With great on-site amenities and beautiful bay views, this condo is both comfortable and convenient, decorated in a lovely beach theme, and with everything you need to feel at home. In-suite amenities include free WiFi, three TVs, two DVD players, a fully-equipped kitchen, central AC, a private washer/dryer, parking for two vehicles, and even a building elevator. You'll love watching the boats on the Bay from your private balcony or taking in views of a beautiful summer sunset. Don't feel like hitting the beach? A refreshing outdoor pool and a beautiful bayfront dock are just steps away.

Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.
