Priscilla Beach Cottage with Central AC

This summer house is the perfect get-away retreat. Whether it is a family vacation, a weekend trip, or a visit to historic New England town, this house can suit a wide range of people's needs and accommodations. The cottage sleeps 6 comfortably, with 3 bedrooms. Two out of the three bedrooms have two twin beds, while the third bedroom has a queen-sized bed. There is a pull out sofa which can sleep, additional guests. The cottage has all the required cooking appliances and a Weber Grill on a large outdoor deck. The house also has central air conditioning throughout. The house has two flatscreen TVs- one in the living room, and one in the master bedroom. The cottage is equipped with cable TV, phone, and wireless internet. Priscilla Beach is only a short 4-5 minute walk down the street where there is plenty of open space to spread out and enjoy the sand and water. The Priscilla Beach Theatre is minutes away from the cottage. Downtown Plymouth is only about a 10-minute car ride away with many restaurants, bars, stores, boutiques, and fishing/water sports attractions available. There are also nearby golf courses. Boston is about an hour car ride away to the north, with the availability of taking public transportation on the commuter rail into the city as well. Cape Cod and the Islands are to the south. This house can offer something for everyone's special interests. Whether you want to relax on the beach all week or head into Boston for the day, this house will allow you to have multiple options all within a comfortable feel of a house.

Classic beach cottage, no frills but very comfortable in a great location just steps from the beach. Nice deck with plenty of seating for dining or stargazing, Weber grill was key and the outdoor shower was awesome.

this is our second stay at this house. Itā€™s small but would be comfortable for two adult adults and two kids or three or four adults. We spend a lot of our day out on the deck or walking down to the beach. The neighborhood is great with the local community theater less than a block away. Would definitely recommend this home for a vacation.

It was great! Very clean and well maintained! Just very small bedrooms and beds! We were there for a horse show at fieldstone, so it was perfect for us!

My family really enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It was clean and had all the amenities we needed, and you canā€™t beat that location so close to the beach! Francis was very responsive and helpful, we would surely stay here again!

Great neighborhood and close to the beach.

This beach cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood and is a short walk to a peaceful and beautiful beach. The cottage is rustic and quaint. The owner is super responsive and great to work with. I would definitely stay again.

Trip to celebrate ending of Senior Year for my son

We wanted to bring my son to Boston and the Cape as a senior trip. This location worked well to visit both locations. The host was fantastic with offering suggestions on getting around to both locations from the property. He was very responsive, helpful, and friendly. If we return to Plymouth we would definitely stay here again. Short walk to the beach which provides a peaceful sunrise experience.

The cottage is in an excellent location. A short walk to the beach and to Priscilla Beach Theater. The area is quiet. The central AC system kept the cottage comfortable during the heat wave around the 4th of July. Cottage was clean and well stocked with consumables. Owner was quick to respond to any questions. Will rent again at some point.

Love it!

great cozy house perfect for my family of 4 - plus 1 poodle. Having the Weber grill on the deck was a godsend. short walk to the beach and a short drive to Plymouth. There is a Market Basket supermarket about 10 minutes away that had everything we needed for food. Next door neighbor (Joe if I remember correctly) was good for the over the fence convo and ad-hoc recommendations. The owner called me prior to our stay, left his cell and was a perfect gentleman.

Honest review

I wish I could give this place 5 stars. Unfortunately due to the cleanliness of the place I will give it a 2. Francis is a lovely person and communication with him was quick and easy. However, the place itself is not suitable for anyone trying to get away. When we got there the leaves had not been racked from the patio. The bathroom smelled like urine. My husband took care of the unclean areas by sanitizing everything. The one positive thing was the heating system. When we adjust the heating temperature it quickly warmed up the house. The kitchen was well equipped but sadly we saw the oven had burnt stains and the microwave smelled like curry. Needless to say we ate out. I understand this was a cottage and in all fairness to Francis. I expected the occasional spider. However, we encountered 1 ridiculously huge spider in the bathroom window. It was then that i lost and made plans to leave immediately (by 6:30 am )Monday. With dignity and respect to Francis the review is to help adjust the cleanliness of the place and some attention to detail. The decor was not an issue, I could care less but the cleanliness is not a commodity itā€™s a MUST.

Traumhaft gelegenes Cottage

Ein bezauberndes Cottage in wunderschƶner Umgebung. Es war noch viel schƶner als auf den Fotos. Alles da was man braucht. GroƟe Terrasse, AuƟendusche mit warmem Wasser. Ein perfekter Ort zum Entspannen. Wunderschƶner Strand die StraƟe runter. Francis war sehr freundlich, wir konnten uns bei der Abreise Zeit lassen. Wir haben schon oft als Familie in FerienhƤusern gewohnt. Aber so schƶn war es noch nie. Absolut empfehlenswert!

My family and I loved this cozy cottage. Everything was sparkling clean, the beds were very comfortable and the linens were top quality. The location was great. It was a short walk to the beach and a short drive to Plymouth. Francis was wonderful. He called the week before our stay to see if I had any questions and shared lots of good information.

Perfect!

Great, great house to stay in! It was exactly as listed, clean and tidy and just what we needed for our family of four plus a furry friend. You canā€™t beat the location to the beach; itā€™s just a short walk down the road from the house. Everything youā€™d need for vacation is already there too. Downtown Plymouth is maybe 15 minutes from the house and super easy to get to for tourist things like the Mayflower II and the Pilgrim Museum. There are plenty of great restaurants to check out as well. We got pizza and sandwiches from Rose and Vickiā€™s that were excellent and they deliver! We also recommend Amore for dinner as well as East Side Grill. All super tasty. For ice cream, Gellarā€™s was great!! Francis was SUPER easy to communicate with and made vacation no stress and easy. Highly recommend a stay at his house!

Great cottage

Loved the property it was perfect for me and my wife. Only a block from the beach which is great. Francis was very helpful and always quick to reply he even brought us an iron to use. Only thing I would change is that the side door needs to have a curtain or blinds as the neighbors could see right in. But this property was great and would come back

Homey, in a great location.

This is an old family cottage that is perfectly located, very close to the beach. Easy access to anything one could want or need. The deck is great. The current photos are dated but give an overall view of the cottage and beach. The owner, Fran Sullivan is very friendly, helpful, available and ready to respond to any questions or problems. Very quick to come by if needed.

Great stay at Priscilla Beach

Loved staying in this adorable cottage! It's very comfortable and well-equipped, and the location is perfect with beautiful Priscilla Beach right down the street, and downtown Plymouth just a short drive. Francis was a pleasure to talk to and gave us helpful suggestions about the area. Definitely plan to come back!

Wedding weekend

We stayed for three nights to be close to where my sister was getting married. Of course staying anyplace except for home during everything going on with Covid is a little nerve wracking but the house was so clean, well stocked, and my family and I were very comfortable. Fran was very quick to respond to my questions and the location is great! Very close to the beach and a few minutes away from everything Plymouth has to offer. Absolutely recommend!

Our Eastcoast vacation

Enjoyed a wonderful 6 days of sunshine, beach walks, excursions to Plymouth, and quiet afternoons reading on the deck. This cottage would be best for a couple or family with 1 or 2 kids. The owner is very nice and friendly. And thank goodness for the air conditioned cottage as it was hot the week we stayed here. Well appointed. The only thing I wish the cottage had was a vacuum.
