When you stay in a Sugar Beach condo, you’ll have access to one of Maui’s best beaches for strolling, sunning, and swimming right outside your door. Choose from oceanfront views, ocean views, or garden views. The one and two-bedroom Sugar Beach Resort condos are all perfectly suited to your home-away-from-home Maui vacation. All Sugar Beach Resort Maui condos feature a private lanai, a fully-equipped kitchen, free WiFi, a washer/dryer, and all the resort amenities you’d expect from the best hotels.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Amazing View!

Great location! View is incredible. Walk right onto beach or sit poolside. We enjoyed both. Some great food choices to be had in the area as well. Highly recommend

All by myself

Sugar Beach, so centrally located on Maui. Great beach to walk anytime of day. Great ocean swimming. The pool is great size to swim mini laps and the jacuzzi is heaven. Kind of a hidden gem, quite and excellent sunset’s.

The location, ocean view was awesome, love it!! The place seem a little out dated, was not able to do the laundry, like the sheets, and some.of the towels. Because we just did not have time.

Love Sugar Beach

For us it's "location, location, location". This condo could use some updates. We had to have the hair dryer replaced as it didn't work and had other issues with some other appliances. Lanai furniture was really old. We will look for another condo at the Sugar Beach Resort for our next stay. Again, we have stayed at the Sugar Beach Resort probably 9 times. Location, location, location!!!! This particular condo was dated from others that we have use at the Sugar Beach Resort.

Condo is OLD

The saving grace was the spectacular oceanfront location and view. Plus the bed was comfortable. The unit was very dated, carpet was torn and stained. Could not get TV to play from iPhone. Not a fabulous experience, just okay. Owned needs to update unit to charge these prices.

Property needs to be Renovated!

Property is not as it appears in pictures. Very rundown, furniture in terrible condition. Stained carpet, marked walls. Dishwasher doesn’t work. Infested with moth’s and flies. Dirty and disgusting!!! If this was the only rental available on Maui, I’d sleep on the beach. Definitely will not stay there ever again! Chose another unit within the resort. Resort itself is awesome!

Our local staff has informed us that this property has a quarterly scheduled pest control maintenance. The dishwasher is working property and our owner is working on making some upgrades to the home. Needed updating and better cleaning

Room had a great view but AC vents were disgustingly dirty. There’s a motion sensor in the bed room with a red light that goes off every time you move to monitor AC which is really creepy. Carpets are so old and some spots are crunchy and feel weird under your feet. Also, had a bunch of ants in bathroom and bedroom and found a few in my bed. Could be so nice but doesn’t seem like owner wants to put any time or effort to update

Enjoyed the stay at this time of year was quite windy. Our room was clean but due to needing upgrade looked dirty. Sofa had tears on all cushions, before sitting on it covered with sheet. Carpet had multiple stains and grout in bathroom permanently stained. Enjoyed location of condo.

The view was absolutely stunning. Other than that, the unit needs updating and maintenance. Tons of scrapes and marks on the walls, one of the outlets in the bedroom was completely dead. Microwave door was cracked by the handle and the dishwasher control pad had holes in it from years of use. But like I said the view was amazing!!!

Location is amazing! Beaches were not crowded. Snorkeling really good right out your door.

The kitchen had everything we needed. Nice set up for family if your kids are ok with pullout couch. We bought a camping mattress at Costco which was a good buy. ($30). Our “kids” are 18+ so sharing doesn’t work. I would stay here again!

Great Resort, needs an update

Sugar beach has a wonderful beach for walking and swimming and has a nice pool and spa area. This unit is on the top floor and has a nice lanai and a fantastic view of the beach and ocean. The air conditioning worked great and was automated to turn off when the sliders to the lanai were opened.
