Welcome to Pelican’s Perch at Seaside Beach & Racquet Club, a beautifully updated beach front three-bedroom and two-bathroom corner condo, with a breathtaking panoramic view of the Gulf. Enjoy the sound of the waves crashing from the ultra-private wrap around balcony. Over 1,080 square feet of living space to call your own personal paradise on the beach.

• 3BR/2BA (sleeps 8) Beach Front Condo including: Master bedroom with a King size bed, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, and a sliding glass door to the beach front balcony. The two additional bedrooms: one with a queen size bed with an en-suite bathroom (additional access to the bathroom from the hallway). The second bedroom is equipped with two twin size beds.
• Updated kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and equipped for your enjoyable stay.
• The Living room includes a queen size sleeper sofa. The dining room comfortably sits 6 and the extended kitchen island offers 4 additional dinning stools.
• Every room is equipped with a flat screen TV, offering cable and DVD capabilities.
• The living room and bedrooms have ceiling fans for added comfort.
• The wrap around balcony has new patio furniture ready for you to sit back and enjoy the Gulf view. (The sunsets are breathtaking)
• This seventh-floor unit has easy elevator access.
• 24-hour security patrol is provided and the complex grounds are very well maintained. The breeze ways are well spaced and easy to maneuver the complimentary carts provided for your luggage or groceries. The carts are stored under the stairs near the elevators. The carts are not allowed inside the condo.
• This unit offers a washer and dryer.
• FREE Wireless Internet.
• The bathrooms are equipped with complimentary ‘hotel startup amenities’ for your convenience.
• Condo Amenities include: 2 outdoor pools, 1 indoor heated pool, an exercise room, a sauna, a steam room, outdoor BBQ’s, shuffle board and four tennis courts (please bring your own racquet & balls). Boardwalks to the beach have outdoor shower stations. Beach chair/umbrella rentals are offered through Perdido Beach Service.
• Seaside Beach & Racquet Club is conveniently located by an array of restaurants, grocery stores, and popular entertainment venues.
• This unit is authorized parking for two vehicles. Parking passes are $50 per vehicle for your entire stay and can be purchased at the security booth upon arrival.
• No smoking, pets or parties are allowed. **The complex will be repairing walkways and balconies from 07/14-11/30, you may hear noise from the repairs during this time. We apologize for any noise & inconvenience it may cause during this time**

Great location and great view

This condo has a great view especially since it is on the end. Great location and within walking distance to restaurants, shopping, and entertainment that my teenage boys loved.

Orange beach

This was an amazing vacation. Easiest access to the beach with our 4 kids of all our beach vacations. Also great access to restaurants. Host was very nice and easy to reach and responded quickly. We will be coming back!!

Beautiful property and location

Our family had a wonderful and restful beach vacation last week at your property. We loved the extended beach views, since the condo was on the end of the building directly facing the ocean. It had been several years since we stayed at Seaside Beach & Racquet Club and we were very pleased with the interior re-modeling and upscale appliances. Adventure Island has always been a favorite for putt-putt, arcade games and the go-cart track- it was very convenient being right across the street!

Nice Condo - Great View

The condo was beautiful and thoughtfully decorated. While there were a few signs of normal wear and tear, nothing took away from the overall experience. We especially loved that it was an end unit in Building 3—it felt like we had our own private pool and easy, nearly private access to the beach. The main pool was often crowded, but the one in front of our building was much quieter, which we really appreciated. Being at the end of the building also gave us convenient access to a second beach entrance just steps away. The beds are on the firm side, which is great if you prefer that, and the air conditioning in the primary bedroom kept things very cool. A few of the towels seemed a bit worn and could probably use replacing. Overall, we had a great stay and would definitely consider returning!

Perfect for handicap accessibility

We had a large party and our child is wheelchair bound. This condo fit us comfortably and we had the roll in shower and space necessary to accommodate our child. We loved how easy everything was, that never happens!

Family Vacation

The location of the condo is great! The kitchen is fully stocked and a good size fridge. And the large balcony makes for a beautiful view. But unfortunately, we were not completely happy with our stay. The cleanliness of the overall condo, especially the bedding needs improvement. The master bed is very uncomfortable. And the master shower could also use updating.

