Beautiful House near Mt. Rainier National Park and Crystal Mountain Ski Resort

Spend your vacation or extended weekend at our beautiful 3 bedroom /3 bathroom house, located in the Chrystal River Ranch area close to the Crystal Mountain Ski resort and the West entrance to Mt. Rainier National Park. Skiing, snowshoeing, mountain biking, hiking or just strolling down and hanging by the river - this area offers it all. It is a year-round get-away.
The house is at the end of a cul-de-sac in a quiet wooded setting surrounded by a nice garden with deck, garden furniture, BBQ and wood fire pit area.
The master bedroom has a king bed, the second and third bedrooms have queen beds and the family room has a queen size Murphy bed. The open kitchen, dining and living area features table seating for eight people, couches and a cozy gas fire place. There is a laundry/mud room with washer and dryer, an attached garage as well as a carport. The house is furnished with linens, towels, bedding, a Wifi connection and a fully stocked kitchen.
The Crystal River Ranch community offers several walking trails, a playground, a meadow with horse stables, a community center and a local herd of elk wandering the grounds.
There are no businesses in the Crystal River Ranch but a few stores and one dining/tavern option are two miles west in Greenwater. There are additional dining and store options east at Alta Vista and Crystal mountain or west beyond Greenwater in Enumclaw.
There is a security camera on the front porch of the house facing the driveway.

Beautiful home!

We had a wonderful stay. Home is very comfortable and well-maintained. The outside yard is beautiful and peaceful with a trail to the river. Easy drive to Crystal Mountain. Would stay here again.

The living area is spacious and very comfortable for family and friends to hang out after a day on Crystal Mountain. Such a nice natural area surrounding the home!

Great spot for a family ski vacation

Our family enjoyed staying in this comfortable vacation home relatively close Crystal Mountain. The kitchen is well supplied to make meals, the beds are comfortable and the family room with gas fireplace is spacious. The host is very easy to communicate with and helpful. We would not hesitate to return!

Great cute cabin!

Really enjoyed our stay here during our ski trip. It's a super cute cabin in a beautiful area. Extremely well stocked kitchen with nice appliances and lots of cookware! Enjoyed the fire pit a lot and appreciated that firewood was provided.

A truly beautiful property! The atmosphere was so inviting and relaxing. My children loved exploring the woods and playing in the yard. The gouse was very spacious and comfortable. We'd definitely come back!

Best stay at Crystal you can get!

Amazing house with tons of cool things, equipped with everything you need and more! You can tell the owner puts a lot of care and thought into the stay experience because there was a backup tank of propane for the grill stocked in the garage at all times! Life saver! Thanks!

Wonderful!

This house was amazing. It was cozy. It had all the amenities we needed to cook meals. It had all the towels we needed for showers. There is a little trail that goes to the river, which was awesome since it was a bit warm. The owner was so easy to get ahold of which was nice. I’d definitely recommend this house.

Relaxing ski weekend

Such a beautiful property! We stayed at the cabin for a long ski weekend to celebrate our daughter's birthday. The cabin was so cozy and decorated with such thoughtful, artistic flair. The cabin had everything we needed and the beds were so comfortable! We loved that it was just a quick 20 minutes to Crystal Mountain too, this made it easy to get up and get some morning runs in and then enjoy a relaxing afternoon cozied up by the fireplace. We hope to be able to visit again next year!

Wonderful Stay!!

The property was even more beautiful in person and quite honestly I think the pictures don't do it justice. The layout is great and very comfortable. The outside grounds are beautiful and very well maintained. Annette was very easy to work with, accommodating and responsive. If you are looking for a place to stay near Crystal Mountain this is a must to check out. My family owns a house in the Ranch so it was very convenient for us to walk back and forth over Christmas.

Well appointed river side home

This home is approximately 20mins from Crystal mountain. It's spacious and the owners are very thoughtful as it has everything you need so you feel right at home. The kitchen is fully stocked and the back deck has a nice Webber grill. We lost power due to high winds in the area for part of a day but the house is equipped with a gas generator and a couple lanterns. In addition we stayed nice and warm with the gas fireplace.

Perfect peaceful place

Absolutely perfect stay at this home. A beautiful path through the woods to the river is just off the steps of The deck. The host provided bicycles tour the neighborhood and the house was very well provisioned. Plenty of towels, cookware, and necessities. I hated to go home. Stayed with my wife and two adult children and their spouses and one grandchild. Worked great.. Highly recommended.

Peaceful retreat/ ski lodge

Beautiful cabin in the woods with few neighbors. Thoughtfully decorated and well maintained. Our only advice is that the tub in the master bedroom should be on its own hot water. Couldn't use it after skiing. Otherwise we had a wonderful time in this comfortable home. Thank you for sharing.

Beautiful cabin & location

We had a wonderful time at this cabin. It's close to Crystal Mountain and the property is gorgeous. There is a cute Tavern in town where we had lunch, and we walked down to the community center near the cabin to enjoy some air hockey with the kids. Beds were super comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful remote setting

We enjoyed our stay over Thanksgiving, with plenty of room for our extended family of 6. The house is very nice, with a well appointed kitchen. It is a short walk to the river, which was very enjoyable. The only negative to the stay was that when we arrived, there was no electricity. We contacted the owner, who checked with the power company and told us that a rainstorm had knocked out power to the general area. A neighbor said that isn't uncommon in bad weather. Luckily, the house has a gas stove and a gas fireplace, and we were able to cook dinner and stay warm. Power was restored in the middle of the night, and everything went very well after that.

Beautiful House and Wonderful Experience

My husband and I had a great experience at this beautiful place. We loved the gardens that looked cultivated but then blended right into the forrest. Clearly an artist and craftsperson owns the property. We appreciated the artistic touches all around in the gardens and also in the house. We enjoyed the privacy and sense of retreat the property offered. We also enjoyed the elk the passed by quite often and the occasional friendly raccoon that reclined on the porch to observe us. We took a few great hikes and walked all around the community. We hope we will be able to come back soon.

Mountain Paradise!!!!

This propery was everything it listed and more, so incredibly comfortable. It had everything we could have wanted to keep our trips into town minimal and enjoying the mountains more. I will be coming back for sure. Thank you for the memories. The elk were a wonderful treat. Just magical.

We have been coming to this area for many years staying with friends at a neighboring house. We enjoy skiing at Crystal Mountain and love the hiking in and around Mt. Rainier. When this property became available, we took the opportunity to have our own place with good friends nearby.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

The house was designed and built by the previous owners with lots of care and attention to detail. It has a very cozy atmosphere inside and a lot of character. The large garden around the house gives it an open feel with sun coming through the trees.

From the house it is only a short walk down to the river and to the trails around Crystal River Ranch. There are many beautiful hikes close by and the location is a perfect base for exploring Mt. Rainier National Park and going skiing at Crystal Mountain.
