Itā€™s time to shake off your winter blues! Ideal Seaside retreat for those who love the sun, sand and nightlife. Come stay in our clean and spacious, freshly painted ground floor one-bedroom beach apartment located in the heart of Seaside Heights. Park your car in the driveway and leave it there all week. Our home is steps from Breakwater Beach Waterpark which makes this a perfect location for a couple with small children. Just a short stroll to the boardwalk, the ocean, the bay, restaurants, coffee shops and clubs/nightlife. Seaside Heights has even more to offer with amusement park rides, arcades, mini golf, go carts, boat and wave runner rentals. Also, visit www.seaside-heightsnj.org for updated movie and fireworks nights, as well as casinopiernj.com for Breakwater Beach Waterpark and Casino Pier activities. An amazing time for you and your family is yours at our quaint, clean, well-located beach home.

One parking spot is provided in the driveway, additional free parking available on the street.

Beach passes for up to four included (a $200.00 dollar value) .

The unit has window air conditioning and ceiling fans.

The bedroom has a queen size bed with new mattress, and youā€™ll find a convertible sofa (full size mattress) in the living room.

There is cable & WiFi with new Ultra-4K smart TVā€™s in both the living room (55 inch) and the bedroom (43 inch).

The eat in kitchen has all the necessary utensils, pots, pans, dishes, glasses etc. so that you can cook inside. There is also a dinette table with seating for four. Outside, there is a shared patio area with 2 gas barbecue grills and tables for enjoying a nice meal in the fresh air.

If you are traveling with friends or family, we have an additional three-bedroom unit for up to 8 guests available onsite for a separate nightly rate. Please contact us for more information.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
-NO SMOKING/NO PETS/NO LARGE GROUPS
-This is not a Prom, Graduation or Party House ā€“ no need to inquire.
-Minimum age for primary renter is 25 yrs. ā€“ no exceptions.
-Both owners and renters comply with state & local Ordinances (STRP #24-00042).
-Check-in time is 4pm - check-out time is 10am.
-We do not provide linens and towels. Guests must bring their own.
-While the unit is located at ground level, it is not ADA Handicapped Accessible.

We now offer Short Term & Winter Rentals between September and April only for guests needing temporary housing for employment contracts or home improvements/repairs. *Zoning for our property prohibits rentals for temporary change of residency or using our home as a primary residence.

Ground floor access was nice for us. Plenty of room in this unit including kitchen area compared to a motel room. Smart tvs were nice. Having access to an outside grill and dining area a plus.. The hosts were very available when we had a question. This was a very comfortable unit that fit our needs perfectlyi

Outstanding location for a very low cost

Great smaller vacation rental that was updated, clean, and had everything one would need for a great stay at the Shore. Easy walking distance from the boardwalk, water park, beach, and the bay side. Parking can be tricky, but the owner has a good plan. They were always available to answer questions and solve any issues. I wouldnā€™t hesitate to stay here again!

Great little apartment!

Perfect for just me and my hubby. 6 or 7 blocks from the beach... the walk was easy, and far enough away from the noise and action to be peaceful at night. Clean, lovely setup, and beach badges were a definite plus. Check in was super simple. Would definitely stay here again!

The property was very cute. Did enjoy that the couch and chair both converted to beds. The owners gave beach tags which was very nice. It is a little more of a walk to access the boardwalk but itā€™s right up the street from the water park which is wonderful. Definitely would recommend.

This place was great. There were 4 of us. The location was great. Close walk to beach/boardwalk. The outdoor area was very inviting and cozy. Very cool that right from the house we could see the lit up ferris wheel on the boardwalk. Will keep this place in mind for our next visit.

Great Weekend Getaway

Very easy communication with Dave and Allyson. Distance to the beach was a quick walk, it was perfect for a busy day at soccer tournament. Rooms are big with a spacious kitchen and living room. Family board games and beach pass are a big plus. My kids enjoyed staying in bunk beds.

The house was clean and bright. It has everything we needed. It was just a short walk to the boardwalk. Very quiet neighborhood despite being in such close proximity to everything. E we canā€™t say anything negative about the property! Awesome!

No complaints about the property itself. Very nice and sufficient for 2,maybe 3. Would have liked to be closer to beach, but listing did make it clear of that. Due to injury, i was in a wheelchair so it seemed much farther! Not sure if you posted that it has a keureg coffe maker, which i wasnt prepared for, but other than that, all was goid.

I booked this place because of the location near beach. My husband and 2 young kids stayed 3 nights. Check in was easy, place was cute and did its purpose mainly for my family. First things that I noticed right away was it smelled mustyā€¦ maybe from the window units?? There was zero kitchen and bathroom trash bags. None in the cans or under sink. There was one bottle of hand soap with 1 oz of soap in it. (Why bother). These things should have been listed on his post and stated that I needed to bring. I texted owner and he said ā€œwe start you with supplyā€™sā€. Well no you donā€™t since there is zero bags and basically no soap. I went out and purchased bags and soap. His listing said to bring sheets and towels also, so I did. Now there is a driveway but there is 2 other units that share the driveway and one of the other units had more then one vehicle in driveway so it was a pain to ask them to move a few times. First night as im laying in bed I could hear the guy above us using the restroom. You could hear everything from others. The kitchen was tight with dirty dishes In cabinets. The bed was not good at all, husband had hard time sleeping. On checkout day we cleaned up, took trash out, ran out of time, it was 11:00, we had some dishes in sink. My husband reminded me we are already paying a cleaning fee and he doesnā€™t even have to clean towels and sheets. We left the dishes, owner texts me asking for more money and wants me to pay him on Venmo. Against Vrbo!

Great Jersey Shore Getaway

This property served our family very well for a short vacation to the Jersey shore. The unit isnā€™t very large but it was more than adequate for our family and everyone slept very comfortably. Fantastic location - you can see the ferris wheel from the driveway! We brought our bikes which was a fantastic way to commute to the beach and the boardwalk just a couple of blocks up the road. We didnā€™t take advantage of the patio but itā€™s very inviting with a nice gas grill and plenty of outdoor seating. Dave and Allyson were very responsive and made the process seamless. Thanks for hosting our trip!

Cool little spot

No complaints about the property it was very clean. Had all essential tools needed to enjoy vacation and cook at home. The only thing that put a damper on the trip was the 15 or so tenets upstairs. one of them threw up all over some clothes and a towel or something and they left it on the table outside for more then half the week. Other then that the owners are really cool, laid back people and very responsive. Itā€™s a really good location as well. Very close to literally everything.
