Choose from oceanfront views, ocean views, or garden views. The one and two-bedroom Sugar Beach Resort condos are all perfectly suited to your home-away-from-home Maui vacation. All Sugar Beach Resort Maui condos feature a private lanai, a fully-equipped kitchen, free WiFi, a washer/dryer, and all the resort amenities you’d expect from the best hotels.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. We loved the large lanai and views of the ocean. Absolutely stunning. The kitchen was stocked with All-Clad cookware. What we didn’t like. For the premium price we paid for a 21-night stay:The kitchen was not stocked with spices, trash bags, or dish soap. There were little starter bottles that are not adequate for more than a few days. There are (2) Brita water pitchers with expired filters that were not clean. The hand soaps in the bathroom are watered down. We had to contact management for WiFi issues and cigar smoking in a unit below us. The management team responded quickly. WiFi is not stable.

All star experience

Superb experience in Kihei. Convenience access to food/activities and pool was excellent. The only know I’d offer is the beach at Sugar Beach is less clear than others and subject to winds from Maalaea.

Nice home that makes you want to come back again soon

After being relocated several times around Kaanapali condos, I finally moved to this home on the recommendation of Maui residents. PH means 6th floor. We found it was when we got in the building. The home was enough 2 bed rooms, dining space, living space and lanai for 4 persons. It has nice view to see 2 southern iselands, beach line from left of Kihei side to right. you can access pool and beach from building directly to feel the pleasant wind.

Family Vacay

Property location is nice and central so, easy to get to all points of interest on the island. The condo was spacious with excellent views. Cleanliness was 4 out of 5. Bed was not very comfortable. Bedroom was a little warm at night and ceiling fan high setting felt like low. We did not use the grills or pool so I can't comment on those. Overall, the property is nice and I would recommend it to anyone!

I love SBR. I love the property. Complaint: I sent a message using VRBO and there was no response. Communication was always one way. You did communicate. the last time I rented at SBR, I received responses to my inquires through VRBO.

Excellent location, great beach, lovely views!

We loved everything about our stay at this lovely condo. The location in Kehei was perfect for us. We loved the beautiful sand beach right below us… enjoyed walking the beach and swimming in the ocean, and hearing the waves at night. It was just a short drive to many restaurants and shops in the main area of Kehei. The condo is well supplied with many beach chairs, extra towels and beach towels, enough toilet paper to last the week, and many kitchen amenities (even though we only ate out). Beds were comfortable, the elevator is just around the corner for ease of coming and going. Note to help others… the location is on the 6th floor (PH) in the building on the right side facing the ocean. There are two buildings in the complex with the pool area in the middle. The elevator is in the corner near to the pool. Hopefully this detail helps others arriving after dark like we did

Wonderful stay at Sugar Beach

We had a terrific stay at Sugar Beach Resort. The view from the balcony is amazing. Being the corner unit on the top floor, and projecting out from the rest of the building, it really feels like you have a private lanai. There were gorgeous sunsets from either the lanai or on the beach just steps away. The condo was very well equipped with everything we needed. (The only small thing was the remote for the TV in the living room was missing and the batteries were dead on the cable box remote.) The washer and dryer were great and very useful to have. We appreciated all the beach towels, the beach chairs, and the cooler. We took advantage of the BBQ grills a couple of nights. Only 3 of the 6 were working when we were there, so there was some waiting to get a free grill, but it was nice chatting with some of the other guests. The location is convenient to the West Coast, South Coast, and North Shore. We would stay here again if coming with friends.

Perfect Maui vacation home

The lanai, the view, the serenity. Spacious condo with plenty of room for a family of 4 to spread out. Pool and BBQ area also very nice with the ocean view. Location is a short drive from airport, close to shopping and restaurants in Kihei.

Great views, overlooking the beach!

Nice quiet place to stay that has views for days. This codo had everything we needed to have beautiful family vacation. Absolutely recommend this place.
