This is an awesome attic apartment sanctuary in the private guest quarters of a large modern farmhouse. Your own private entrance enters to a large comfortable attic Suite with a separate bedroom with King bed. Lots of storage throughout the unit. Includes a full Galley Gourmet Kitchen with gas range, dishwasher, quartz counters, and a large farmhouse sink and enough space for four at the eat up bar!

OMAHA BASEBALL MOMMAS

If you're traveling for baseball, rest assured, this is the place for you! My son and I stayed here for 4 nights, and it felt like home. The listing is everything it says it is, and it exceeded our expectations. The neighborhood is beautiful and safe. The host is attentive and reaches out to ensure you have what you need. Every field was about 15-20 minutes from the house. We would 100% stay there again.

Spectacular Find!

My family visited Omaha, NE for just two nights to go to the zoo. I was specifically looking for a VRBO that looked like a safe place for walking my tiny dog. This attic apartment was SO fantastic! Very quiet, lovely upscale neighborhood less than 20 minutes from literally everything. The host was responsive and kind. We had a wonderful mini-vaca for spring break here.

Quiet, comfortable and convenient

We enjoyed our recent stay. It was easy to access, the hosts were helpful and an early morning walk around the neighborhood to enjoy all the gardens was a wonderfully pleasant way to start the day!

Great stay

Very centrally located and easy to navigate. The attic is located in an upper class neighborhood (safe). We stayed for baseball and all of our field locations were within twenty minutes in various directions. Fantastic property owners!

The attic

Beautiful and clean private space! The entry has a private door leading to a flight of stairs above the garage. The space is beautifully decorated, clean, and very modern. Safe neighborhood. Would happily book this location again!

Lovely space in quiet neighborhood

My Mom and I loved staying at this property for a night on our way through Omaha. It’s in a beautiful neighborhood perfect for walking the dog. The kitchen was stocked with exactly what we needed to make dinner and the atmosphere was cozy and comfortable.

Absolutely amazing!

What a beautiful place! Gorgeous neighborhood. Excellent communication with owner. Definitely would stay again. This is above a garage so you may hear garage open but this did not bother us. Absolutely loved our stay!

Cozy Farmhouse Hideaway

The apartment was comfortably furnished and very clean. It is located in a beautiful neighborhood that makes you feel like you’re coming home each time you return. Communication with Kyle was great. He was accommodating and made the whole process simple. Highly recommend this darling apartment.

Cozy home away from home

My son and I came to Omaha for the first time and weren’t sure where to stay. We saw pictures and read reviews on this property and thought it sounded like a safe place in a central location. We were not disappointed! We arrived at 1:30am and had no issues finding the place or getting into it. We felt very safe and were 10-20 minutes away from every destination we had. The place was very clean and quiet. We felt very safe and didn’t hear the hosts except for the garage opening and closing. (Not a big deal for us) We would definitely recommend and stay again!

Wonderful!

First of all Kyle was great with communication. From our experiences that in itself can be challenging. Second, the "Attic" was clean, very comfortable and suited out needs perfectly. All this in a peaceful and beautiful neighborhood. I could not get enough of the trees and the birds...it was perfect. We were able to meet Kara and Kyle and they were so welcoming and kind. I would highly recommend "The Attic"

The lack of communication prior to my arrival was my main complaint for this trip. I flew all the way from another state to visit a dear friend who is battling cancer. I tried at least three times the day before arrival asking for the check in information such as the code to access the apartment, which would be essential before arrival. The VRBO website said contacting the host directly for arrival information but the only way to contact them was through the message on website. After I arrived the city I still did not get a response. So I took a uber from the airport to the building trying to confirm if it was the correct address, and nobody answered the door bell although I saw a cute dog sitting inside the door, calmly and was very sympathetic (ironic, isn’t it?), but no human being showed up. I understood it was before the check in time of the day and the actual loft/apartment was separate from the main entrance, but the main entrance had the exact address showing on VRBO web. I suppose the owner lived there. Regardless, I had to leave the building and walked in the hot weather (over 90 degree) for 20 mins in order to find a place to email the host again asking for access information. At this time I had reached the point to cancel the reservation, even without refunds, and would stay in a hotel room. However this time the host finally responded and provided the code. I did not cancel my reservation because I wanted to save my time and energy to be with my friend.

Super Comfy Bed!

We had such a lovely stay. Kyle and his wife were so nice and the house is beautiful. Really safe neighborhood. We took a walk late at night when we got in and felt completely secure. There is also a pretty park nearby. Everything was neat and tidy. Would absolutely stay here again. And as my title above suggests, wow, the bed is super comfortable. We got a fantastic sleep!
