This 2100 sq. ft. condo (1650 livable and 450 sq ft. deck) is one of the largest 2 bedroom, 2 bath condos in the entire resort. Located on the 7th floor in phase 2 (most desired), Cortez 706 is situated in an east facing building and has great views of the ocean, pools and breathtaking sunrises. Enjoy the late afternoon in the comfort of shade. The open great room has outstanding views with no obstructions. The moment you open the door of this beautifully furnished condo with top of the line furniture, electronics, and decor, you will congratulate yourself for choosing Cortez 706.

Our modern beach condo has been decorated and maintained from top to bottom with attention to detail for your enjoyment and repeat visits. We visit often so not only is it well maintained, it is constantly updated. The fully stocked spacious kitchen boasts granite counter tops, cookware, LG appliances with ice maker and RO system. There is a separate laundry room with a full-size washer and dryer for your convenience. The spa like bathrooms (two) have floor to ceiling marble with inlaid travertine tile and walk in showers. The master bathroom also has a large relaxing soaking tub.

The master bedroom has a 56” LCD smart TV and beautiful ocean views. The guest bedroom has a 56” LCD smart TV and BOTH bedrooms have king size pillow top mattresses with beautiful brand new furnishings. SPECIAL BONUS: Mini 3rd room with bunkbeds, 32” TV. It's small but is a great option for kids to watch movies or sleep.
The great room overlooking the Sea of Cortez is where you and your family will enjoy the comfortable leather furniture including a queen sleeper sofa, a 60” HD smart TV with US channels and free WiFi. The dining room has a beautiful hardwood table with seating for 7 to enjoy that special gourmet meal.

The patio is nicely decorated with high end patio furniture with seating for 9 and has incredible views of the beach, ocean, and resort pools.

The courtyard area right below Cortez 706 has multiple pools, negative edge waterfall, Jacuzzis, swim up bar and grill, and kiddie pool. Other courtyard amenities include Italian lounge chairs with sun shades, gratis beach towels, a lazy river and shady ramadas. The courtyard overlooks the beach and sea where you have a choice of many activities such as jet skiing, parasailing, banana boat rentals, snorkeling, deep sea fishing, strolling on the groomed and pristine sandy beach that stretches for miles or lounging under the palapas on beach chairs enjoying the view while having the staff serve your favorite drink or lunch.

Cancellations made more than 14 days before check-in are 100% refundable. Cancellations made between 7 and 14 days prior to check-in are 50% refundable. Cancellations within 7 days prior to check-in are not refundable.

Important Note: Las Palomas is a Zero Tolerance Resort. They do not accept reservations made by guests younger than 25 years of age unless accompanied by someone over 25 at check-in. There are no exceptions & IDs are checked to verify age. A $150 fully refundable damage deposit is due at check-in and refunded at check out after the unit is inspected.
