Spend your vacation or weekend trip steps from the beach, nightclubs, boardwalk and restaurants. Casino Pier and the Water park are also just a 5-10 minute walk.
All this while you are in our peaceful and relaxing Seaside Heights beach home. The house is fully furnished with 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, tile or carpeted floors throughout, full kitchen and washer/ outdoor line for drying. Each bedroom is individually air-conditioned as is the living/ dining room. 6 Beach Badges are included with the rental.
SLEEPING SPACES: The 3 larger bedrooms have full size beds. The 2 smaller bedrooms have twin over full bunk beds.
SUNROOM: Enclosed porch for morning coffee or evening cocktails and relaxing, with wood look tile floor, wicker furniture, comfy love seat and large flat screen TV.
KITCHEN: Newly remodeled and is equipped with pots & pans, plates, eating & cooking utensils as well as a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, cooking range and oven etc...
EATING AREAS: Dining room has seating for 8 people and there is a picnic table in the backyard.
PETS: No Pets allowed and No smoking either.
PARTIES: This is not a party house. Please look elsewhere if you are looking to host a party or family reunion somewhere. We like to rent to responsible, mature people who will treat nicely and with respect.
You will need to bring your own Sheets, Pillowcases and Towels as these are not included.
