Accommodations: Condo, 3 Bedrooms (s), 2 King and 1 queen and 1 twin, queen Air Mattress, Sleeps 8-10 people. New Mattress for all three bedrooms.

Stop searching! you have just found the perfect accommodations for your Vacation. You will love this unit. The Enclave features 9 foot ceilings, crown molding. Over 1800 square feet including deck.

The Gulf front master suite has a king-size bed, Flat Screen 39 inch TV. The master bath features a double vanity, walk-in closet, linen closet, a Jacuzzi tub, separate shower. The second suite has a King-size bed, Flat Screen 39 inch TV and a large bath with closet, Tub/Shower. The third suite has a Queen bed, Twin Bed, adjoining bath with shower and Flat Screen 32 inchTV. The living area has a 65" inch Flat screen smart TV. The complete kitchen with all major appliances, silverware and dishes. Wet bar, full-size washer and dryer in unit, iron & board and vacuum. Bring your laptop, free high speed wireless internet.

Outdoor Grills for those nights you just want to stay in and relax.

The Enclave is directly across the street from Wal-mart, Winn Dixie grocery store, shopping and restaurants. Just walk across the street for groceries, dining and fun!

The Enclave only has 69 Units. Privately owned. No waiting for elevator.

Enjoy the quite peace on the 10th floor. Perfect view of the ocean.

A little worn but nice

We had 8 with us and really only beds for 7. Has a cot with air mattress but grandson didn’t like it so had to sleep on couch. A little short for his 6’2” height. Ice maker at bar had dirt and sand in it but we were able to clean it and use ice from fridge instead. Nice view of gulf.

Terrible parking availability

The Enclave parking lot is absolutely terrible You are allowed 2 parking tags BUT NOT GUARANTEED A SPOT … THEY DO NOT HAVE SPOTS AVAILABLE FOR 2 PASSES PER UNIT WE HAD TO PAY TO PARK ACOSS THE HIGHWAY… until someone leaves the condo .. the security guard that gives you the tag recommends you don’t leave the property once you arrive… otherwise condo was very nice

Perfect stay right on the beach!!

This property was exactly as described!! Beautiful and very clean. Beds were super comfortable and the condo had all kinds of extra amenities. The walk to the beach was super close too!!

The stay was amazing! Prefect location with an easy walk to the beach. Never had any issues with the elevators and the condo was large and beautiful! It exceeded my expectations!

Great location,nice condo

The condo was very clean and just as pictured online. The view from the balcony was amazing. The pool was nice and we used it quite a bit with our grandkids. One major problem: NO PARKING! It's advertised as two parking spots per condo. That is an outright lie. There are 70 condo spaces and 70 parking spots. They give everyone two passes, so it's a scramble everyday to try to park if you go anywhere. We had to pay to park at another location, spending 200 to have our car a block away from us.That was stressful with two very young children to take everywhere.

Another year , another great experience

We have stayed here for several summer vacation trips over the years and the it have never disappointed. Another great experience on our summer vacation this year. Highly recommend it.

Awesome condo in great location!

Very clean and well equipped condo that had grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping across the street. Most of the condo appeared newly renovated; the bathrooms were incredible. If we return to Orange Beach this will be our first choice.

Weekend Getaway

We had such a great weekend…was too short though. This condo was well decorated and clean. We were close to everything…groceries, souvenirs, restaurants and ice cream. Beach staff was professional and helpful. The owner was very responsive and accommodating. We will book again…hopefully sooner rather than later.

Clean and up to date.

We had a group of moms and daughters for this trip. Condo was lovely, well stocked and clean. Everything worked as expected. Balcony is a little small for the number that it sleeps but other than that no complaints. We enjoyed this condo and would stay here again.

Nice condo, but very modest amenities

We had 5 adults staying at the condo. Very nice location and beach was beautiful. Wonderful views from the balcony. One of the beds needs a new mattress as it was sagging in the middle. The master suite needs new sheets as the fitted one would not stay on the mattress. Very few extras, which are not required but always appreciated, including kitchen towels ( only had 2), no towels for beach or pool. Parking was a big concern as it is not guaranteed and we were there for The Sands in My Boots concert and it was very busy. I reached out to the property manager about this but received no reply. We ended up not using our vehicle and ubering or walking everywhere because of this.

