We had a wonderful time at Sedona Pinon Woods. The property was spotless when we arrived, was spacious, had a well-stocked kitchen, comfortable beds and an ample supply of hand soaps and other toiletries. Pinon Woods is in a quiet neighborhood close to many hiking and mountain biking trails and close to many other attractions. There are many great restaurants nearby. We especially enjoyed spending time on the covered back patio! Communication with the host throughout the stay was great! We will definitely stay at Pinon Woods should we travel to Sedona again. Thank you!

Fantastic Property!

Our stay was wonderful. The house was perfect for three couples in Sedona to play golf and hike. The kitchen was very well appointed and the property was beautiful. We will rent it again if we are back in Sedona.

Two weeks in Sedona

Great location for daily hiking excursions. Home is well stocked and clean. Would rent again in a heart beat.

Perfect serenity!

Three executive women found serenity and sanctuary in this beautiful home. Individual bed and bath made the perfect balance of privacy and community. The back porch with the bird song and the brook babble was magical. The location kept us out of the busy busy hubbub of Sedona but put us in proximity to delicious eats. We had a beautiful stay. .

Perfect place to enjoy Sedona

Loved this house! Spotless… beautiful brand new decor. Great views from back porch(wonderful wildlife sightings all week), dining room, and rooftop terrace. The views driving into neighborhood are breathtaking! Loved Clark’s market for groceries 1 mile away. Great house for our vacation!!!

Gorgeous Red Rock Views

This home must have been recently updated because it was absolutely beautiful! We enjoyed all of the amenities and the bedrooms were very comfortable, which was very important to me because I have a bad back. It was a cold spell while we were there but the back porch is protected from the wind and is sunny which we all enjoyed on the comfy furniture out there!! The kitchen is a dream and we made good use of it. Having our breakfast in the dining room and looking at the view was spectacular. Truly a wonderful stay. I would highly recommend this property.

Oak Creek

A very nice home! It was very comfortable and had everything that was needed for a great vacation! We really enjoyed the rear patio! The location was great for visiting all the sites. Being in the Village of Oak Creek was much more relaxing than being in the busy downtown Sedona area! The only small complaint is seeing traffic on the street when coming out of the driveway. There is a mirror at the end of the driveway but it is still a little difficult to see any traffic because of the shrubbery.

Family Trip

Beautiful property! We did have an issue with the dishwasher leaking when we tried to use it and had to wait for it to be repaired until the next day but the repair person was great! The oven part of the stove was very difficult to use however, it shut off on its own several times and took googling to figure out to even use it. A few of the finishes could use some work, such as the tub in the master bath tub ran slow and took forever to fill up. Overall it was a great stay and we would stay again!

Wonderful home in quiet neighborhood

My family stayed here the 2nd week of May 2024. Received check in information prior and codes for garage and front entry. Good communication. The property is wonderful for a quiet relaxing change from busy Sedona traffic. The neighborhood feels tucked away from the business area and was very peaceful. The back patio in particular was a great gathering place with gas grill and a natural area to spot birds and the occasional rabbit. Pulling out of the driveway required a bit of care but we were advised to use the landscaped gravel area as a turn around and that worked fine. All in all we were very pleased and would certainly recommend the property.

Wonderful house, active vacation!

We are parents who brought our two daughters and two of their friends to Arizona for their college spring break. This house was perfect for us. Everything is clean and new, and the views are amazing. Highly recommended! We cooked almost all our meals in the house. It has a well- equipped kitchen, and a dining table that seats eight. The grocery store, Clark's, was four minutes away, and they had everything we needed, even with two vegetarians. We were able to get our own streaming services on the TV, and the beds were very comfortable. It was especially nice to have a washer and dryer in the house, because it meant we could pack light. The neighborhood is lovely—safe and quiet with nice neighbors. It's a great place to go for a walk or run. If you are visiting during spring break times, it is a big plus to be in the Village of Oak Creek rather than Sedona proper due to the traffic in Sedona (unless you plan to walk everywhere). Oak Creek is smaller, of course, and doesn't have all the shopping, but it has good restaurants, a gym and a yoga studio, plus Clark's Grocery, which also has a pharmacy. That was everything we needed. The purpose of our trip was hiking, rock-climbing and visiting cliff dwellings. There are so many nearby hikes, that it was hard to choose. I recommend avoiding the most famous ones during spring break as they are very crowded. We also went up to the Grand Canyon, which was terrific, but the accommodations were not as nice as this house!

This property was our home base for day trips to Grand Canyon, Antelope Canyon X and Horseshoe Bend, and the many local attractions in Sedona! Highly Recommend!!

Awesome stay

Probably the best set-up short term rental I’ve seen ( and I own one myself). Every detail taken care of and property management good. House is beautiful, finishes high quality and kitchen has just about everything you could need. Worth the drive to Sedona centre(20-25 min) to be in this house. Outdoor spaces were terrific.

The Best of Sedona

The location of this home was just perfect!!! Set amongst all of the beauty but away from the craziness of downtown Sedona. The house was equipped with everything we needed. Two tiny complaints…. The dining and living rooms would benefit greatly from dimmer switches on the lighting. A better book of hiking trails (with maps) would have been really helpful. All in all though, a perfect long weekend for 6 friends reuniting.

Great property with space for the family

This property is great! There is plenty of space both inside & out to gather as a group or find alone space. The only improvement I would make is to get a new coffee maker. The coffee maker in the property was bad & makes a mess every time it gets used. I suggest they get Keurig unit & the place would be perfect.
