Modern and tastefully decorated, this lovely studio is close to various top attractions in Paris, such as the Louvre Museum and the Notre Dame Cathedral! Please note that this property is not suitable for people with reduced mobility.

This studio is designed with open living, dining, and kitchen areas. The living space features a comfy double bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutleries that you'll need to cook delicious meals, including a stove, an oven and a microwave. There's also a dining area where you can dine with loved ones.

The bathroom contains all the essentials for your convenience, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

We are GuestReady, a property manager, and we want to ensure your stay will be as smooth and comfortable as possible. We are available 24/7 should you need any assistance during your stay. Kindly note that this is a personal home so please take good care of it as if it was your own.

The once-gritty 12th arrondissement is now a cluster of tranquil residential neighbourhoods. The peaceful Coulée verte René-Dumont offers an oasis with gardens along a former elevated railway. Families flock to Bercy, an old warehouse district with a park, concert arena, retail chains and restaurants. The Cinémathèque Française, designed by Frank Gehry, shows classic movies and has a museum and archive.

The property is easily accessible by public transport and car.

The Bastille metro station is only a 6-minute walk away, and La Gare de Lyon is just a 10-minute walk away. Both of these stations are located on Line 1, which serves the entire city of Paris.

Paris-Orly Airport is a 36-minute drive from the property.

Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has a surcharge of €20. Check-in after 00:00 is subject to confirmation.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €300 smoking fee, at minimum.
