Welcome to our beach house "The Seascape Retreat". Less than 100 steps to the beach. The house has a massive deck with stunning views of the beach. Wake up to a beautiful sunrise while sipping your morning coffee. Enjoy the fresh breeze and the sound of waves hitting the beach. The house sleeps, 13 people and is well equipped for an unforgettable holiday home. The deck has a built-in dining space with wicker chairs. The deck also has wooden seating wrapped around the deck and comfortable deck furniture for the family.

The House:
This is a second-row beach house with front-row views. The house can comfortably sleep 13 (9 adults and 4 children). The living room has a futon that can also be converted to a sleeper (Futon is not included in the count of 13). The house has 3.5 baths making it very comfortable for larger families. The living space can comfortably seat 8 adults and has a smart tv with Roku. All bedrooms are equipped with an office desk and chair. There is one camera on the property (outside) that captures the main stairway to the house.

Amenities: We have got most essentials covered.

• Plenty of covered parking available below the house.
• Outdoor grill (Lighter Fluid and Lighter provided. Charcoal is not provided, but can be purchased from the corner store which is just minutes away from the house)
• Laundry room - Washer and Dryer for your convenience, Laundry detergent.
• Bathrooms – Hand wash Body wash, Shampoo, Conditioner, and Paper amenities
• Kitchen – Pots and pans and basic utensils are provided. Basic spices, Coffee corner (Coffee maker, ground coffee, paper coffee filters, sugar, and non-dairy dry creamer), Toaster.
• We provide bath towels, linens, and pillows. (We do not provide wash cloths and beach towels).
• Every bedroom has an office desk and chair.
• High-speed internet/ Wi-Fi.
• Centralized air conditioning with ceiling fans throughout the house.


Bedrooms:

1st Bedroom: The master bedroom has a king-size bed, Smart TV with Roku. The attached bathroom has a walk-in shower. There is no closet space in the master bedroom, however, a dresser drawer is provided to store your clothes. We can make the closet space available on request for rentals greater than 2 weeks.

2nd Bedroom: The bedroom has a queen-size bed and a single bed. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms are connected to a jack and jill bathroom. There is a half bath right outside the bedroom.

3rd Bedroom: The bedroom has a queen bed. A bunk bed that can sleep, 2 children. The 2nd and 3rd bedroom is connected to a jack and jill bathroom. Smart TV with Roku.

4th Bedroom: The bedroom has a queen bed. A bunk bed that can sleep, 2 children. There is a full bath right outside the bedroom.


The surrounding area:
No touristy chain restaurants, shops, or hotels. Great chillin' beach bar and grills.
Food and beverage trucks (like Surfin Rita Daiquiris To-Go), Burger joints (like Pier 30 and Beachfront Deck Bar & Grill), and tasty fresh seafood options (like Seahorse Bar & Grill and Red Snapper).

Dog friendly: Up to 3 well-behaved dogs are considered with a non-refundable one-time pet fee ($100 for 1 dog, $150 for 2 dogs, and $200 for 3 dogs). No prior permission needed.

The pet fee during reservation by default is set at $100. Please send me a message after making the reservation if you intend on bringing more than one dog.

Pet rules
1. Dog must be house trained.
2. Please keep the dog off the couch, chairs, and beds.
3. Please do not leave a dog unattended outside (excessive barking)
4. Please clean up your dog waste. Poop bags are provided.

Check-in and Check-out:
• The lock code to the lockbox will be provided via text and email.
• There is a fee for early check-in or late check-out. The request will be honored based on availability.

House rules:
• No Prom, Graduation, or other large (more than the count of guests in the reservation) parties/events permitted. Count of guests in the reservation = max # of guests allowed on the property at any time.
• No smoking both inside and on the deck.
