Pike Lodge - The Lodges at Oak Point, 1000 Islands - Right on the River!

Pike Lodge is in the heart of Oak Point, one of the most family friendly and enjoyable communities in the Thousands Islands, located on a peaceful sandy-bottom bay.

Inside the lodge, the first floor has an open living/dining area, kitchen with full sized appliances, bathroom with full tub/shower, and two bedrooms. View the majestic St. Lawrence from the large 2nd floor sleeping loft or relax on the screened porch while playing a board game or enjoying a sunset dinner overlooking the bay.

The area is scenic and has many activities to explore. It's a popular fishing destination for pike, muskie, bass, and walleye. Day trips are easy to many US & Canadian attractions in Alexandria Bay, Clayton, Kingston or Brockville, including museums, castles, island parks, and restaurants. Buy local produce and baked goods at a nearby Amish farm, or golf at a nearby course. Cruise the 1000 islands, kayak to get close to nature, watch the ships plying the channel, or just sit and relax on our dock. Ask about our pontoon boat rental, dock space, free canoe/kayaks for guests, and town boat launch just steps away from the lodges. We look forward to your stay with us!

Fantastic family vacation!

The Lodges at Oak Point are a hidden St Lawrence gem. My family and I have been coming to Oak Point for the past thirty years and the Lodges are my favorite place to stay. The bay is perfect for swimming, boating, and just enjoying that summer float life. The Lodges provide kayaks, a canoe , and a paddle boat for renters to use. Paddling around the bay is definitely something you will want to take advantage of. Roger and April are wonderful people, easy to talk to, and make you feel at home. I look forward to seeing them every year. We have a large family and booked two cabins, which worked out perfectly. There was more than enough room for people to get together and still have their own space when they wanted. The view from the cabins is beautiful and from the porch of Pike you can see the large boats when they come down the river. Oak Point in general is a welcoming community and we always feel at home. I highly recommend this vacation destination!

Absolutely beautiful!! Perfect location!!

I don’t think I can put into words just how beautiful this place is! We were here over the 4th to visit family and we will definitely stay here again. The owners are super nice and we enjoyed talking with them too!! If you’re trying to decide if you should stay here ask yourself if you like beautiful views and nice screened porches …

False advertising

Everything was great but I specifically went there to fish off the dock with my 2 small children which is why I picked this place. They specifically advertise fishing off the dock not once but twice in the listing. When I told her I wanted to do that she said "you CAN fish here but you wont catch anything." Then gave us directions to a park 19 minutes away or some other random spot off oak point property. My kids literally fished off the docks for nothing bc they were too excited from what I told them we would do and still had fun but it was so sad and disappointing. Owner did nothing. Its stealing our vacation time!

Great views, quiet very small community, close to other attractions but far away enough to relax.

Property was clean and inviting. Great views, hosts were awesome and available for anything we needed. Will be returning next year!

The cabin was exceptionally clean and spacious. The views were AMAZING!! Roger and April (the ‘landlords’ were friendly and available at all times. We will definitely be returning!!

Oak Point Getaway

My siblings and I arranged a special time together at Oak Point to celebrate our mom's 90th birthday and we were very pleased with our visit! The location is perfect; so serene with a lovely view of the bay and river. Close enough to Alexandria Bay and yet more secluded. We found the kitchen to be well-supplied with dishes, utensils, pots and pans, coffee pot, etc. which made our stay so convenient. We loved the lawn and firepit which enhanced our time together as family. Lisa made us feel so welcome as she thoroughly oriented us to her property and the Hammond community. We were very impressed and look forward to returning!

Fishing, kayaking, swimming

My husband and I had an excellent stay at Pike cottage. Loved the cottage! So much room and had everything we needed. Folks in the other cottages were also fishing ... it was fun to exchange stories. The swimming is awesome, sandy bottom and shallow. Lisa stopped by to make sure all was good. Hoping to stay again next year!

The Perfect Weekend

We had a great stay at Pike Lodge. Lisa was very welcoming and was available for all of our questions. The cottage was in great shape and very clean. It is situated beautifully on the waterfront, in a quiet relaxing cove that is within a short drive to Alex Bay area. We spent a lot of time in the yard enjoying the sights, grilling out, swimming, and using the canoe that comes with the rental. Can't imagine a better place to stay and can't wait to go back with the entire family!

Pike Lodge stay

We did a 3 day girls trip to 1000 Islands and decided to stay at Pike Lodge. Lisa, the owner was very nice and responded quickly to our questions. The screen porch overlooking the Saint Lawrence was so peaceful in the morning and watching the sunset. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cute cabin on the water. Quiet great family spot

We had a wonderful time. Owner was friendly and available if needed (but nothing was wrong). There was a canoe to go out. Quiet beautiful spot. We had a lovely stay! Hope to come back again!

Fishing trip getaway

Lisa was great to deal with. She answered any and all questions I had before arriving. She came personally to greet us and go through the property explaining everything about the property. She checked in on us to make sure everything was good. Lisa is very friendly. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Our cottage Pike Lodge was much bigger than expected and everything was clean and in good working order. We will be back. Thank you for a nice stay.
