Beautiful home

We had a wonderful, relaxing week. The house is beautifully decorated and the most well stocked place we’ve ever stayed. We spent most of our time out by the pool, enjoying being warm. The beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was very quiet.

Great vacation home

We have been renting vacation homes for over ten years in Cape Coral and this home was definitely one of the best. The home was clean and as pictured on line. The pool and lanai were fantastic. Kitchen is well supplied with everything you need. We had a great vacation and will rent this house again.

Beautiful property

This property was a new construction, and the layout, furnishings, and outside areas were delightful. The kitchen was super well equipped, and everything was immaculate. The lanai was huge, and a delightful place to hang out. Will gladly return and highly recommend. The manager was very helpful throughout our stay.

Fantastic stay!

This was such a beautiful home! Very clean and lots of space for the family! It was beautifully decorated and had every amenity you could possible think of! There were awesome extras like beach chairs, umbrellas, and even sand toys for the kids! It was a very easy drive to Fort Myers Beach. We spent a lot of time relaxing by the pool and enjoying the quietness of the location! Both the owner and property manager were so kind and easy to get ahold of if we had any questions! We can’t wait to return!

Ocean Kiss is Amazing

Ocean Kiss is one of the few homes we have stayed at that is even better than advertised. As beautiful as the pictures are, the home is even better in person. Clean, bright, wonderfully furnished and appointed. It has everything you need for a stress free getaway. Dealing with the owner and onsite check in was seamless. We will be back soon and often. Well done!!!!

Excellent Hospitality - the Best of VRBO

My family visited Nadine's home in December of 2022. Our experience was positive from the very beginning, at the time of booking. Nadine was very communicative, and she was fast to respond to all of my questions. We then later feared damage from Hurricane Ian was going to derail the trip, but Nadine worked hard to get the place back in order, giving us updates a long the way. My family (myself, wife, and two girls 3/7) all thoroughly enjoyed the house and property. Nadine's place is the BEST of VRBO, reflecting a hospitality that used to be more common but is quite rare these days. Specifically, I favor renting homes that are actually used and enjoyed by the owner / owner's families. This is evident when there are things like GREAT toys for young children, and the house has everything you would need - because the owner is actually using it for him/herself and family as well. That is what you will find at this home! Not only does the home feel brand new in cleanliness and quality, it just feels like HOME. I am so thankful to have found this listing, and I wish Nadine and her family the very best. Nadine: you are the type of owner / host who makes renting from others a pleasure. Best regards, Will J.

calm, quiet and collective

This was by far the nicest house we've ever stayed at - and we've been to a few nice ones. Very roomy, airy, modern and with beach-house style decor - it was perfect. We felt right at home, the neighbourhood is quiet and the next door neighbour was friendly. The pool is a good size and the garden setting with the little hut on the canal - so peaceful. Not a single thing was missing and we would love to go back...tomorrow!!

Clean, clean, clean! Just as pictured!

Anja the property manager and Nadine the host were very kind and easy to work with. The house is very well equipped and organized! Close to everything and my family. We will definitely be staying again soon!

Best rental we have ever stayed!

This stay was by far the best rental we have stayed at to date. More than you can imagine. Fully stocked kitchen with all the spices you will ever need. Lots of pool toys and floats! The house was amazing without flaws. Everything functioned as it should. The outdoor space was amazing, the hot tub and heated pool were just what we needed. The covered dock was a nice peaceful additional space to enjoy. The property manager was by far the friendliest we have ever encountered. We had no issues and everyone was very accommodating regarding a canceled flight and an additional night stay. A nice touch was a gift card we were presented with at check in. We booked a quite lengthy stay and it was very much appreciated. The house is nicely located in a quiet neighborhood with easy access to restaurants and shopping. We come to Cape Coral regularly and we would definitely book this location again without question.
