HOUSE
The Disney Rest at Windsor is a completely updated and locally managed 2224 square foot four-bedroom / four-bathroom, air-conditioned vacation villa that sleeps up to 11. Pull into your private driveway and walk through the front door into a spacious, open-concept living area with contemporary décor. The great room is well appointed with comfortable furniture perfectly positioned to catch your favorite shows on the 65" smart flat screen or enjoy the pool views through the glass wall. There is also free Wi-Fi and cable throughout the home, so you can keep in touch with friends back home.

Beyond the sliding glass wall in the great room, there is a screened lanai with a large (Optional Heated) swimming pool and spa. There are also patio loungers for sunbathing and a six-person dining area outdoors, so you can enjoy a meal outdoors or catch a movie on the outdoor television.  It is like having your own private resort! 

Near the living room space is the formal dining room area with a table that seats six. It is a comfortable space where you will enjoy serving family and guests your culinary creations or a delivered meal from your favorite restaurant.

This home has everything you will need to feel right at home. You will love the number of personal amenities, from blow dryers to the vacuum. Traveling with little ones, you will like the on-site high chair, Pack-N-Play, and umbrella stroller already provided. The home is complete with digital safes for your passports and valuables.

KITCHEN
The Disney Rest's kitchen is open to the main living area and is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare snacks or full-course meals for your family. You will love the expansive granite countertops and handy breakfast bar where guests can sit and share a cup of coffee. There is also a breakfast nook in the kitchen where you can easily seat four. It is also a great place to gather guests for a card game after dinner.

BEDROOMS
UPDATE: New furniture in both master bedrooms 4/29/21

Bedroom 1: The master bedroom includes a comfortable king-sized bed, a large dresser, and a 55" Smart TV for late-night viewing. A private sliding glass door leads out to the lanai so you can enjoy the balmy Florida nights under the stars. 

Bedroom 2: Second of two masters offers a king-sized bed and large dresser with a 55" flat-screen Smart TV. 

Bedrooms 3 and 4: Both kids' bedrooms are done in a modern Disney theme. One room is Mickey mouse, and the other is done in a Frozen theme. Each kid's room is set up with twin over full bunks. This room also has smart TVs so kids can watch their favorite shows. 

All four bedrooms in the villa have en-suite bathrooms, which include a shower, tub, or a combination of both.

This home's floor plan is perfect for vacation and offers peace and quiet no matter which room you choose. All Beds are new and provide luxurious memory foam mattresses.

ENTERTAINMENT
The real treat at Disney Rest Villa is the Week-It-Ralph-Themed 400 square-foot game room with real commercial arcade games and a Fix-It-Felix Game Prop. No coins are needed to play these games as they are all free for your stay. The whole family will enjoy hours of fun on the vintage Bubble-Hockey game, the Xbox and PS5 systems, both with 60” screens, and you won't believe you get unlimited time on the TWO Nascar Team racing machines. Fortnite and Overwatch will never be the same.

COMMUNITY
Offered FREE to our guests, the Windsor Hills community has a wealth of entertainment possibilities, including a huge community pool with a water featuring dueling water slides and a kids zero depth splash play area. The two water slides and splash pad will provide hours of fun. The community offers a game room, tennis courts, basketball courts, a fitness center, playgrounds, a private theater, and much more. There is so much to do that you may need help finding time to visit Disney World!

*PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS: A $350 first payment is due with initial booking, and the balance is due 90 days before arrival (Booking platforms like Airbnb are subject to other arrangements)
*BBQ GRILLS are available to rent, and we would love to assist you with that.
*POOL HEAT Pool/Spa heat option is $30 daily or $17.50 daily for the spa only
*PARKING: Three Cars Max. All three cars must park in the driveway. Two facing the garage and one horizontal on the apron. Please do not block the sidewalks. If you have a fourth car, you will need to reach out immediately so we can get written permission from the resort. EV CHARGING: EV Charging is available at this home in the driveway or 1 block away in the Windsor community and has 6 pay chargers.
*SECURITY CAMERAS There are exterior security cameras for the safety of our guests, management, owners, and property. They are in public view and are pointed at public areas only as we value the privacy of guests. NO cameras are inside this home or in the swimming/lounging areas.
*SELF-CATERING HOME: Upon your arrival, there will be starters of some essentials needed for the home. You will find hand soap, one roll of paper towels, laundry pods, dishwasher pods, trash bags, a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. Once these items are used, the guest will need to shop for more if they are required.
