After a day of exploring, unwind or enjoy a quiet night in with all the comforts of home. Just a short drive from downtown, you are close to Charlestonās best dining, shopping, and historic sights. Please note this third floor unit is not suitable for children under 12 and there is no elevator access.
The Space:
This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom unit with one assigned off street parking space offers a seamless mix of comfort, style, and convenience in the heart of Charleston. The cheerful living room is filled with personality, featuring plush seating, a Smart TV, and plenty of natural light, perfect for unwinding, spending time with loved ones, or capturing picture-perfect memories. The fully equipped kitchen is outfitted with modern appliances and all the essentials, whether you're preparing a home cooked meal or reheating local takeout.

This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom 3rd-floor unit is part of a charming 3-story home that hosts six private condos. Itās the ideal setup for groups traveling together who want to stay close while still enjoying the comfort and privacy of their own space. Thoughtfully designed and well-appointed, this unit offers a welcoming home base for relaxing between Charleston adventures.
Per the official City of Charleston Short Term Rental ordinance, the property must NOT be occupied by "more than four (4) unrelated people". This does NOT apply to families.
This unit is fully licensed and legal with the City of Charleston under STR Operational Permit OP2025-06547 and business license BL034118.
Guest Access:
šGuests will receive a personal access code 24 hours before arrival. This code unlocks the keypad on the front door. A physical key will be available on-site as a backup in case of any technical issues.

Cannonborough is a lively neighborhood filled with personality. Itās known for its colorful homes, artisan coffee shops, and local bakeries. Itās a favorite for foodies and creatives. Smoking is strictly prohibited indoors. A fine will be charged ($300) for any in-room smoke evidence. If you wish to smoke, please do so at least 10 feet away from the building outdoors.
š§³ Luggage Drop-Off:
We are pleased to offer our guests convenient luggage storage through our partnership with Charleston Bag Valet, a trusted local provider. This service allows you to securely drop off your luggage before check-in or after check-out, so you can explore and enjoy your time in Charleston without the inconvenience of carrying your bags. Please note that additional fees apply for this service.

Our home is in a vibrant neighborhood just steps from King Streetās dining and nightlife. While that energy is part of the experience, city noise may be heard. Please be advised that:
āļø A local noise ordinance is in effect from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
āļø Guests must be respectful of neighbors during these hours.
āļø We do not offer refunds for noise-related issues that are to be expected of the location.
āļø By booking, you acknowledge and accept this city setting and the potential for ambient noise.
š§āš§ To help us ensure a great stay, guests must allow us the chance to address any issues during their visit.
Refunds will not be issued for concerns reported after checkout or when resolution efforts are declined.
š We do not control neighboring properties and cannot offer refunds due to dissatisfaction with external factors.
š We do not provide refunds for utility outages or service interruptions that are outside of our control.
āļø Charleston homes are built for a subtropical climate, and since many are older, severe cold snaps may affect both water temperature and indoor heating.
š§¹ If damage or excessive cleaning is required after checkout, we reserve the right to charge an additional fee equivalent to a full cleaning.
š Please note that we cannot assume responsibility for vehicles parked outside the designated parking areas.
š« Please note that we will not make exceptions to the cancellation policy associated with your reservation.
š Hurricane Policy / Extenuating Circumstances:
āļø In the event that a Mandatory Evacuation Order is issued for our county by the Governor of South Carolina during your stay, we will provide a full refund of all payments made.
āļø If no such order is issued, our standard cancellation policy remains in effect, even if weather elsewhere impacts your travel plans.
āļø We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance, especially during hurricane season, for added peace of mind.
