Luxury and privacy meet at this Kihei Condo, located in the condo resort known as Maui Kamaole®, and just minutes away from the three sunny Kamaole beaches. Kamaole Beach Park III, located just across South Kihei Road, is one of South Maui’s best swimming, snorkeling, and sunning beaches. This luxurious and extra-spacious condo showcases a lovely view. Strolling the grounds of this low-rise property, you'll discover tropical gardens, two pools (the lower pool is heated), a pool spa, tennis courts, and barbecue areas. Comfortably and elegantly furnished, this home provides many perks that include free high-speed WiFi, free cable TV, a DVD player, a washer/dryer, and a well-equipped kitchen. In-room safes are available. The spacious lanai offers spectacular views and a true taste of Hawaiian living.

Enjoyed Our Stay

We enjoyed our stay at Maui Kamaole. We have stayed in this complex before and always enjoy coming back. The proximity of this particular unit being steps from the upper pool was a big bonus for us during this stay. The unit was clean upon and arrival and the check in process and registration for our rental car was smooth. The unit was stocked with plenty of towels and bedding as well as utensils and kitchenware for a convenient stay. The unit itself is quite dated with older appliances, and the tub drain didn’t plug which isn’t ideal with young children who like to take a bath. We did have a few notes for the owner of property manager. The listing/page in the vacasa app and the welcome booklet in the condo are outdated. The wifi network and password did not match and I had to find the information on the back of the router myself for us to connect. Also, not all the beach gear that was advertised matched what was in the home. It would be nice to know exactly what is there before arriving in case things need to be rented. Also when staying in other condos in Maui Kamaole in the past, the kitchens had some non perishable items or items with long expiry dates left from the previous guests such as cooking oil, spices, condiments, etc. which is convenient but was not the case this time. Overall, we had a great stay and vacation and would stay here again but some small upgrades and attention to detail would improve the full experience when booking this condo.

Would stay here again

Very spacious unit. Even though it could use an update, the lower price makes it well worth it. Quiet. Easy access from parking. Beautiful grounds.

Had a great stay!

Nice clean place, everything worked, everything we expected was available. The beach chairs, towels, etc. were much appreciated. Familiarize yourself with the organization of the development a bit before arriving - we were a little confused finding the place after arriving late at night.

Great spot for a Maui vacation

The condo complex is lovely, is close to tons of things to do and beautiful places to go, and this unit was clean and comfortable. Close to the pool, but quiet and very family-friendly. Would definitely return. Beach chairs, towels, and even tennis rackets provided in the closet. Our only negative was the few small kitchen roaches under the sink hanging around the trash. Maybe stock that cabinet with traps/spray or something to help mitigate the pests.

Great Condo

We love Maui Kamaole and have been coming for 20 years. This condo is comfortable and clean, an easy place to be while enjoying Maui. We appreciated the lawn chairs and beach towels. Also used the hand weights for a little workout. Kitchen pretty well stocked with utensils, dishes, and a few pantry items. The patio is lovely and a great place to enjoy morning coffee.

Great Spot for Family Vacation

The resort was great. Beautiful setting, nice landscaping and facilities. The unit was clean and had the basics that we needed. The local Vacasa staff were super helpful, checked if there was a crib in advance and even replaced the lanai table and chairs for us because the old one had rusted. Great spot for a family vacation!

This place was beautiful!

You are literally steps away from the tropical garden pool with a waterfall. I suggest you go explore and go to the beaches during the day and come back for a night swim! The pool is gorgeous at night. The condo was wonderful. It could use a coat of paint, there are scuffs and the baseboards are a little dingy. The closet slats needed dusting. The outdoor furniture was getting a little rusty. But other than that it was a great place to spend a month ! I really have no complaints. Everything else was in good condition. The bed was super comfortable. The couch was just right. You really have everything you need.

Nice property with great location

Loved having the swimming pool and hot tub available on property. Having a washing machine and dryer was convenient. We enjoyed the boogie boards provided. The location is near beaches with sunset views and some eating locations are within walking distance. We enjoyed our stay!
