Kihei Kai Nani #8-362 is the perfect coupleā€™s getaway! Enjoy rest and relaxation in this beautifully upgraded, top floor one bedroom/one bathroom condo. The owners have tastefully furnished the condo to give you a true Hawaiiana feel. Enjoy tropical breezes and mountain views from the open living area. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities needed to make you feel as if you are in your own home. Enjoy dining from the private lanai with incredible sunset views. The bedroom features a king bed, ceiling fan and many windows with the tropical breeze! Please note the bedroom does not have an air conditioner. You will love the delightfully upgraded bathroom! Amenities include wi-fi, cable tv, full washer/dryer in the unit/ AC in the living area.

We had an excellent stay at Kihei Kai Nani Resort. The layout of the unit was thoughtfully designed, making it feel open, comfortable, and easy to relax in. The furnishings were well chosenā€”attractive, modern, and very comfortableā€”and the overall setup was perfect for both short and extended stays.The kitchen was exceptionally well stocked with everything we needed to cook meals at home, which was a huge plus. The space was clean, welcoming, and clearly well cared for.One of the biggest highlights is the location. The resort is super close to the beachā€”just steps awayā€”making it incredibly convenient for swimming, sunsets, and long beach walks. The grounds are well maintained and quiet, with a relaxed, island feel.Additional highlights and recommendations:Beach chairs and beach towels providedClose to nearby cafĆ©s, food trucks, and shops within easy walking distanceThe pool and BBQ area looked great for low-key evenings after the beach--but we didn't use themOverall, Kihei Kai Nani is a fantastic choice for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and a true Maui experience. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Everything was great about our stay except for not having air conditioning in the bedroom. It was too hot to sleep in there without it so we ended up sleeping on the sofa sleeper. Other than that it had everything we needed and was at a good location.

Really nice place in a great location near the beach and restaurants. Biggest issue is the AC. It doesnā€™t cool the condo because itā€™s on a timer and shuts off every hour. Made sleeping difficult since the window AC is not near the bedroom

My husband and I loved it. The condo has everything is needed in the kitchen, laundry is in the unit, beach chairs are available! Walking distance to the beach ,stores and restaurants!

Very Well Equipped Apartment

The property is immaculate with a team of landscapers constantly upkeeping it. The apartment itself was ultra-clean and very well equipped in terms of kitchen utensils and gadgets.The main TV is not a SMART TV and so bring an Amazon Firestick if you want to watch Netflix or Prime.

There are stairs to get to this cute little place.

The unit was clean, had plenty of towels. the washer and dryer were helpful. It had lots of supplies for cleaning and living it for the week. The king size bed was comfortable though the furniture was not but it was nice. We couldn't get either tv to work (only got Hawaiian pictures and music) but the internet wasn't difficult to hook up. But the problem was it was on the third floor with no elevator so it was a stair climb anytime we came and went . There was no mention of stairs in the descrption that any of us saw.

Great place to stay

Came with everything we needed and the booking process was so simple (we booked in Sept.). The unit is exactly how it looks and they even provided us with 2 beach chairs and a beach umbrella along with multiple coolers to use for our drinks/snacks. The wind usually went in the opposite direction of the unit so we had to use the A/C and fans most of the trip but it was fine and didnā€™t usually didnā€™t get too hot while we slept. This property is right across the beach and had a fantastic pool that was perfect for lounging. Overall a great place to stay for our first time in Maui.

Great condo unit , very clean , comfortable ,with everything you will need. The grounds crew keep this location absolutely perfectly manicured, with fresh flower popping up daily. The pool is a perfect temperature to just float and relax all day. This was our 14th time to Maui and 1 of the best places we have stayed, highly recommend this unit .

Great location, solid unit

Situated perfectly for access to Kihei beaches and dining, close to Wailea. AC unit keeps the kitchen/living area cool, bedroom was quite hot but a fan made it manageable to sleep at night. Had an issue with the unit on our 2nd day, and the management was very quick to respond and it was all fixed by the time we were back from the beach! All in all this listing is great and sets you up nicely for an awesome Maui vacation!

Beautiful Condo...but the bed!

Truly a beautiful condo. The kitchen was stunning. It even has a small kitchenaid mixer if you wanted to whip up a batch of cookies. The only true downside was the bed. It was the hardest bed we've ever slept on and really needs a good mattress topper. I've never been so sore in my life and was glad to come home to my own mattress. I really don't like to leave negative reviews especially since everything else about the condo was really nice and we really enjoyed our time there. If the bed situation could be remedied, it would be a top consideration for us to come back.

Taste of paradise

Kihei was the perfect spot to stay because of its centralized location. You can go south or north to explore the island. We stayed 8 days and only touched the tip of the iceberg in exploring all there is to see. We did do a little island hopping and went to Oahu to visit Pearl Harbor so being semi-close to the airport was nice. Our condo was all the way at the back of the property on the 3rd floor. At first we thought this was inconvenient because of the length of the walk to the beach and the condo was really hot the first night. But we soon found out that the distance from the street made it quieter and the trade winds that blew in the evening cooled off the condo sufficiently to sleep comfortably. We were also surprised to find so many items in the condo that we used every day. I found a French press coffee container to make my own each morning ( I like my coffee extra strong). We had everything we needed to make breakfast every morning (and save some money) with the leftovers from the previous nightsā€™ excursion to the local restaurant. The great thing about this is we had breakfast on the lanai with a pretty good view ( if you squinted hard enough you could see the ocean). This reminds me; Costco was right next to the airport so after we picked up our rental car we headed straight to the famous food trucks across the street from Costco, had a great meal, then went to Costco and bought everything we needed for our stay.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The complex is clean and well maintained although a little older than most. Located right across the street from a great beach and they provide beach chairs and a good cooler. The kitchen is nice and well-equipped but the furniture and window coverings are lacking. I didn't visit the pool but it looks about like a basic motel pool.

Best location in Kehei. Directly across from a beautiful beach and just a couple minutes walk to 3 others. Restaurants and shopping are all either right next door or a short walk. The unit is nice and clean. Has all the appliances, dishes, and cookware you need. Has 4 beach chairs and coolers. Only negative is no a/c in bedroom. There is in living room but got warm in bedroom
