Lake Daze - Incredible 8 Bedroom Lake Gaston 5-star Boat included in rental

First, this makes us extremally sad. Anyone that has rented from us know how incredibly hard we work to make sure everyone is very satisfied. We have never received anything other than a 5 star and this guy gives us a 1 star. It really is heartbreaking to have someone do this. This is our family home and we take immense pride in it. We never spoke with or communicated with the individual that wrote this review. I spoke and texted with his brother multiple times. If there were any issues or concerns they were addressed immediately. For example. they informed us they felt the microwave was unsafe, we had a new one there within two hours. The man that delivered the microwave said the renter was very negative and rude. When they left I received a text saying they had a wonderful time. No mention of any concerns or issues. A few notes on the comments above: Kee -They said they wanted more than two towels per bedroom, no problem, we gave them access to our personal closet with unlimited towels for their entire stay. - We have a back up grill we offer but it does not get used often. I checked it this weekend and it looks great, I'm not sure what the compliant is. -The boat is 100% perfectly safe, we would never rent it it if it weren't safe, how exactly was it unsafe? This is a 2018 Avalon Tritoon with a 200 HP engine. Its a great and is worth over $50,000. The canopy has been removed but we have never received a complaint about this. - The appliances all work great, we do have a new microwave on order but it isn't expected until November due to supply chain issues. In the meantime we have another microwave available. The ice maker in the fridge is awaiting a new part. In the meantime we have an ice maker at the boat house and we provide bags of ice in the kitchen and garage fridge. All other appliances work great. - There was an extreme amount of rain and we had a leak in the basement. We had a repairman there immediately to fix the drywall. We did not know the renter did not want this fixed. Had they told us not to have the repairman there we would have delayed it, no problem. Again, we have all 5 star reviews except for this individual. We go way above and beyond for our guests and there are few properties in the country that have the things this home offers. To close, we are deeply saddened by this review and hope the person that wrote it can find some happiness in his life because his review is not a true indication of the property or experience. We feel bad for people who seem to be so miserable.
