Swim, lounge, and snorkel at the fabulous Mana Kai Maui Resort, the jewel at the end of one of Mauiā€™s best beaches! The Mana Kai Maui Resort uniquely offers all the advantages of a condo vacation, but with the added amenities of a resort hotel. Choose from condominium or hotel-style accommodations. The condominiums include one and two-bedroom suites, complete with well-equipped kitchens and private lanais. In-room safes and free high-speed WiFi access are also available.

Comfortable hotel-style suites with full baths are also available just steps away from the ocean. You'll also have access to two gas grills and laundry facilities available on the property. While our amenities do not include poolside towel service, our condo and hotel suites are equipped with beach towels for use at the pool and beach. Take advantage of the resort atmosphere with special features including free parking, a pool, open air dining with lounge, yoga classes with Maui Yoga Path, a fitness center, an activities center, a gift shop, a general store, a business center with computers, and conference/meeting facilities.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the ā€œDamage Waiverā€). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

The communication from the host was excellent and the staff at the Mana Kai was phenomenal. The view is breathtaking and you are literally steps away from one of the best beaches in the world.

Great Stay!

We had a fantastic stay here. Great location and nice ocean view. Although the apartment itself is a bit dated, it was all very clean and offered everything that we couldā€™ve needed. Snorkeling close by was a big plus. Would definitely recommend this place.

Great ocean view and convenient access to one of these best beaches on this side of Maui. This Condo/Hotel is also situated on the same strip of many of the luxury resorts, providing plenty of options for dining and recreation.

Really enjoyed the ability to walk right out and have the beach, water, a grassy area, the pool and a shower for rinsing off right there. Also, nice to sleep with sliding doors open, and fall asleep to waves crashing. The unit needs some updating, especially the balcony furniture. Didn' spend much time inside.

25th wedding anniversary

We stayed at the Mana Kai 25 years ago on our honeymoon and returned to celebrate our anniversary. Absolutely love the location and feel of this resort. The beach is great for swimming and snorkeling and the grounds are clean and beautiful. The room was great, nice kitchen with everything we needed and very comfortable bed! We will be back!

Amazing View & Loved the Resort

Fantastic views, clean space and all we needed. Plenty of kitchen items to do whatever you needed. Loved the location. A little dated, but not an issue for us and you really donā€™t spend time inside because of all the awesome views! Loved that you could get chairs for free and the general store was excellent.

I loved that we were able to open the glass door to the balcony and close the screen in order to hear the waves all night long. It was so soothing. The view from the condo was amazing as well. Walking distance to food and bars and shopping was also great.

Great spot!

We booked last minute and were surprisingly happy with this condo. It was clean, comfortable beds, stunning views, stocked kitchen, and a closet stocked with boogie boards, a cooler, and snorkel gear. We will be back!

Had some issues. The electric locks somehow changed during the stay and we were locked out . Very upsetting.There was air conditioning but weak.

It served its purpose

The unit was just fine and served our needs. Itā€™s a bit dated and shows wear and tear, but it was fine. The location is awesome. Access to the beach and the ability to rent paddle boards downstairs was perfect!

Amazing location

This location canā€™t be beat. We swam at the beach every day. The condo has every thing you need and is well stocked. We liked the store in the lobby and the view!!! It is older and showing some wear. It is not fancy but it meets all your needs,

The location of the room was fantastic! There used to be a restaurant, but not right now. The unit was fine and had everything we needed. Would recommend replacing lanai furniture, and bathroom door.

Never Again!

When we arrived, the unit reeked of gasā€”an immediate safety concern. The back door was missing a handle, which meant we couldnā€™t lock it and had no way to secure our belongings. There were stains all over the floor, and the furniture was extremely worn and outdatedā€”easily 20 years old. We asked Vacasa to move us to a different unit, but they refused. They said they would refund one night as a compromise, but never followed through. After this experience, I will never book with Vacasa again.

The greatest weakness is - was - the communication for a first time user. I arrived after hours ( unexpectedly) - I had to figure things out . Annoying after 25 hours of travel and delays and countless other ā€œproblems).

Ocean front condo on the beach

We enjoyed our stay in the Ocean front condo on the beach at Mana Kai. Check in via Vacasa was a little confusing as the national office said they emailed us with the check in door code but nothing about the code was in the email. Only when we texted did we get a lovely response from the local Vacasa representative with the check in code Unit is a bit worn with no updates in many years. Furniture on the Lanai should be thrown out as the glass table top was fractured in several places and chairs were very worn. Two beach chairs were functional but so old that carry straps were worn through. All told we enjoyed the location and view. Local Vacasa representative was very responsive to our needs.
