Gulf Island #621 is the perfect choice for your Navarre Beach getaway. This three-bedroom condo can accommodate up to seven beach-loving guests and comes stocked with the comforts of home. Recently updated in early 2021, this condo includes new mattresses in each bedroom along with a fresh and airy space that is as warm and inviting as can be. The open floor plan connects the living room, dining area, and kitchen, you’ll enjoy the space to gather everyone in your group together. The kitchen comes fully equipped with the cookware and dishware you need to prepare your family’s favorite meals after a day spent at the beach. Each of the bedrooms is comfortably furnished and includes a flat-screen TV. New mattresses ensure you’ll get a good night’s sleep every time.

During your stay at Gulf Island, you’ll enjoy access to the community amenities to enhance your vacation, including a community pool and grills. If this sounds like your perfect trip to the beach, search availability and book now.

Great vacation stay

We had a wonderful stay. Our only complaint was the pool not kept up (dirty) and not very cool at all. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Exactly what we were looking for

Nothing spectacular, but exactly what we wanted . A few days in the beach, a few days of no cares no worries. Condo had everything we needed and or wanted.

Nice place and location

I enjoyed my stay, at first I was skeptical about the bed but it was very very comfortable I slept well. The kitchen had everything including a Keurig which was great plus. If I to say anything it would be the place needs a good dusting and fresh paint on the cabinets. But other than that I would definitely stay here again.

Great stay!

Condo was well cleaned and as advertised. Great location. Only constructive feedback would be the need for a couple more plates and dishes if you have a large family. We had two adults and three children and had to wash dishes for every meal since we didn’t eat out often. Otherwise all was perfect!

Perfect location

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Our only complaint was the cleanliness of the pool. I'm assuming most people came from the beach and just jumped in so the water was rather cloudy and sandy. Any time I had questions, our host was fast to respond. The walk across the street to the beach was quick and easy. We will definitely stay again.

Beautiful Location

Loved staying at this property, close proximity to the beach, both the Gulf side and the bay side. Wasn’t as clean as I expected - there were dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived including a moldy knife! I’m sorry but I threw it away, it wasn’t salvageable. Took the liberty of childproofing while there as we had young ones in our group. Overall loved the stay and the amenities! I do recommend.

Enjoyable time with family

We enjoyed the condo. It’s nicely decorated and the a/c works really well. Unfortunately there are a few downsides; the couches are uncomfortable and flimsy, the hallway bath tub doesn’t drain well so you are ankle deep in water while showering, the taller bed is loud when you roll over, the oven knobs are easily bumped when accessing the refrigerator and microwave causing burners to heat up resulting in a burn hazard. Slightly concerned about the structural damaged on other buildings . We still had a great time and love Navarre!

Navarre Beach Graduation

The property was ok. Not quite as nice as the pictures showed. The washer and dryer did not work. Signs on the doors saying not to use the balcony. Under repairs. Ants in the kitchen. Was told I would get a discount because the washer/dryer were not working. I think the discount should also include not being able to use the balcony and the ants in the kitchen. To be fair, 25% discount would be nice. Thank-you Denise Greger-Larson

Close to the beach

Our group stayed 6 nights. We had 6 adults and a child. The location was great and easy access to beach areas. The full size bed with trundle was very loud everytime some one tossed and turned. The couch that the child slept on had dog hair all over it and the corners of the rooms had not been cleaned in a while. The pool was dirty and had a bunch of stuff at the bottom. There was only 1 hand towel for the kitchen so it would have been nice to have a few more. Sitting on the deck was not allowed for safety reasons. We didnt stay in our room except to shower, cook and sleep so even with the issues mentioned it was not that hard to overlook the issues. We would stay again. It would be nice if there were some beach items for people to use at the beach such as a frisbee, tent, chairs, umbrella, volleyball, football, buckets, nets etc. flying wirh these items take a lot of room and would just make the vacation more enjoyable.

Bugs

Bugs in kitchen and den. sofa and love seat are broke and very uncomfortable to sit on. bed in master bedroom is like sleeping on a board. bed across from laundry room on captains bed frame makes loud noises every time you move. den television has wrong remote and only displays in zoom mode cutting off side, bottom and top of picture. orginal code to open door would not work when we arrived. too much light comes in and creates glare on TV and way too much light at night in master bedroom. we could hear every step someone took on stairs and conversations from neighbors to our side and on top. We had stayed at MIMI's place several years ago and had a much better experience. The support staff was quick to correct lock issue and sprayed for bugs on monday however bugs returned with vengance on stove tuesday.

Easy

I liked that we didn't have to check in at an office or business space, we were able to go straight to the condo. The door code worked great, and checking out was just as easy since all we had to do was run the dishwasher, take out the trash and leave. The ocean view from the room is obscured by trees and isn't really the open ocean, it's the inlet. Overall good stay.

The condo itself was wonderful. Navarre Beach is a perfect destination for relaxation. Only issues were the 4 adults walking around in clogs while wearing suits of armor with the 6 children that seemed to have been running 24 hours a day in tap shoes and the SVR representative who decided to walk into our rented condo unannounced while we were out on the patio and seemed to believe that was just fine as she told us she was going to bring in the furniture we were sitting on at the time. While I appreciate that she said she knocked on the door, I am appalled that ANYONE would walk into a rented condo otherwise unannounced. SVR seemed eager to send me emails and text messages every couple of hours about ratings and codes and other banal information; but not a word about someone walking into a condo that rented specifically for privacy. EXTREMELY disappointing but an otherwise very pleasant stay.

Family Time at the Beach🏝

From booking to check out, everything was spot on! The property was as described, in fact, we found it to be much nicer than the pictures indicated. We had plenty of room for hang time in the evenings, and for separate spaces when needed. The balcony quickly became a favorite roost for reading and relaxing in the salty air. I was concerned about having to walk to the beach while toting our supplies, but that wasn’t a big deal at all. It was only a few minutes of easy walking which became another cool opportunity to find seashells and see marine life. This condo provided us a wonderful place to rest and have fun and the location is fabulous!! I’m already looking at dates for next summer🥳

4 dogs down stairs

When someone puts 4 dogs in a room and takes them out one at a time is not good. We heard barking at night and in the early morning hours everyday. I love dogs but this was terrible. The dogs did not mind and all the owners did was yell at them so barking and yelling was our wake up call every morning. I did call but not one thing could be done about the problem. I will never stay in a place where pets are allowed and I know this might have been a one time deal but it sure can ruin a vacation.

A Cozy Stay w/ Few Needed Improvements

My family and I enjoyed our stay overall! A cozy place to vacation.Upon arrival, the place seemed to be cleaned only on a surface level and required us to clean before settling in. We didn’t feel comfortable sleeping under the sheets until we washed them. As a family who enjoys preparing our own meals we suggest a new set of cookware! But once again, I would recommend staying here. The area is very family oriented and quiet!
