Your holiday house consists of 2 floors, 1 room, is 65 sqm and can accommodate up to 4 persons. Smoking is not permitted inside the rooms. On colder days your holiday house can be heated with central heating (gas, wood/coal). Heated bathroom floors. The entrance is ground level and leads directly in the living room/bedroom with doors to all rooms. Bathroom door available

You have access to the terrace (together with common room) with garden furniture, 1 table, 4 chairs, 2 sunloungers and parasol. Cooking nook in the living room / bedroom with dinette, dishwasher, electric cooker (ceramic stove top, 4 plates), oven, exhaust hood, refrigerator (freezer), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and electric water boiler. The dinette offers space for 8 persons. Bathroom with shower, 1 washbasin, WC, hairdryer and window.
Top floor: Gallery in the living room / bedroom with lounge.
In addition, your holiday house is equipped with WLAN- internet access, toys, baby bed and high chair for children. TV or radio channel can be received per satellite.

Gustow. The holiday home is located on a 3000 sqm enclosed garden plot with lawn, flowers, shrubs and trees. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The house is not suitable for youth groups.

The landlord has a dog and a cat. Parking on the property.
