Wonderful cottage close to the beach. Check in was easy. Everything you need is provided. Our host Johanna was always available if we had any questions or requests.

The cottage was even more than we expected! The hosts are great. Very clean and equipped with so many comforts of home. You won’t regret a stay here.

We had a perfect beach weekend at the Mayflower, from an easy walk to Priscilla Beach (using beach chairs and umbrella located beside the bungalow) to the evening fire surrounded by the Adirondack chairs. We ate all of our meals on the picnic table in front of the house, and everything we needed was provided by our host. Two parking places a plus! We look forward to staying at Johanna's place again.

Great stay

What a great place to stay! Comfortable little bungalow with just a short walk to the beach. Everything we needed was right there. Our little dog loved it too, would stay here again.

Wonderful place!

These beach bungalows are adorable! The Mayflower is perfect for a small family. The beach was a short walk, and we were provided a lot of great suggestions to explore. We plan to come again! Thanks Johanna!

Everything was first class and easy. Location amazing and a 5 minute walk with a great cart provided to move all your beach gear!The 2 outdoor spaces were great and the back was nicely shady and super private

Mayflower review

The Mayflower was all that we hoped for and more. We truly had a great experience, and loved all the beach-like touches. Johanna was a fantastic host. I highly recommend for future travelers.

This was our fourth visit, and somehow each stay is even better than the last. Johanna is truly the most wonderful hostess. Her warmth, attention to detail, and genuine care for her guests make every visit feel special. It's immediately clear that she puts her heart into creating an exceptional experience and wants every guest to feel welcomed, comfortable, and at home.The accommodation is beautifully maintained, incredibly comfortable, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a perfect getaway. Whether we were spending the day at the beach with our dog, exploring the Plymouth area, or simply enjoying an afternoon nap while gazing out the windows at the peaceful surroundings, every moment felt relaxing and restorative.We've stayed in many places, but this remains our absolute favorite stay in America’s hometown. For anyone visiting Plymouth or the surrounding area, there is simply no better place to stay. The combination of Johanna's hospitality, the stunning accommodations, and the tranquility of the setting creates an experience that can only be described as an unforgettable stay.

Perfect summer getaway

This cottage was the perfect place for a little summer getaway. It was clean, comfortable and equipped with all the necessities. I greatly appreciated being able to bring our dog with us, he loved the dog friendly beach. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and so easy with the provided beach chairs and wagon. Johanna was a wonderful host who allowed us to add on an additional nights stay just a few weeks before our trip. I highly recommend staying here and will definitely be back!

Perfect Beach Getaway

We have stayed at the bungalows previously. It’s always been a great experience. The house has just what we needed for a short stay. The Mayflower had the perfect space for a family of 3 to visit the beach. Kitchen was a great size and well stocked. The property owner has always been nearby and responsive when we needed something. It’s great that you get two off street parking spots.

Mayflower

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Mayflower cottage. The property was story book cute with colored cottages and adorable Adirondack chairs. The cottage comfortably fit all 5 of us and had central air conditioning. The cottage was very clean and comfortable with no noise whatsoever. They offer chairs, boogie boards and beach carts to use with a three to five minute walk to the beach. We will definitely be returning! Thank you JoHanna

Adorable cottage walking distance to Whitehorse Beach!

Working remotely 5 minutes from Whitehorse Beach for the week was fun, and my pup LuLu loved it! The park across the street was a good shady outside spot as well. Crisp AC was a huge plus with the 90 degree days. Johanna is very accommodating and has everything you need for the beach, too! Just bring your swimsuit and towel! Fully stocked kitchen was wonderful. I really as appreciated the mini bottles of olive oil. We ate at the cottage during the trip and I didn't bring any, and didn't have to buy a whole bottle either! Thanks Johanna!

excellent stay!!

we stayed here as we were attending a wedding close by, we loved how close the beach was, the cottage was clean and had everything we needed including AC. will definalty come back!!