The unit was great but we had an issue with the clothes dryer. The owner did her very best to have it repaired. We had no trouble parking but in busier times I see that it would be hard. When we left today people were parked on the curbside. Overflow parking needs to be added at no charge to renters

The Enclave is wonderful! Beach is fantastic - best of all, you can leave your chairs and tent on the beach overnight. Room #1003 was decorated wonderfully; was clean and well-maintained; had a few supplies to get you started before running to the store and we had a lot of space. Great views of the beach and lots of wildlife. The owner and rental company responded quickly to all emails and telephone calls. The location is central to grocery stores; the Orange Beach Marina; restaurants and tourist entertainment. Only 4 miles from the Florida line. I would definitely rent this unit again. NO COMPLAINTS HERE!

Nice condo; parking is a problem

This condo is very nice, accommodates 10 guests, roomy enough for my family of 8 adults. They simply don't have enough parking spots available for the amount of units. Some people will have to leave their vehicles across the street at a hotel parking lot and pay extra for that. We were first advised to drive around the parking lot and wait for others to leave then take their spots; that is not my idea of a fun way to spend time on vacation. Although the owner allowed us to use her owner's parking spot for one of our vehicles, we still had difficulties finding a spot for the other vehicle. This building has 2 elevators, we were lucky that at all times at least one was working!

Pros FOR ANYONE *Great views from balcony *Great location *Condo was clean *Condo was exactly as depicted in pictures *Host was very easy to work with and responsive both prior to and during our stay Pros FOR WHEELCHAIR USERS: *Fast elevator access *Zero step entry to condo *Nice boardwalk to beach if you have a beach wheelchair *3 accessible parking spots Cons: FOR WHEELCHAIR USERS: *Condo was listed as “wheelchair accessible”. For anyone in a wheelchair looking to rent, please be advised the doorways to two of the bathrooms were not wide enough for a wheelchair to go through. The (second bedroom) bathroom was wide enough but the actual toilet and bathtub/shower combo were through a second door and there was not enough room for a wheelchair to get by the toilet to the tub. *Beds are extremely high for someone needing to transfer from a wheelchair. *Very difficult for someone in a wheelchair to use sinks. *The threshold out to the balcony is too high for someone to access the balcony in an electric chair. My husband is in a manual chair and was able to get on the balcony by popping a wheelie over the threshold. *Pool is listed as wheelchair accessible, but there is no lift. It’s a zero entry pool but for someone who cannot walk and doesn’t have a “water chair” that isn’t very helpful. Overall this is a nice place to stay for able-bodied individuals. The host gave us suggestions to try and accommodate the bathroom situation which was appreciated!

Everything was great just bring towels and blankets

We really loved this property. We stay at the Enclave several times a year. This was our most favorite to date. The beds were comfortable, it was clean, it was easy to access even being on the top floor. It looks like it was recently updated and was very nice. My only complaint ( and it’s a small one that I wouldn’t have had if I would have known) is there aren’t many towels for how big the unit is and how many people it accommodates. I would recommend bringing extra. There are not any extra blankets and the bedding is comfortable but thin, so if anyone gets cold at night bring some extra blankets. There are plenty of extra pillows in most of the closets. The kitchen is very basic for easy meals not for someone that likes to cook a 3 course fine dining meal. HA! They have beach toys, a few chairs, and a tent which is something I really appreciated. This accommodated 6 teens, 2 adults, 1 baby so comfortably. My next statements are not about the unit it’s self but about the building- they are building a new pool - which means you should check to see when is will be up and running if that is something important to you (we don’t use the pool much)-and the construction has caused us to have to do a detour and access ramp that causes you to walk around the fence. It is not horrible, but not convenient either. If you have smaller children that are old enough to walk to the beach unsupervised, but not old enough to go across the street unaccompanied this can pose a problem. It’s dangerous when it is busy on the street and where you cross on to the ramp is so close to the street you need to be careful. The parking is often an issue but we had absolutely no problems this trip. The parking lot is small and if you leave you may not get one when coming back during a busier season. We would stay in this unit again no question!

We love the fact that it only had 69 units. That means no crowed elevators. No crowed pools. We fell in love with this unit after looking at several properties in Orange Beach. Large Balcony over looking the Beach.

No crowed elevators or pools. We love the location. You can just walk across the street for groceries and shopping. Short distance to some of the best fine dining Restaurants.
