Overall ok, but we were promised a heated pool and was very disappointed as we had told our 6years old and 9 years old that we would have one as advertised. BOO!!!

Hello we never promised heated pool and we mentioned that through messages too , we also advised that’s an extra cost to have pool heating $25 a day as stated on the add and didn’t want to pay.

We actually stayed from July 27th through August 22nd while our kitchen was being renovated. We so enjoyed our time there we would stay there again. The house was so clean and comfortable. We loved the pool. My husband fell in love with the sound bar and TV in the living room I will be shopping for a new TV.

Perfect space

We enjoyed having this home as a base for breakfast, dinners, and rest. I was able to cook meals for my daughter who lives near by. Very convenient to all the area tourist attractions we visited. Thank you!

Great getaway away from traffic

We had a great time and found the location wonderful when traveling into Tampa for the soccer tournament we were a part of. We didn’t have to take major highways and it was easy to get in and out of. The pool was a great option as well. Overall a great experience.

Beautiful home

I feel like the listing pictures didn't do the home justice. It's an absolutely lovely home, with actual furnishings, not the cheap as possible norm with rentals. On the occasions I reached out to the host she was very quick to reply and kind. Pool was awesome. Gas option no longer working on the grill though, so plan on the charcoal side or just cook in the beautiful kitchen like we did.

We were on the area for a softball tournament. Check in was very easy, we had good communication with the host. It was very clean. The pool was great, coming back after playing 3 games in one day the pool was the highlight for my husband. It could use a chair or two in the bedrooms for putting on shoes and such. But overall a comfortable place.

Perfect for our little weekend getaway

Property was very clean and just as described on the site and had everything we needed including pool towels. It was located in a nice quiet subdivision that wasn’t far from the location of the strawberry festival which is a very big event in the area. The pool was clean and very private. We will definitely go here again. The property owner was very Easy to reach and responded quickly with just a few questions I had.

The house was clean when we arrived. Did really stay there long except at night. We did enjoy the patio till the No seeums started to eat us alive even with the screen. These is no hot tub as the web site states. Over all a nice stay. Thank you

house needs attention

dead bat found inside covered pool area, bathroom sink faucet flow needs addressed, dishwasher needs updated, bathroom desperately needs updated, hallway access panel falling down, overall cleanliness i would rate as below standard pool was nice though

Hello, I wished you would of mentioned any concerned during your stay when I asked if everything was ok. We get the house cleaned before every client and left spotless. When I went to clean the pool for a second time to make sure it was cleaned during the stay also this was not mentioned. So sorry to hear your had this experience and wish you would of mentioned your concern before leaving this review. Kitchen is not modern but that’s also in the pictures of the ad. Also the panel in the hallway is the ac filter panel Which easily can be closed if would of mentioned. The house is just as is in the pictures.

The property desperately needs professional maintenance, a deep cleaning, and updates. While it checked all the boxes and was stocked, it was not a home we wanted to linger at. The pool was the only positive, but the surrounding area was so unkempt it detracted from the experience. On our initial night, a young man rang the doorbell at 9 pm, very obviously pretending to sell pest control. A few days into our stay, I recognized him as the neighbor. I'm unsure if he was casing the house or just being nosy, but it would have been a safety concern if I’d been a lone female. Pride is ownership is not reflected here. When you travel you want something nice that feels like home. We would not recommend to family or stay again.

Okay, needs some upgrades/attention

This property was okay, there are some issues that should be addressed or updated. When we arrived the yard looked terrible, had not been mowed, full of weeds, both front and back around the pool. The pool is nice, I will give them that. The beds and pillows are not comfortable, so much so that one guest slept on the couch to try and get better sleep. I did reach out to the host about that and also the time it took them 5 hours to respond to a message and asked for some compensation or partial refund and was told no, but they offered to heat the pool?!?!? Host stated new mattresses had just been purchased, however new does not equate good quality. I did reach out to VRBO support as well. The location was close enough to some really good restaurants (20 minutes) and to ball fields we needed to be at that weekend. Overall we enjoyed our time in Florida, but would not stay at this location again.

The inside of the house was nice. Seems they are doing some renovation that’s not quite finished. Pool was nice. Backyard area behind screened in pool was a bit worn down. It was a bit weird renting a house with a bedroom that is locked. Felt a bit creepy. Overall was decent for the price.

Thank you for your feedback , we’re glad to hear you enjoyed the inside of the home and the pool. We do want to clarify a couple of points to avoid any confusion for future guests. The backyard area is currently in the process of being renovated and extended, which is noted as part of ongoing improvements to enhance the property. Regarding the locked bedroom, this space is used as a storage room and is clearly stated in the listing prior to booking. It is not part of the rentable space. Over all the house met our needs for a family vacation.

Location was great. Mid way between Orlando and Tampa. Everything worked in the house. Pool was great. A/C was cold. It was nice to have a place to ourselves. Other reviewers I read when choosing this home had some complaints. Yes it could use some updates but on a whole is was great

Brief stay for my son and children who came from Maine to celebrate Papa's 80th birthday.

Good sized but the 3rd bedroom would have been useful. It is alot of $$$ for only sleeping 4.

Comfort in the storm

We booked this house last minute as hurricane Ian was bearing down on the west coast of Florida and our home was in a mandatory evacuation zone. It was a clean, comfortable place to ride out the storm and the property manager was extremely accommodating to our needs during this stressful time. We were able to cook, work and sleep comfortably while the storm was making landfall.

We liked the rental

Plant city location is almost same distance to Tampa and Orlando. Neighborhood is okay. House is clean but a bit outdated. Needs update. Pool is good. Totally secluded. Exactly what we looked for. Pool was very clean. Free from bugs. We enjoyed every day. Beds are a bit uncomfortable.