Beautiful Ocean View

It was our first time in Gulf Shores area. Condo had great view of the beach. The outdoor pool was below our balcony, and it was very nice. We had a group of 7 and we didn't feel cramped. The elevator near our unit was out of service the last few days we were there, but that was not the fault of the owner. They responded quickly to our messages while we were there. The coffee pot was cracked when we got there, so we bought a replacement which they said they will reimburse us for (not a big deal either way). The master bath mirror came loose when we were cleaning up on our final day. It just needed to be reattached with a screwdriver (which we did not have). All in all we were happy with this property.

great for the price

a great little recently renovated corner condo right on the beach. the little things bothered us such as loose shower handles and other little details. over all we did enjoy ourselves and the only reason i'm giving a 3 star instead 4 is bc the manager contacted me to replace drapes over a stain the cleaning crew couldn't get out. honestly we might have caused the stain ( i have no clue) but i thought it was weird to be contacted and asked to pay direct to them bc no property has ever done that before if we booked through agency. we purchased damage coverage so i told them it would have to be claimed through vrbo so that i could be reimbursed and i haven't heard anything else about it. besides that it was a pleasant stay

Great Unit , needs some Cleaning attention and kitchen attention .

This end unit has wonderful views but was not clean at all . To start the trip we were locked in for a few hours due to a lock that wouldn’t work on the front door . The manager seemed to be surprised about the faulty lock .Come to find out , that was the 3rd weekend in a row someone had to be called out to fix it . Two of the three bedrooms had hair in the beds and blood on one set of sheets , open soft drinks in refrigerator, and tooth paste splatter all over the mirrors . The mattresses in the twin room and master room have seen better days , my dad had to sleep on the couch . The owners are very nice and made things right for us , big props on that . You do have to pay $30 for parking per car , never heard of that before . Hopefully the owners will work out their kinks and deduct $60 from the listed price for parking .

My review

This place was perfect. Very comfortable. Easy access from elevator which was a plus for us since my husband has trouble walking. The only thing is, we had no toilet paper, and our lavatory was slow draining , but a trip to the store quickly eliminated that problem. Furniture was very comfy. Loved the place.

Lovely Vacation

The pictures just don’t do this condo justice. It was way prettier then the pictures show. Being able to walk out on the patio and see the beach is the best part. As well as being able to leave the sliding door open during the night to listen to the waves. It has direct access to the beach which is great. When we arrived the condo was spotless. Looked like it was just recently renovated. I loved how there were a washer and dryer to wash our bathing suits and dry our towels. Overall, we had the best time and we will be staying at this condo again!

Family Vacation

This was a trip for my mother. She had been through treatment. This was award for her fight. She was diagnosed with cancer during the pandemic. This hasn’t been an easy battle. This condo was everything it said it was. It’s was spot on the pictures. The owners so friendly and quick response. This was our first time staying. We would return to same location again. Thank you again for allowing us to stay.

Perfect Laid-Back Beach Location!

Craig & Lori have a wonderful property to stay at for a relaxing vacation in Orange Beach! First off, their unit is at the end of the building, right by the elevator and stairs which make it really convenient. This location also gives you a wrap around balcony and windows/sliding glass doors on the oceanfront side which gives you beautiful views! The furniture on the balcony is also really comfortable and I loved sitting on it every morning with my coffee and every evening with the sunset and beautiful breeze. The three bedrooms were fantastic for all of us to have our own little space. The tv’s and roku in each room made it convenient as well. The updates that they’ve done to the condo make it much more comfortable and pretty! The front loading stackable washer and dryer meant we got to go home with clean clothes which was fantastic. They obviously care about their property as it shows in their upkeep of the rooms. The variety of pools came in handy and we used all three. I like the laid-back atmosphere of Orange Beach more than the crowded hustle and bustle of Gulf Shores, however, anything you could want is just minutes away by car! We rented a pontoon boat and jet skies and had a blast. I would definitely stay here again!
