The view is great, the location is near everything you want to do, and the unit itself is very comfortable. Will stay there again

This room was nice with a great view of the ocean, located perfectly with so options for food and access to everything you would want. Beach service was also wonderful. Pool was located in the parking lot in front of the building which was ok but a little unusual. Very clean property as well. Would recommend again. My only advice would be to update the couch and the flooring in the bedroom.

First time visitors

Great location. Loved the condo. Enjoyed proximity to the beach, restaurants and shopping. Destin shows tourists a great time.

Beautiful Beach Rental w GREAT views!!!!

The word PERFECT describes this rental best. The unit was BEAUTIFUL, steps from the water, and close to great restaurants!!! It was super easy to check in/out. This made for a perfect getaway to recharge and ENJOY God’s creation. We will definitely stay here again!

Wonderful view!

We have rented many Destin condos, most of them on the beach, over the past 30 years. This unit has the best view, one of the reasons we returned for a second year. Easy drive to our favorite beachside restaurants.

Family in Destin

The condo was nice and neat. Perfect view of the beach and the beach attendants were very nice. Beach chairs need a little TLC. Overall great experience. We will definitely stay again.

Great Location! Great view !

Such a great set up of rooms and bathrooms for a large group or family. Kitchen is super equipped with everything you would need to cook and serve. We always love the separate ice machine.This is the 3rd time we’ve stayed at a Villa Coyaba condo and would do It again! Love thisUnit!

Everything was great, other than the fact that the A/C would only cool 73 on the warm days. Only had two days that outside temps reached upper 70's. Days reaching upper 80's and 90's may be a concern.

Beautiful view, very friendly, very clean!!

This was a very nice property for our vacation. As soon as you walked in, you could smell the cleanliness. It was a nice size with all the amenities we needed for meals. Would definitely stay here again. (slight problem with living room TV, but did not watch much anyway - only issue, could not connect to wifi). Thank you for a wonderful vacation!!!

Beautiful Condo!

My wife and I took a last minute “babymoon” and I could not have been more pleased. Our condo, like all on this property, faced directly on the beach. The view was amazing, the property was very quiet, and the walk to the beach was short. Highly recommended!

What a view!

We were all very happy with the property as it was clean and had everything we needed in the kitchen. Because it was a corner property we had added windows and the view was spectacular! Absolutely loved sitting out on the balcony looking at the gulf and just listening to the water. Having the beach outside our door was wonderful and we found our place to be peaceful and beautiful! Would definitely love to stay here again!

Second stay at Crystal Sands

There are amazing views from the balcony. The condo was very clean with everything you might need in the kitchen. Plenty of room for the two of us. Four people could easily stay here. Bed space for up to six, but only 1 shower.... The beach is clean and absolutely beautiful!! This condo is far enough away from the more crowded, harbor, area of Destin. Quiet neighborhood close to Walmart, Publix, and multiple other shopping options. The waterfront restaurants on the bay are an easy 10-15 minute drive. We definitely plan to stay at Crystal Sands again in the future.

Nice, no frills condo

We love the location and the private beach with beach service was great. The condo is a bit older, but clean and comfortable. The view and steps to the beach were the best part. Hallway bunk beds were surprisingly comfortable. We pulled out the sofa bed to look and it was terrible like most are. The condo is in desperate need of hooks to hang towels and swimsuits. Beach service is only from 9-5, that would have been nice to know ahead of time so we could have brought our own chairs to sit on the beach in the evening.

Nice accommodations and great view, but seriously lacking in amenities.

For those traveling to this location by vehicle, who could bring extra paper towels, toilet paper, salt and pepper with them, it would have been great. For those traveling by air, one toilet paper for each restroom, with 4 women for 1 week, is hardly sufficient, nor is having 1 cheap roll of paper towels. The basic condiments such as salt, pepper, maybe some sugar packets would have been nice as well.

Jill, We unfortunately do not leave anything edible in our rentals as it could become a hazard to others or small children. As stated in the guest portal we do only provide a starter set of soaps and paper products. Thank you for your review and for choosing Ocean Reef Resorts.

Won’t be back

I really had high hopes for Crystal Sands, but it just fell short. It smelled SO musty when we arrived and the smell never really went away. The half bath toilet barely flushed or didn’t flush at all, which was MAJORLY inconvenient. We had to wait 45 minutes after we went to flush it. I am a highly educated person, and it took four of us to figure out how to open the dryer. The door was put on backwards, which made it difficult to use. We stayed a few places down the road last month and we love the area, but this felt so much like a motel. There was no broom, so there was no way to sweep up any sand brought in from the beach. We were excited about the corner unit, but that corner faces a parking lot. I travel a lot and write lots of reviews. This just wasn’t a good experience.
