Everything was just like it was described. The one cup coffee maker didn't work, but u had a regular one for backup. Clean and roomy. Centrally located to everything. Great neighborhood. Great time, Highly Recommend!!

The house was in a great location and clean. It does need some updating. Photos are definitely older. The pool was a great thing to have on lazy days. Overall, we enjoyed our time there and it was more than enough space for our family.

Family reunion

We were in town for a family reunion and the house was in the perfect location. We were vlose by all the events. The house was our retreat. Spending quiet time in the pool was much needed

We really ejoyed our stay! Everything was tidy and cozy. The family enjoyed the pool, and really enjoyed the privacy. We would totally recommend this property!

Memorial Day Weekend stay

We stayed in this home over the holiday weekend for a friends wedding. We mainly chose it because our friends live just a few doors down. I was a bit skeptical due to some of the reviews about cleanliness and they we right. For the most part the inside was ok. The beds were fine and clean as were the linens. The inside could use a coat of paint and a good scrubbing. What was the greatest disappointment was the backyard. The lawn hadn't been mowed in weeks and there was green mold all over the pool surround and vinyl fence. It was not inviting at all the want to enjoy the pool. The house has such potential, it just needs a little TLC.

Very out dated property

One of the beds was ridiculous!You could only sleep on one half of the bedThe other side slanted down so badly It was ridiculous!Kitchen was very well equipped!Pool was ice coldNo longing outside pool furniture!Pool was dirty When checking inIt was so darkWe could not see the address from the street Or from the driveway!We finally had to get out of our car And use our cell phone to look for an address Very limited towelsThankfully we could do laundry To wash the few towels that were there.Location was very convenient

The house could be beautiful if the owner would use a little elbow grease. All walls, cabinets and doors are all dirty! The drywall is falling in spots and there cracks all over the house. Washing things down good and a little paint would go a long way. The future is old and falling apart. There were cobwebs all over, that had been there for a long while. Thereā€™s no dresser or any other place to put your clothes. There is an old stained mattress in the master closet so there was no real use of it. The pool area is in a major need of a power washer!!! The floor in the kitchen had grease all over the place. I had to go to Walmart you buy toilet paper, paper towels, cleaning supplies and hangers. All of the bedding and towels are old,ripped and stained. Itā€™s too bad that I came to Florida to spend time with my dying dad and having to clean the morning after we got there. But at least the house is cleaner then when I got there.

It was ok

The front walkway was over grown with palm frawns that smack you in the face from the driveway to the front door. The back yard has overgrown shrubbs When we first arrived, the front tv wouldnt turn on, we figured out that it had an extension cord running all the way around to the opposite wall that operated on a switch. Not sure why they would do that. Once the tv was on, none of the 4 remotes in the house worked. All the batteries were dead, so we couldnt watch tv. The master bedroom had an old tv with two remotes, one worked the on/off and volume and the other was a roku. The main remote had dead batteries so you had to manually get up out of bed to turn it on and off or adjust the volume. The owner sent new roku remotes through amazon but no batteries so i had to go buy betteries to use the remote for the front tv only. The other bedrooms had tvs the size of a small computer monitor that didnt work at all. The closets had random boxes in them. The sheets in all the rooms smelled stale. The furniture looked like random garage sale finds. Nothing really matched and a lot of it was old. I didnt because the pans were trashed. The master bath had some ants and spiders around the light fixtures. I found a gecko living in the room too. He was friendly so i let him be. His name is Gary, tell him i said hi if you see him. He eats most of the bugs in the bathroom. Overall, unless the owner puts some money into linens and towels and working tv's, i wouldnt want to stay here again.

Work Trip

I came into town with my wife for a job. We picked this house because of the pool. We never received a welcome pack with the code for the house, so after calling the contact number several times and messaging them on the VRBO app, we finely received the code while sitting outside in the rain. Apparently the host just forgot to send it. The pool and outdoor area in general were dirty.

21st Celebration

Brought son to celebrate his 21st at Hard Rock. The home has some minor normal home owner things needed (pressure washing for example). Otherwise, was clean and not far from food and the casino.
