We had a great family vacation. This house is located in a great location between Jacksonville and St Augustine. We felt like we had our own private beach. The house is spacious and comfortable. Love the screened in porch and beach front view.

Summer delight

We have been doing a family vacation for about 5 years. Everyone in our family including kids say this was the best family vacation we have done. The location is great with nice restaurants close by. Close to St Augustine which is great one day visit. The beach access and view from the house was amazing. The house set up and cleanliness was perfect. The air conditioner worked great. The communication with the host was excellent. She stayed in touch and responded to all questions in a very timely manner. She also was prompt to respond to our request to check on some jewelry my daughter left at the house and arranged for return. No problems at all on this vacation. Will definitely come back and would recommend to anyone. Could not have been a better vacation.

Wonderful home on the most beautiful beach! Everything we needed was available and lovely. The screen porch overlooks the ocean and very accessible to the beach. Kitchen, bedrooms, and living spaces were fully equipped with everything to make our vacation amazing. The owner was super helpful and attentive. Highly recommend this great VRBO!

Wonderful Beach Getaway!

We had an amazing time at this beautiful beach house! The home was very clean and the beds were comfortable. We were able to enjoy and relax right away. Private beach.The location is fantastic, close to St. Augustine so we could easily explore the historic sites and great restaurants. A great place for our entire family.Our host was incredibly communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. Wonderful experience and will definitely be back!

Amazing beach front luxury!!

We cannot say enough great things about our stay at this property! The home is stylish and comfortable and fit our whole family and the beach is pristine! You feel like you’re in your own private resort! We love the fact that we felt like we were away from it all, but all the conveniences were a couple of minutes Instacart and Uber eats. We are already looking for stays for next year. This will definitely become a family tradition!

Awesome stay with an incredible view

The property was very well kept with tons of amenities. The hostess was super responsive and ensured we had the perfect vacation. There is a screen room on the back that gives a great view of the ocean and at hightide you are literally just feet away from the water. We would definitely stay again.

Gorgeous Oceanfront!!!

This was the perfect spot for our annual family/friends beach vacation. It sits right on the ocean!!! Comfy beds, well stocked kitchen, and an awesome screened in back porch.

Great Beach Weekend

Beautiful home right on the beach. The number of beds makes the place great for larger groups, and we enjoyed spending time on the back porch listening to the ocean. Plenty of nice restaurants nearby with additional option of a short drive into historic downtown St. Augustine. Suzete was responsive, helpful, and very accommodating. Would absolutely recommend staying at this property.

Players Championship Weekend

I stayed at this property with 10 of my friends during the week of The Players Championship. The hose was in incredible shape and the beachfront location is tough to beat. 15 minutes from St. Augustin and 30 minutes from Ponte Vedra, this is the perfect place to relax on the beach and cruise into town for a night out. Suzette was an amazing host and if we ever go back down to the Players we hope to be able to stay here again.

Christmas week 2022

Beautiful oceanfront home! Lots of space for our kids and grandkids. We had to make the space young kid friendly upstairs but other than that it met our needs. The week warmed up which allowed us to use the screened in porch for a few days as well! The decor was very pretty and furniture comfortable. Kitchen had all the supplies needed for cooking and eating in. Even a crockpot brand instant pot which was awesome. Plus a small toaster oven and air fryer. With only one oven all of that was super helpful! The view was perfect and ocean waves were close in high tide- lulled you to sleep at night when timing was right! A favorite spot to sit and drink coffee, chat, or read was at the kitchen high top table surrounded by sliding doors looking out over the ocean - a great place to watch sunrise. We also appreciated the beach towels, starter dish soap, toilet paper, salt/pepper, things like that. The sand was a beautiful bronze color much of the time and when the tide went out, there were loads of shells. We would highly recommend a stay at this home. Suzette was a wonderful host and very easy to work with and responsive to any questions we had.

This was a GREAT vacation property! The property manager reached out at check in to ensure we were all set. And anytime we had a question, she was very responsive! The view. The beach. The location to St. Augustine. All of it was perfect!

Perfect family vacation!

This is a beautiful property, right on the beach. This part of the beach is very quiet and almost gives the impression that you have your own private beach. 12 of our family members stayed here ranging in ages from 13 to 83. Everyone was stunned with the beauty of the house, the incredible equipped kitchen and wet bar, the comfortable bedrooms and easy access to the beach. We had several activities planned while in St. Augustine, but enjoyed the house and beach so much, we found ourselves just wanting to stay at the beach house. We made memories for a lifetime! The host was amazing to work with; easy communication, rapid response time to any question or request, and very friendly. The family all said that they want to come back to Ponte Vedra, and to stay at this property. Thanks for making our vacation so special!

Gorgeous and relaxing vacation

My adult children and I stayed for a king weekend. The house is absolutely gorgeous amd relaxing. Kitchen is extremely well stocked with everything needed to prepare and serve meals. Beds and furniture were very comfy. Plenty of space to have privacy when wanted and hang out together when wanted. Beach views incredible and easy to access. Just walk down the steps to the beach. TVs were awesome in every room. We very much enjoyed our stay. Host was extremely easy to communicate with and helped solve a slight problem we had quickly. Totally would stay here again. Five star!!

Great views and a very clean home

Love this place. My son just turned 16 so I decided to give him a relaxing spot to kick back and relax. The home was a perfect fit for myself and my family….it was very cleaned and spacious. I was impressed that Suzette checked in on us to see how the check in experience was. Thank you for hosting such a beautiful home. I would definitely recommend this home to family and friends.

Ocean's Reach

Castillo de Aquarena was a wonderful home to us during our weekend visit to go to the UGA/FL game. We had booked a home months in advance that ended up double booking us the day before we were to arrive. We had to jump on VRBO to find another home and couldn't believe this beautiful home was available. We often stay in VRBO's because we travel with our 2 year old and it is just more comfortable and more accommodating for us to have a house. This house was the perfect fit for us. It was very, very clean, it had a large open living room area, the large outdoor screened in porch was perfect to play with our child on while enjoying the views and sounds of the ocean. The ocean is practically within reach off the back deck and was it was so awesome to be so close to it. The property is in a serene part of town and is particularly quiet. It had all of the amenities you could ever want, comfortable bedding, and adequate towels and linens for our stay. It was a super easy check-in and check-out experience. We loved our stay here and hope you will check it out too! It is definitely worth it!

Highly recommend!

The house is beautiful! We had a immediate family get together with 5 of our adult children. It had everything we needed and the view was amazing! The property manager was the best! Would highly recommend staying here. Worth the money to make great memories.
