Love Shores of Panama, my families 4th time renting a condo. Condo was nice, great location on 1st floor, clean, my only complaint was the property manager repairing the front door in a timely manner during our stay.

Great lil place

Overall great. Couldnt use the tv because it was logged into someone else’s account and u couldnt log out without the password. The place renting it couldnt help but other than that it was good

Great place

The location where you do not have to use the elevators. You will just need a fan to cut out noise in bedroom cause it is on a outside wall. You will also need to use a mattress pad cause bed is very hard.

Family Vacation

I typically don't like staying in big hi rise condos, but my kids loved the pool, they made new friends and memories. I loved being on the first floor. I would see mobs of people waiting on the elevators constantly! The condo was a little smaller than what I am use to, but it did the job. Perfect for 7 people.

Great property!

The property was great. Parking was a bit insane due to finding your spot. Loved the resort room and amenities. The location of this unit we thought was perfect but if you were sleeping on the pull out couch by the balcony door the outside gate for the pool/beach entrance was constantly banging from people walking in and out. The bedroom was quieter but being next to the elevator there was a lot of loud music and yelling even though there are supposed to be quiet hours. Other than the sleeping being difficult this was a great property!

Just OK

We have stayed at Shores 2-3 times per year for the last 10 years. This room unfortunately was not one of the better ones. We expected the noise because of the reviews but the location and ease of access made up for that. The parking space is one of the best in the garage, but the bunk beds were more comfortable than the primary bed, the outside furniture was extremely dirty and the toilets were not clean. We reached out for a required code on the bedroom tv and got an initial response that the problem was being looked into, but never heard anything else. Not a big deal but you definitely expect better service from one of the higher priced condos/resorts in PCB. Shores as a whole has begun to lose some of it’s attractiveness and they are certainly fighting an uphill battle with some of the issues in the area right now with public access to the beach right beside the condo. The beach is not very kid friendly at the moment and several complaints were made about the cleanliness of the pool. Hopefully they can get this under control because it really is one of the best condos.

Loved it!!

It was plenty of room for 7 people. I took myself and 6 teenagers. The parking was close to my room. The kids had to park in the overflow parking wich is a half a mile each way. They also got a ticket in the overflow parking even after I paid for parking. Our unit was beautiful close to the pool and beach. We had a total of 3 units that family stayed in. Our unit was the meeting place becouse it was so convenient to the pool, beach and parking. The unit had everything we needed. It was clean!!! The only down side was during the day they where doing construction in a unit above us that was loud and took the peacefulness out of our trip:( the condo needs more parking!!

Loved the location but too much noise

We stayed with two small children and the ground floor location, right by the pool couldn’t have been better. The condo was fine for the price. As expected. The main and biggest complaint, and the reason we might rethink staying at this particular condo, was the noise. It’s right next to the elevator. The other guests were rather loud, even in the early morning hours. The cleaning staff starts too early and makes an awful lot of noise, to the point that it would wake us up. Everything echoes. Couldn’t sleep half the nights we were there. Didn’t get rest. It’s very unfortunate because we absolutely loved the convenience of the condo, the pool for the kids, and the overall location of this resort.

Perfect Beachfront Getaway at Shores of Panama

We had an amazing stay at this beautiful condo right on the first floor at the Shores of Panama resort in Panama City Beach. The location couldn’t be better—just a few steps from the beach and pool! The convenience of being so close to both was a huge plus, especially for our family. The condo itself was clean, well-maintained, and comfortably furnished. The kitchen had everything we needed for meal prep, and the living area was spacious and cozy. We did have a couple of small issues with the door lock and a clogged shower, but the property management was very responsive and helpful. They came out right away and fixed both issues promptly. Another great feature was the ease of access from the parking lot; there was no need for elevators, which made coming and going very convenient. The condo is right by the elevators and the hallway leading to the pool area, so it can get a little noisy at times, but we didn’t find it to be an issue. The location is fantastic, with Pineapple Willy’s right next door and within walking distance to Walmart, Waffle House, Coyote Ugly, and many other shops and amenities. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing beach vacation.

Not clean

Why is there a cleaning fee when cleaning is not happening? It’s clear it’s been awhile since the walls and floors have been cleaned. The kids bedroom wall was filthy! And behind the bed was fully of dirt, trash, food and candy that clearly has been there awhile. The washer is filed with mold. As soon as you open you can see it and smell it. There’s no way cleaning ladies could of missed this, mold and dirty walls, and floors have been there for awhile. The trundle bed does not pull Out at all. It is jammed in there and not sure how you expected to pull out when the the trundle width is wifer then the bed post it sets under. There was an extra $75 billed at check in that was not pre noticed in any of the Vrbo booking this information. Location was perfect, ground floor was great. We made the best of it, but room is in need of a deep cleaning especially when customers are the ones paying for it.

Great location!

Our family loved this rental! The location on the first floor is incredible! The parking spot is very close to the room compared to most at this facility. We went during off season so the resort was very quiet and calm. We had no issues getting around. Being on the first floor made quick impromptu trips back to the beach very easy. With children, this was a big plus. The condo is older so it did have a few cosmetic issues (cracks in tile and places on the kitchen counter that have broken and been glued back together). But it was very clean and well maintained. The owner was very responsive when we had any issues. It was very comfortable for our family and was perfectly located on the first floor. We highly recommend it!

this particular unit was not well maintained. The toilet backed up on two occasions, we had trouble getting in and out of our room with the electronic lock. It was replaced with a keyed lock and then replaced again with an electronic lock. We had to be around for the replacement because we had the key to the room. Not a way to spend your time on vacation. Door handles were loose, cracks in floor, furniture not stable. This room in right by the elevator and on the main floor. Not a good location if you want privacy and quiet. The master bedroom is set up so the bed is right at the window to the hallway where there is all the noise. The management was responsive to concerns, but this unit needs to be updated and taken care of before it is further rented out.

Nice room but choose your week carefully

The room itself was as described. No complaints (but shower lining in master needs replacing). Ed’s were comfortable, kitchen stocked nicely. The location of the room was super convenient with regards to never having to step on an elevator, which is located right outside this room. It could be crowded and loud during peak elevator usage. (The wait times for family on the 17th floor were ridiculous). Checking into the room was as simple as entering a code. Checking into the Shores of Panama was chaotic at best. You have to drive up to the parking deck area, hopefully find a place to park so you can get parking pass and wrist bands. And the parking deck was a madhouse and extremely tight. Fortunately the reserved parking space is convenient for this room - once we found it. The staff at this complex bordered on rude the entire week. Never was greeted with a hello or a smile. I will say it was the week of July 4th, and super crowded. The noise level even in the evening throughout the complex around the pool deck was unlike anything I’ve ever heard. Deafening. The number of rental chairs on the beach was astounding- left very little room for those who had their own chairs, etc. We’ve been coming to PC for over 30 years, and try not to stay in large towers for many of these reasons. Will be sticking to smaller complexes in the future as well.
