Welcome to one of the most beautiful properties within the private gated community of Wai’Ula’Ula at Mauna Kea resort!

This upstairs unit, facing out onto the west coast of Hawaii affords a true 180 degree of the Kona coast. One of the most stunning views within the property; gorgeous views of the ocean during the day and especially at sunset from the west facing lanai. The entire design of the property “pulls” you out onto the lanai where you can enjoy everything from your own “happy hour”, a sunset dinner, or just to enjoy the beautiful scenery of the North Kohala coast!

Beautifully decorated and appointed, this three-bedroom, three-bathroom unit (two master king suites and one dual queen room) has a true Hawaiian “feel”, along with granite counter tops and Wolf & SubZero appliances.

Staying here you have access to all the amenities of the Wai’Ula’ Ula property: a clubhouse and amenity center with its own fitness center, infinity pool, keiki (children’s) pool, spa, recreational pavilion with meeting room and an outdoor BBQ area.

Beaches close to the Wai’Ula’Ula property (Mauna Kea & Hapuna) are two of the most beautiful beaches in all of the Hawaii Islands, being frequently written up in Conde Nast & Travel & Leisure. By staying at the Wai’Ula’Ula at Mauna Kea property, you also have the ability to purchase access to both the Mauna Kea and Westin Hapuna resorts, and their respective golf courses. Access to a truly remarkable time on the big island of Hawaii!!

April 2024 to November 2024 the Mauna Kea will be enhancing their hotel. They are still open. Full beach and optional resort amenity access still available for purchase. The Westin Hapuna Golf Course remains open, while the Mauna Kea course is getting a make-over.

We absolutely loved staying in this condo! The location was ideal, the rooms were so roomy and comfortable, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Having the hot tub and pool just steps away was such a bonus—but what we loved most were the sunsets on the lanai. Every evening, we couldn’t wait to be home in time to watch them. We’ll definitely be back! Donna was great to work with

This is an outstanding property matching the description. The views from the lanai are amazing. Location offers easy access to the resort area north of Kona and nearby beaches. The property is set up for entertainment and relaxation. This is by far the best equipped kitchen in any rental home we have used. Donna is a world class property manager. Her communication and personal attention was excellent and highly valued. Special thanks for Donna’s assistance during check in process when our flights were delayed a day and we had trouble finding the property late at night. Our family highly recommends this property and would stay again if in the area.

Our favorite place

We love staying at this condo. It gives our family plenty of space and has everything we need. After spending a day at the beach we love coming back to the condo to relax and get some rest. Thank you for another great stay and we look forward to coming back!

Best of Both Worlds

Being able to stay at this gorgeous condo in the middle of a beautiful property with amazing views, while also having access two incredible resorts made this a vacation to remember! We would definitely stay here again!

Fantastic experience!!

If what you wanna do is golf, scuba dive, relax, eat fish, and hang out then I can’t recommend this place highly enough. Quiet location with all of those things nearby. We would definitely recommend it to anyone and hope to come back whenever possible.

Fabulous!

We had a wonderful time at this condo. The accommodations were perfect for us and another couple! The views were magnificent and location perfect! Lots of whale watching from our deck! We used the community pool and workout facility but also utilized the Hapuna and Mauna Kea frequently. Donna was great to work with and always got back to me quickly if I had a question. I would wholeheartedly recommend this condo for your Hawaii vacation and I would definitely come back!

Kona stay

This property is one of the better I’ve ever stayed at if you like cooking and entertaining the kitchen was one of the best it had everything you needed, and the quality of the items were outstanding. I can’t say enough about this property. In my opinion it’s worth every penny Not only that three of the five nights we stayed. I saw the best sunsets I’ve ever seen from their deck.

The most stunning condo

This condo is absolutely stunning, clean, and fully equipped with anything you may need from beach gear to kitchen equipment. The view is more beautiful than what the pictures show, the beds are very comfortable, and Donna was very attentive and helpful.

Perfection

Condo was well stocked, had everything you could possibly need. Beds very comfortable. View incredible. Close to everything you may need. Mauna Kea best beach in the world. Calm waters , great snorkeling. Beautiful waterfalls on the other side of the island if you want a change of pace. Planning next years trip here already.

Luxury in paradise

We had high expectations for our stay and they were all met! Upscale, spacious, clean, comfortable furniture, great kitchen, beautiful views. We paid for Mauna Kea resort access and loved the convenience of coming and going and not worrying about finding public parking. The boogie boards, cooler and sand toys were wonderful for our trips to the beach. Thank you so much for the memories!

Perfect Vacation Spot!

This condo was absolutely perfect. The property manager was extremely responsive and made the check in/out process seamless. This location cannot be beat and the house was equipped with everything we needed. Very comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen to make meals every day, along with beach toys for the kids. We will definitely be back and will stay at this condo again. Thank you!

The View!!

The condo was by far the nicest and most well appointed property we have experienced. The kitchen was so well equipped that it reminded us of home. Communication with Donna was excellent. The fantastic view was icing on the cake.

Mauna Kea getaway

Stayed a week with family and friends ( 6 of us). We have stayed many times at the Mauna Kea Hotel and this was just perfect for our small group to enjoy all of the amenities of the hotel yet be able to cook some of our meals as well. The condo was spotless and decorated beautifully, with Comfortable beds and furniture. I love it when there are condiments ,etc. in the kitchen as well extra bonus. We already plan to come back and hopefully for a longer stay. We will miss the beautiful sunsets from the lanai. Thank You!

Beautiful spacious condo in quiet neighborhood

We visited Kona for the 2023 IronMan. Although the location is a bit of a drive to get to the town of Kona, it was a welcome reprieve to come back to after a busy day sightseeing. The Kitchen has everything you could possibly need to make a meal. Beautiful sunsets on the Lanai. We enjoyed the pool, and workout room. They were just a short walk away from the condo. We would defiently book this condo again!

Beautiful property

Everything was great. This is a beautiful property and was set up so thoughtfully. The condo had everything needed that make our stay enjoyable and efficient and everything was in good condition. Very close driving distance to Hapuna Bay and Mauna Kea Resort. Grocery stores are about a 15 minute drive. I would totally stay here again.

Beautiful Villa with wonderful view

We thoroughly enjoyed our well appointed villa that overlooked the Kona Coast and Pacific Ocean. This peaceful retreat is great for adults or families; close to the ocean and to great golfing. Would absolutely stay here again.

Absolutely Amazing!

The online pictures of this property looked too good to be true, but this unit, and its views were even better in person. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need to cook family-size meals. It really was a home-away-from-home. There wasn’t one thing about our stay that I would critique.

Gorgeous views

Unit is beautifully decorated, clean and spacious for our family of 6 adults and 2 young children. Parking is easy. Unit has option to pay $165 more per day to have access to both Hapuna and Mauna Kea resort facilities, beach and pool chairs, golf discounts, parking at resorts etc. It is worth that for our family. We enjoy using both resorts chairs, golf discount and parking. Plus you get charging privileges at resorts for drinks, food, retail which makes things easy or too easy lol. Unit has own community pool and workout room which are very nice if you do not want to buy into the resort package.
