Take in the sweeping views from every room in this stylishly decorated 2-bedroom retreat featuring 2 King suites. Step outside onto the spacious balcony overlooking the pools and let the fresh air and warm Gulf breezes waft your cares away. Balcony access from both bedrooms and living make this a great vacation choice for 2 couples to share. Lofty 10' ceilings and lots of natural sunlight add to the open feeling of this 1362 sq ft unit which also features solid surface flooring throughout and classic coastal furnishings. A modern fully-equipped kitchen and separate laundry room with full-size washer and dryer make this ideal for long or short term stays. Dine at the table, breakfast bar or out on the balcony or pop out to one of Destin's numerous local eateries.

The first master suite welcomes you with a comfortable King-size bed, spacious walk-in closet, and an adjoining master bath featuring a jetted tub, walk-in shower, and his and her vanities. The condo on the beachfront was perfect! Ideal to have two master suites overlooking the water and on the 17th floor! We traveled with another couple. The condo was clean. You will want to purchase toilet paper and possibly hand and body soap. The amount we were left was not enough for our five day stay.

The views were the first thing you see as you walk into the condo. They are absolutely breathtaking. My family and I loved everything about our stay. It was very close to everything and very easy to get to the beach. We had beach days and pool days. There was always chairs and tables available at the pool. It was a very relaxing stay and we will definitely be back.

Our stay started off rocky..we had no clue about the key fobs & how important they were to enter into the condo, pool, beach etc. So when we realized we were locked out..i tried calling the owner but was then sent a text & asked to go search for a lockbox outside (which we never found). Luckily some people walking inside seen us & let us in. One of the beds was hard as rock so my son & his family slept on the couch. Our tv would not pick up any signal in the right side bedroom. Check-in was super easy. I followed the easy instructions that was sent to me via email. Kitchen was well equipped for preparing food while in room. We were unable to connect to the tv WiFi, which not such a big issue, as we were outdoors most of the time. The kids were not happy about this however. Also the WiFi network in the room was not secure. I was not impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms, especially the showers. They had mildew on the grout.

Okay but…

The location of the condo was great, and the beach was beautiful. However, there were several issues that affected our stay. Both bathroom showers had visible mold, which was concerning. The master bedroom had no curtains initially, and when maintenance came to install them—at 8 PM while our child was asleep—we asked them to gone back in the morning, so when they were still too short and let in a lot of light. Additionally, our designated parking spot was occupied for three days, so we had to hope there was an open space available each time we returned.

Cousin beach trip 2025

The property is fabulous the layout is great. Beautiful view ! However, the showers were not clean, it smelled like cigarette smoke. There was a blind missing in the bedroom and one of the patio chairs was broke. It has some small things that is needed which would be inexpensive. Extra towels and wash clothes, oven mitt, can opener and dish drainer. The check in information was very lacking. Knowing the name of the building and umbrella and chair rental information would have been helpful. Love how easy it is to get to the beach and to the car. We also had to purchase a bed topper for one of the beds mattress was very hard. It could be an excellent place to stay with some attention in the area's mentioned.

I love this condo. The view is spectacular. In fact, a photo on the listing I have as my office computer screensaver. Decor is nice and not cheap looking like many other condos. Beds are very comfortable. I have already booked my trip for next year. Will be my 3rd year in a row!!
