and they were very informative on all my questions and helped me anyway possible! The location was perfect walking distance to the boardwalk, ocean, and our favorite mini golf!! Very clean and easy check in! Definitely saving this location for future stays!

Perfect location

My new husband and I spent our honeymoon here for a week and it was perfect. It’s the perfect size for two people, it’s literally a five minute walk (or less if you speed walk, lol!) to the beach. And maybe a ten minute walk down the boardwalk. I would 100% go here again :)

Very nice place, however

This place is great and was very clean. Had all the essentials. The beach is a very short walk, and to the broadwalk it took us about ten minutes. I will say though, if you are looking for an operational pool in the colder months (we stayed in early March) this might not be the place for you. We booked thinking that the pool was available for us to use and it was not. We were informed it would not be open until around early April. It would have been nice if we were informed but we weren’t. Also, unless you have friends staying in the area at a hotel with a pool, we couldn’t find any hotels you can get into that will allow you to buy a day pass for their pool. So if you’re booking in one of the shoulder months, be warned that the pool may not be open and you will probably not have access to one in the area. Other than that we have no complaints and it was nice to use the kitchen for most of our meals.

Great location and just the right for a long weekend getaway

Very clean. Perfect size for 1-2 person getaway. Nice easy 1 block short walk to the ocean. Plenty of nearby food options within walking distance as well multiple piers.

Solid budget value stay

You’re getting a solid 3 star property, value play, like a Motel 6. PROs: quiet, 2 blocks from ocean and includes umbrella and chair to borrow ($40 rental at the beach) and salt water WARM & clean pool at your door. Overall clean and functional. CONs: unbelievable stench of garbage outside (inside ok, but needs 9 air fresheners!!), outdated and old furnishings; slightly seedy part of town compared to 21st Ave N; 20 min walk to ‘the action’ (can be tiring)

Nice little place near the beach

Great little place to stay, very close to the beach but quiet at night so you can get good sleep. Close to everything. Great communication by property manager.

Not only is this property beautiful, it’s in an amazing location. My family and I decided to have a family vacation at Myrtle beach and we needed a total of 3 homes. I definitely had the better location of us all.

First time using vrbo

Me and my boyfriend stayed here for a week. We didn’t need anYthing really fancy, just somewhere to sleep and keep our stuff. The owner was really nice and answered any and all questions I might have had throughout the week. It was very clean and put together. Just a short walk from the beach, 2 block to be exact. We met some really nice people who had a share in the complex, they new we were young and always checked on us and talked whenever we saw them at the pool. We had no problems with the neighbor/neighborhood. We had a great stay!

Great location

Great location. 2 minute walk to the 4th street beach, 15 minute walk to the Skywheel/boardwalk area, 10 minute drive from airport. Very clean and nice little villa. Only complaint is that we were told a parking pass would be inside for us, it was not. When I reached out to the on-site contact, he told me he'd get us one and until then put a piece of paper on the dashboard that said we were guests of this unit. Luckily I found an old marker and scrap paper in a drawer in the unit. He eventually did get us one, but it was 2 days/nights later. I spent the first 2 nights constantly worried we would get towed (there were several notices inside the unit that said to display your parking pass or you'd get towed).

Amazing stay!

This property was so close to board walk! We were able to walk there everyday. It is also literally one minute from the beach! Communication was great from the owner! The pool at the property was also always clean. Great stay! If we go back to myrtle beach this is absolutely where we will stay!

Beach is barely a block away. Pool is at your front door. Boardwalk and Skywheel are a lovely beach stroll. Between 2 piers, and 5-10 minutes away from all other area attractions. Also, my place is sparkling clean. New AC, floors, paint. Lastly, I am available to you for any questions, concerns or issues during your stay. Personal guide help is just a phone call away. Come enjoy the beach!
