This lovely condo is one of Ocean City's only five-bedroom oceanside properties. Professionally decorated and meticulously designed, St. Kitts 102 offers a large, bright, and open floor plan with every tucked bedroom away from the noise for maximum peace and quiet. There is a huge kitchen that is fully equipped for all of your cooking needs and an extra-large, fully furnished balcony with an ocean view that will offer relaxing vibes for all who attend, plus free WiFi and flatscreen TVs throughout. St. Kitts is a truly elegant and unique addition to Ocean City and will provide happy and relaxing vacation memories to everyone who stays here.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Wonderful Condo minutes from the beach.

Great place with plenty of room to spread out in the open concept kitchen/dining/living room area. Kitchen had a good selection of plates etc to use. Easy to get to the beach and plenty of easy access parking. Would stay here again.

Great stay

A group of friends rented this for Memorial Day Weekend and we really liked this house. You’re steps from the beach and the bus stop to get to the boardwalk. There was plenty of space inside the house for 10 adults. There wasn’t a ton of cooking supplies but we made do. We’ll definitely be back! Property management company was easy to work with and even let us check in early.

House size is perfect for a big family. Great location but the house is in desperate need of maintenance. The front door knob came off first time trying to leave. Two of the tubs didn't drain and one of the TV's didn't have a power cord. We stayed Mon to Fri and things did not get fixed until Thursday.

Very nice spacious condo. Could of used some repairing in the ceiling

Clean place, did need some repairs in ceiling of a bathroom. It had a large plastic bag covering hole in ceiling. Walls super thin. Had some issue with linens when I got to the place. After several calls, the linens finally came.

Beautiful home, poor service

This is a beautiful condo with extremely poor customer service from local agents. Issues with shower drainage and tv not working were never addressed at all during our 4 night stay. Only 2 rolls of TP for five bathrooms was provided, etc. balconies and bedrooms as well as the living room were comfortable and welcoming for multi family member gathering.

Overall this condo was great for the multi general vacation we took with our young daughter, grandparents, etc. The parking and elevator were very convenient and it was so close to the beach, which was great with a young toddler. The common spaces and kitchen were great for our group, and we loved that they had games. The only drawback to this property is that it is in need of some maintenance or TLC. The wear of rental is showing, and there were lots of holes in the wall that had been patched but not painted, a hole in the ceiling of one bathroom that just had a plastic bag taped over it, fixtures falling out of the walls (like shower heads and towels hooks), and none of the bathrooms had towel bars, which was a little weird for a beach condo. The spiral staircase was also a little challenging, mostly because it seems to need a little repair. Whenever you step on the top step it makes a huge metal grinding noise (even when a 30lb toddler did it) which was a little concerning, but also just annoying bc it was loud and woke people up if anyone used the stairs when someone else upstairs was asleep. These weren’t major inconveniences but were a little annoying. Overall we had a great stay and I’d recommend it but would encourage the owners to make some of the repairs to restore the condo to its full glory.

Beautiful Rental

This rental was beautiful. It had everything you would need. If you have handicapped or elderly people staying there it may be difficult to navigate the spiral staircase, but you can always enter through the higher floor of the building or remain on the first floor. The place was fully stocked, clean and in great shape. Everything was in working order except both of the first level bedroom TVs (which we never needed). I would definitely rent it again.

Great place, easy walk to the beach and close to great restaurants! Nice parking too. Don’t forget to bring your own toilet paper, paper towels and laundry detergent. Overall we were very satisfied.

Overall a decent property, however walls are thin and with 4 other units on either side, it got a bit noisy. Outdoor furniture was not clean and upstairs the outdoor furniture was old and rusty! A nice place that could use a little TLC. Other than that everthing worked and was well supplied.

Great home for large family

This 2 level home provided a nice and spacious place close to the beach for our large family. We had 8 adults and 3 kids and never felt like we were on top of each other. The open layout and full bath for all 5 bedrooms was a huge plus. Would definitely stay here again.

New Years Eve Getaway

Home was as described in listing. Great location. Steps away from the beach. Decor was fabulous. Beds were a bit hard but not horrible. I personally didn’t like the spiral stairs but not an issue with the others. We only had 5 in our group, so plenty of room for everyone. Wish we could have stayed longer.

The beds we're absolutely terrible to sleep on. You could feel the coils and were hard as a rock. We paid alot of money to rent this for a week and the least they can do for travelers is supply better mattresses. The trundle bed was broken and couldn't be used. We had 10 people who slept very restless. Overall the condo was beautiful . Change the mattresses out to a better grade.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and its always been perfect and we would definitely do it again. This unit is very clean and very well maintained and makes for an awesome trip! If you need a larger unit steps from the ocean then this should be your 1st choice. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

While the location was great, the service was poor. There was no toilet paper, hand soap or even a single towel. Beautiful home, but even getting help to enter the apartment was hard. We were locked out for hours with zero response from the owners. Someone showed up 5 hours later to help us enter the apartment. The electronic door lock was malfunctioning and we were locked out with kids. The reps we spoke with were not just inconsiderate, there were annoyed we were calling for help and had a terrible, rude tone the entire time. It`s unfortunate as the house and location were great but due to poor service, I don`t foresee staying there ever again. This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.

Spacious, comfortable location with pretty good views and access to the beach.

Large and inviting 2-story condo with 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms and parking underneath the building was nearly perfect for my family! The elevator made it much more comfortable for my mother's access. The linen package provided for a $200 fee by the management company did not include pillow cases or kitchen towels, and sleeping on bare pillows felt a bit unsanitary, but we enjoyed the condo, it's technology amenities, and the elbow room it provided for the rainy parts of our visit to Ocean City, Maryland. The walls do not provide much sound-proofing from the neighboring condos, and the shared patios were a bit uncomfortable when the neighbors were using on them, but that's could just be my social problem!

Great beach-block location!

This is a large two-story condo just steps away from the beach with covered parking underneath. Because this is only on the second floor, there was no beach view. Every bedroom has an adjacent bathroom. The large main gathering area was open and comfortable. Unfortunately, although the unit sleeps 10, they were not planning on all 10 people eating together, since the table only seats 6 and there is only one saucepan. We were able to make do, and there are adequate plates and flatware for all. We experienced noisy neighbors, but that is not the fault of the condo. The Vantage Realty folks were helpful and easy to deal with.

We loved the location but were not happy that 3 of the rooms were up narrow pole stairs.

We did not have Wifi or TVs during our entire visit even though we made many calls. For the 5 bedrooms there were only 2 pillows until the second day. The linen package was not there until 10:30 PM on the night of our arrival and never installed. There were no pillow cases so we went to Roses and bought some.
