We have another vacation property (vrbo #2490390) in Park City, Utah; a 4 bdrm Cabin, located in an exclusive ski/golf resort called Promontory; please take a look at it by clicking the link below 'All My Rental Listings'.

The Eastern Sierra has been called a photographer's dream. John Muir loved it and explored it; the legendary photographer, Ansel Adams, made it famous! A truly, beautiful location in Mammoth; there is no other resort that equals Snowcreek for open space, privacy, and views. In the Spring & Summer the grassy areas and planters are beautifully maintained.

SNOWCREEK ONE is right on Mammoth Creek with tall, mature Pine & Aspen trees; you can hear the creek when the windows are open. You will be just steps from Mammoth Creek; the Snowcreek Meadow Preserve IS your backyard. From the upstairs balcony and the downstairs deck, you look out over the Meadow to an unobstructed view of The Sierras. I do believe you will love our little hamlet as much as we do!

The Master Bedroom has a beautiful, King bed with a Westin/'Heavenly' mattress. The Master bath has a large, granite vanity and a separate area for the shower & jacuzzi tub. The second bedroom has a Queen bed with a TempurPedic Mattress. Modern entertainment features & Flat Screens complete both bedrooms.

Upstairs the Living Room has two Leather Couches, two large Armchairs and a Wooden Sled Table & Large Flat screen. The new Trestle Dining Table seats 8-10. The kitchen is newly remodeled with all new stainless-steel appliances, including a large Sub-Zero Refrigerator, Dacor glass-top range and Dacor Convection oven. New cabinetry and granite counter-tops complete the fully-stocked kitchen.

In the cozy, third-story Loft, there is a Queen bed with a new Westin/'Heavenly' mattress. It is beautifully decorated just like the rest of the condo.

Ski, Bike, Hike, Fish, Golf, Relax... surrounded by the Amazing Sierras! Rainbow Falls, Devil's Postpile, Lake Mary, The Minarets', Banner & Ritter Mnts. and a scenic 38 mile drive over the Tioga Pass to the East Gate of Yosemite...you can easily do all this and more in Mammoth Lakes!

Perfect location with good proximity to our favorite hiking trails! We timed our trip just right to appreciate the beautiful Sierra ablaze with autumn colors. The view from the main living area is even more stunning than pictured, and the decor is that of a warm, cozy cabin. Having the grassy area and the golden meadow nearby was a surprising bonus. Thank you, Mark for your kind hospitality!

Felt Like Home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your home in Mammoth. This home is clean, comfortable, and very well stocked. It had just enough amenities to make our stay convenient and comfortable without feeling cluttered. The view was fantastic and even though it is in a complex, it still felt private. We couldn't have asked for more, and if given the opportunity, will definitely stay there again. Thank you!

Girls weekend!

Snowcreek is the best place to stay and this condo was perfect for our group! View is phenomenal!Had everything we needed …whether making morning coffee and meals, playing games at the table or sitting around telling stories and laughing. We didn’t watch tv so I don’t have an opinion on that. The furnace individual settings and heated bathroom tile floors were amazing! Easy check in, great communication. Will definitely stay again! Thank you!

Great spot to stay would recommend.

Excellent place to stay, cannot walk to slopes but that is ok. Only complaint is that property states it sleeps 8 but only 6 are in actual beds. The sofa bed in living area technically sleeps the last 2 but as you would imagine, sofa bed is not the most comfortable no matter where it's located. My suggestion would be to put two bunks upstairs, perhaps a single over double arrangement for at least one of them. Then everyone could have a bed to sleep in. We also tried to follow the instructions for turning off heated floors, but couldn't figure out how to turn them off. Otherwise great place to stay.

Ski week President’s Day 2025

Perfect spot for the family 2 adults and 2 teens. Lots of space for us to spread out! Fireplace and hot tub close by made for extra fun. Heated bathroom floors were a hit! Easy to get to free bus to village and lodges. We had a great time. Mark was quick to reply to any questions before trip and during.

Awesome Mammoth Trip

Really enjoyed our stay. Great communication with the owner. FYI firewood is not provided so if you plan to use the fireplace plan accordingly. Otherwise the place is great.

Annual family Mammoth trip 2025

Pre-Christmas ski weekend in Mammoth

We enjoyed our stay the condo in the Snowcreek development. The condo was well equipped and priced right for its amenities. You do have to share parking (no designated parking), so it is first come first serve. I really liked the location with its proximity to The Stove restaurant (favorite breakfast haunt), and was a relatively short drive to Chair 15 parking lot.

Perfect Home in Mammoth Lakes

I can’t say enough great things about this home and the owner. Very attentive to our questions and needs. The home is secluded with spectacular views and yet less than 10 minutes from all that Mammoth Lakes has to offer. Everything was in perfect working order and very nicely decorated. This home made for the perfect getaway for us and another couple.

Home is in nice location along Mammoth creek. Plenty of supplies in kitchen and bathrooms. Only suggestion would be to include some fans for warm nights.

Great Condo Poor Internet

The beautiful house decor and location was as described. But we were very frustrated that the internet never worked even after rebooting and unplugging the router numerous times. Those on Verizon couldn’t even get calls in or out in the condo. The door lock was frustrating at times once inside. Both bathrooms are on the level where the bedrooms are located (lower level). If someone stays in the loft on third level, they must go down two flights of stairs. Not a problem if you don’t get up at night.

Great place for families!

This was the perfect spot for our family for our annual trip to mammoth. The place was clean, well decorated, and had all the amenities you would need for cooking and entertainment. It was located near all the shops, markets, and restaurants in Mammoth as well. Also, it was at the edge of the complex so the creek with open space and trails, with beautiful views, was literally outside the back patio. The only drawbacks for us (and this is more personal taste) is that the interior lights were dim and there was no way to brighten them. Also, the electronic key pad to the front door could be frustrating at times due to the layout of the keypad. Overall, we loved our stay here and would come back again. And the owner was great and kind throughout the entire process. He wanted to make sure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable!

Perfect Space and Location

The property was exactly as advertised. It was more than enough space for 3 of us and room for entertaining other family members for dinner each evening. It was clean, convenient and comfortable.

We chose Snowcreek One because of the open space included in the development and it's one of a kind location on Snowcreek Meadow/Preserve. The property we choose has unobstructed views of Mammoth Mnt. & The Sherwin Range. The grounds are beautiful and the owner's don't mind paying high Assoc. fees in order to keep it that way. In our opinion, Snowcreek One is the best location in Mammoth Lakes....very hard to beat!
