Choose from oceanfront views, ocean views, or garden views. The one and two-bedroom Sugar Beach Resort condos are all perfectly suited to your home-away-from-home Maui vacation. All Sugar Beach Resort Maui condos feature a private lanai, a fully-equipped kitchen, free WiFi, a washer/dryer, and all the resort amenities you’d expect from the best hotels.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Proximity to the beach, property needs some TLC. Adequate for 2 people, but no more than 2.

Great location and view but not the best furniture and cleanliness.

First, the location was great! Communication was perfect, checking in & out easy as it usually is with Vacasa. The condo though was just functional. The carpet is old, fraying and not fully vacuumed, the couch is so old it smells musty. Didn't want to sit in it. Patio furniture is very dated as well. Coffee pot was dirty, filter in water pitcher was very old. We cleaned the items that we could when we arrived and tried not to let it affect our vacation. Lots of potential here - hope it's updated soon or we'd try a different unit.

Sugar beach resort

Nice lroperty with great beach view and location. Actual apt was in an ok to fair condition. Had not been redecorated in sone time and generally seemed run down. Broken screen on balcony door, coffee maker that needed to be replacesd, clothes drier that vented to bathroom - would be surp, Broken towel rack that kept falling down.ard tiles missing.. sign of

Maui 2025

This is a return trip for us, with staying at Sugar Beach Resort over 10 times. All appliances worked well. It was stocked nicely with all needs. The cleanliness was unappealing. Dirt buildup at doorway bottoms, top of tile base, carpet stains. Doorway jambs are all dirty and badly chipped. They probably have not been painted since the unit was new. Elevators are clean and fast.

Fabulous Stay

Great amenities including beach chairs, umbrella, boogie board, games and even a pair of binoculars to whale watch. Bed was great and views were spectacular. Close location to snorkle beaches including right in front of the unit. Easy to fall asleep listening to the ocean waves

Breathtaking Veiw!

This unit had a view to die for. The interior was roomy, comfortable, and the bed was wonderful. We had everything we needed for our two week stay, beach chairs, cooking stuff, plenty of towels, etc. They give you a cute gift bag with local items - super sweet and cute. It was your standard condo rental in this area with a 5 star view and access to the beach. We had one minor issue with toilet running but that was remedied very quickly - within hours of it being reported. The grounds are well maintained. The common areas have clean grills, tables, plenty of chairs and loungers by the pool and grassy area on the beach. The Sand Witch shop close to the pool is a super fun place to grab a drink and quick bite. Overall we had a wonderful experience and will definitely be back.

Perfect view

The condo was well appointed with everything we needed- laundry soap, dishwasher pods, beach chairs, boogie board. The kitchen is well stocked with utensils and appliances. Clean and homelike. We enjoyed coffee each morning on our lanai and gorgeous sunsets. The beach is perfect for families. The pool/hot tub was clean and fun. Large grass area between pool and beach with loungers too. Kihei is a quick couple minute drive. ABC store is also close! Will be returning!!

Wonderful Condo. Loved ocean view.My only reservation was that the tub/shower could be difficult to get into and out. Grab bars were installed. I would wonder if a large person could get in.

Perfect for us

This condo is a front row seat to sandy very walkable beach. The condo had everything we wanted. King size firm mattress, air conditioning, balcony on the 3rd floor for great views and an elevator . Updated appliances including washer and dryer. We were here in June so not overly busy. Nice pool and hot tub. Sand Witch served great sandwiches and has a homey local feel. Also had a good massage. We would certainly stay here again.

Condo is a bit dated but everything is functional. Someone had written “Wash Me” on the outside of the bedroom window, but the unit was mostly clean. There is a cooler, beach chairs and boogie board on the lanai that came in handy at the beach. The view is fantastic. The small bag of snacks and coffee on arrival was a nice touch. Pool and hot tub were clean. Other guests were nice.

Room was not clean at check in. Doors to deck and safe did not work, but these were fixed after a couple of days. Other maintenance tickets generated at the time of repair, including cleaning, were never performed. Door code was changed without notice, leaving us temporarily locked out. I would recommend not renting this unit due to cleanliness and maintenance.

Perfect location and wonderful condo!

We loved everything about this condo and location! The check-in process was very easy - great, friendly staff. The condo was very clean, bed was comfortable and we had everything we needed, , and even a cooler, beach chairs and boogie boards! Beachfront views were amazing as we watched rowers in the morning and evenings and sunsets were breathtaking. Literally steps from the beach and pool, my son had a blast. We will definitely come again!

Need to put money into this unit

Duck tape on shower door to keep handle on. Only one bar of soap available between showering and bath sink (could use two). Beach towels thin, need new ones. Only one sand chair available between to people. Water turned off for part of the day for repairs. Blender in kitchen not working but management replaced it. Outside of the building was power washed, that was nice but dirty water sprayed all over parked cars due to power wash. This unit needs upgrading. Duck tape on shower door about says it all. Location is nice, but unit really needs upgrading
