Charming Benson Home - Sleeps 5, Hot Tub!

We strongly recommend that future hosts do not host this guest. This reservation resulted in significant property damage, extensive rule violations. We discovered evidence of smoking inside the home and hot tub area, requiring additional remediation and a complete hot tub drain and refill. There was also evidence of drug use inside the property that required professional deep cleaning services. The home was left with broken glass in both the bathroom and kitchen sinks, a damaged door, multiple removed light bulbs, and broken bulbs left behind throughout the property. In addition, our Bose surround sound system was missing after checkout. Communication throughout the process was difficult, and there was no accountability taken for the condition the property was left in. This was one of the most damaging and problematic reservations we have ever experienced, and we would absolutely not host this guest again. Future hosts should proceed with extreme caution.

Thank you for your feedback. I would like to clarify that despite the severe weather conditions around the time of your stay, there were no disruptions to power or internet services at our property. The amenities, including the backyard and hot tub, were fully functional and accessible. We take pride in maintaining our property to ensure that our guests have a seamless experience, even in the face of adverse weather conditions. The quick reattachment of a Internet cable wire was the only minor issue, which was resolved the same day without affecting the functionality of any services.
