The Gulf views are certainly something to marvel at as well, as they seem to stretch for miles! Pull up a chair, sit back, and watch the waves roll in. Whip up a meal in the fully equipped kitchen, adorned with granite counters and stainless-steel appliances. You will find that the breakfast bar is long enough to accommodate five people in total and fit a large (and tasty!) spread. If you are the lucky one who sleeps in the master bedroom, you will love the en-suite bathroom complete with a dual granite vanity.

Then, there are the amenities. Soak up some sun at the pool, or head to the beach and sink down into the powder-soft sand. After a long day of travel, there is nothing like relaxing in the hot tub. Great Family Vacation

We found the property to be well kept and enjoyed the proximity to the beach. The beach attendant was helpful and we enjoyed having our beach chairs and umbrella set up and ready for us each day. The kitchen was well stocked and all utilities worked well. The bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean. Only issue was the outside noise from the street. I don’t think this is the fault of the property manager, just the busyness of the Destin area during this time of year. Also, we had a leak from the ceiling of the unit and called the number given at check in. The answering service said the property manager had left for the day and we would need to wait until the morning. My daughter had already slipped and fallen on the puddle of water (which is how it was discovered) and we didn’t want to be emptying a bucket throughout the night or the property to be damaged. So we took it upon ourselves to go upstairs to the unto above and determined their washer had flooded the hallway in their unit, resulting in the leak. Once they were able to contain the water, the leak stopped. Had we not communicated with the neighbors above, or had they not returned quickly to clean it up, the damage could have been much worse. We found it to be unacceptable that we were told to wait until the next day for a leak of that degree where a stream of water was steadily coming through. I don’t know if this is an issue with the property manager or the answering service.

Great stay, until housekeeping barged in on us an hr before our checkout time

Our trip was a success, and we only had one complaint. On the day of our checkout at 9 am mind you, housekeeping decided to ring our doorbell and proceed to walk in without permission. We told them that our checkout time is at 9 am and why are you an hour early. They apologized and I guess forgot they already came to our room. 30 mins later, housekeeping walked into our room again, and that's when we became annoyed. I give our stay 7 out of 10, only due to housekeeping coming in our room on 2 separate occasions, and that was the only thing that would have made our trip perfect.

Nice but over the top too strict with ridiculous rules

Dryer burnt several pieces of clothing. Parking pass and voucher for umbrella and chairs were not in room. Security aka deputy dog is over the top ridiculously strict. Everything else was amazing.

Noisy upstairs neighbors

The location of this condo was great however the family renting above us all week with 4 young kids got up every morning at 06:45am and ran back and forth slamming doors. So much for a relaxing vacation and sleeping in. They didn't leave a beach chair and umbrella voucher so had to play the email and text game for 2 days before they would allow us to get our chairs on the beach. Would have been nice to have them the first day we arrived but with out the voucher they told us they couldn't do anything even though there were multiple chairs not being used all day. They are included with your rental so they should have been available to us the first day. Our check out was at 0900am our last day and the cleaning lady came barging in at 07:45 am and scared my daughter. Happened again at 0800am so we decided to just leave and hour early. I thought it was extremely rude considering that we couldn't check into the property on our first day until exactly 4pm unless you want to pay $60.00 extra to enter one hour early. We left our place spotless so I know it was available by 10am for the following family to check early and enjoy the day.

Super nice condo

This condo was so nice and very clean. Had a huge pantry closet to store a lot of our food and the huge island was nice as well. The views from this condo were amazing and beach access was very convenient. Highly recommend this condo.

Destin Memories

Our family travels to Florida once a year. Between Siesta Key and Destin love the Gulf with its white sand. This property was very nice right on the beach, great view, roomy, everything you need for a relaxing getaway! Thanks!

Slice of Paradise

The location of the condo was perfect, and the view was even better! There were 5 of us (3 adults, 2 teenage boys) and there was plenty of space for us. We were even blessed to be able to sit and watch dolphins play from the balcony. The only negative thing is number of towels, but even more so washcloths. We had to do laundry daily just to be able to take showers. I would definitely stay here again.

Little slice of heaven

We absolutely loved this property! The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The location was superb! It wasn’t crowded on the private beach AND they gave us 2 chairs and an umbrella for the duration of our stay. The only con was the water pressure wasn’t great, but that would not stop us from staying here again.

Amazing property

This property was amazing. We had a couple bad encounters with the owner of the building. He was rude on more than one occasion, got in my face on the pool deck for having my one year old chilDs juice and a seltzer when we were checking on my husband and other kids swimming. He told me to get the drinks off his pool deck right this second and if I didn’t follow his rules I would be kicked off his property. Other than that the condo was amazing and the view was breathtaking. One thing that needs to be better is there were no wash clothes for the kitchen and the dryer left black marks on our clothing. Other than that I would definitely stay here again!!!

2021 Hurricane Grace Vacation

Hurricane Grace was hitting Louisiana on the day we were arriving in Destin. It was known a week ahead of time that Destin and other areas would be getting a lot of rainfall and that the ocean wouldn’t be accessible for most of our stay. I contacted property management prior to our stay to see if we could change our dates. I was told that we were within our 30 day timeframe of arrival so basically there was nothing that could be done. At this point all monies had been paid so what would it have hurt for them to have a heart and just work with us on another date a few weeks out. Needless to say I won’t book with them again. We arrived on Sunday and left the next morning. The weather was beyond awful and it was the worst vacation ever.

Nice but needs a little help

Condo was nice and clean. Needs some updating. Blinds would not stay open, resulting in view being blocked. No extra blankets at all. Extra pillows, but no pillowcases. Also VERY few towels. One handtowel per bathroom is unacceptable, along with two washcloths total.

Amazing view

Picture perfect. The condo, the view from the balcony. We had the deck doors open to enjoy the sounds of the waves whenever we weren’t at the picturesque private beach.
