Condo 305 is a charming gulf-front studio suite that offers stunning views of the Gulf of Mexico. Located on a low floor with convenient same-floor parking, this comfortable studio suite is part of the well-known Shores of Panama Resort in Panama City Beach, Florida.

The condo is equipped with premium furnishings to help you feel at home. It features a king-size bed, a queen sleeper sofa in the living area, and a smart TV with direct TV. The fully stocked kitchen includes everything you need to prepare meals, such as a coffee pot, Keurig, blender, and more. For your convenience, there is also a washer and dryer available for laundry needs.

The spacious bathroom comes with a shower/tub combination and a large vanity. As an oceanfront unit, this condo boasts an amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico, overlooking the beautiful lagoon-style pool. You can enjoy coffee or cocktails on the balcony while relaxing and listening to the soothing sounds of the ocean waves.

Relaxing, great weather. Loved sitting on the balcony with the tall table and chairs.

Shores 305 is a great room. Great view of the pool and ocean. The tall table and chairs were nice to sit on the balcony and see over the railing. Location is close to a lot of souvenir shops and restaurants. Reserved parking is close to room.

Absolutely loved our condo and the property. Such beautiful views of the beach and ocean. The pool and the pool area was awesome!! Would definitely recommend to others.

We had a great time at Shores of Panama Resort in Panama City Beach! The stay was a lot of fun, and everything from the atmosphere to the amenities made it an enjoyable trip. The prices were very reasonable for what you get, which made it even better.The resort itself was clean and well-kept, and there was plenty to do during our stay. We especially loved how easy it was to relax and enjoy the beach and pool. It’s a great spot whether you’re looking to unwind or have a good time.Overall, we had an awesome experience and would definitely come back again!

We aim to provide a comfortable and well‑maintained space, and I regret that this wasn’t your experience. Regarding parking, the garage is managed by the building and the size limitations are noted in the listing, but I understand how challenging it can be with a full‑size truck. I also appreciate you pointing out the maintenance items you encountered. While these issues were not reported during your stay, we would have been happy to address them right away. We will look into the items you mentioned and get them corrected. I’m also sorry to hear the mattress wasn’t to your comfort preference. Bedding comfort can vary from guest to guest, but we are reviewing options to ensure it better suits a wider range of sleepers. As for the resort registration fees, those are set by the building and disclosed prior to booking, but I understand how they can feel unexpected if you haven’t encountered them before. Our stay was so beautiful.

This room on the third floor was very convenient and close to all amenities at the condo. Security at shores of panama is top tier ensuring everyone stays safe. Will definitely be going back.

Lovely Labor Day getaway

Shores of Panama 305 was a lovely place to getaway to for my husband and I. The room was just as the pictures showed. The Parking space being reserved on the same floor made it very convenient to empty belongings. The Shores were full of amenities to enjoy. I would recommend 305 to everyone.

Our host was wonderful. Our early encounter was with bedding that had not been cleaned. She took care of the problem quickly. The room was clean except for the bed sheets.Beach view was pretty limited. We are used to a complete frontal view of the ocean, but not close to that here,Parking garage was a huge challenge. Parking space available to our condo had only enough room to park, but very hard to get out of door with a vehicle parked next to us. If all vehicles were Prius's, it would maybe work ok. Obviously, that's not the case here. We did have a great week here with family.

Room was fairly clean, smudges on sliding door, dark around light switch and mold on shower curtain. A lot of wear on door. Price on listing said no hidden fees but there is the 70 for park pass and wristbands. I didn’t mind paying but it was not specified so the fee felt a little hidden. Room was nice and resort was great location with beautiful views. The live band every night until 11 was a bit much. I could hear them when trying to sleep at 10pm. Overall good stay but if I return I will try another larger unit and hope cleanliness is better.
