With a community pool and convenient location just across the street from glistening gulf waters and sugar-white sands, Gulf Island #521 is the perfect Emerald Coast escape for your next family vacation, friends’ getaway or couples’ retreat.

Step inside Gulf Island #521 and immediately experience the coastal charm of Navarre Beach. The main living area is cozy with comfortable seating, a TV, and natural light pouring in from the sliding glass doors leading out to your private balcony. On the balcony, enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktails while soaking up the sea breeze and Florida sunshine. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to prepare delicious meals or beach snacks, including cookware and stainless steel appliances. Tiled floors throughout mean tracking in the Gulf Coast sand won’t be an issue!

With three bedrooms, everyone has their own space to unwind. The primary bedroom features a queen bed, TV and an ensuite full bathroom with a shower/tub. The second bedroom features a queen bed and TV, while the third bedroom features a twin bed (with twin trundle bed) and TV. The second full bathroom—shared between the second and third bedroom—has a shower/tub and is centrally located in the hallway. Beautiful

We rented this beautiful condo and my two small children loved how close the beach was. They enjoyed the balcony and watching the sunset❤️ The condo was spacious and well kept. We will be coming back soon!

This property is rented out through Southern Vacation Rentals and although it is not mentioned in the advertising- the unit has absolutely no toiletries. Not even hand soap or basic cleaning supplies. It is listed in the rental agreement you have to sign off on after you book your stay. So if you’re traveling or flying I’d look elsewhere especially for the price. I actually noticed after - someone else mentioned this in their review. Pros: unit is spacious, had mostly tile, community pool, and beach across the street. Cons: unit was “tidy” not cleaned, no basic toiletries, you will have to drive to local restaurants etc. I would also suggests checking water conditions before going- red tide, waste dumping is high in this area. Check out is also 9am and the unit was not ready unit 4pm - very pricey for such a small window.

Nice place

We couldn’t find how to connect to internet. And big problem and maybe is do to pandemic, there was no Uber or other taxi 🚕 service available. So my advice is have rent a car . Other wise it was everything els was good

Travel by car if you want to come equipped!

This property was just OK. Middle level so there was noise from above. The owners of the unit below were chain smokers which made sitting on the balcony rather unpleasant. No beach towels so if you're traveling by plane, plan ahead. No hot pads for the kitchen. The lower trundle bed didn't have a coverlet, just sheets. There wasn't a spare in the closet so I called the rental property and asked. They said housekeeping would deliver one. They didn't. The pool in the complex wasn't heated and since the weather was cool it limited the time the kids wanted to swim and they LOVE a good pool. Walking to the beach was easy. Probably wouldn't choose to stay here again.

Failed to update listing to reflect construction

While the property was in a great location, easy to access, park, ext….the listing failed to mention that this property has A LOT of construction happening. 2 units are blocked off, to include the parking lot. Also, you cannot access the balcony. It might seem petty, but having coffee on the balcony on a beach vacation is part of the experience. I can’t do that at home. I feel a little cheated that the property management had no issue taking my hard earned money, while conveniently leaving out the active construction tidbit. Because yes, that would have affected my booking. Otherwise, once construction is over and the balcony is usable, I would definitely recommend this place. The condo is perfectly sized for 6, it has everything you need, and is clean. Unfortunately, when booking my future vacations, I will not use this property management company again. I live in a constant construction area, due to a natural disaster…so this is why it was important for me to not have to pay to stay in a construction site. Therefore, I feel cheated out of the hard earned money I work for, it the midst of a recession, to get blindsided by details like that. But if you don’t care about it, it’s a good place to stay.

Fridge was not in the best operating condition, dryer was not drying clothes well and balcony was closed for unit and building due to structural problems. Our room was clean, up to date and well equipped. Nice furnishing and beds were comfortable.
