The Space:
Your home away from home, this newly renovated home has a space for everyone in the family. Open floor space, multi level beautifully designed family room with 55 inch TV and indoor fire place. Living room with designate work area and reading nook. Modern fully equip kitchen with a 48 bottle wine cooler for the chef or wine aficionado in the family. Huge backyard with space for kids to run and play, patio area for the perfect BBQ, chairs and outdoor games for the family to make unforgettable memories. Added bonus included in the booking, 2 level fully equip basement studio, with queen bed, sofa bed, 43 in Tv, full kitchen, bathroom, designated work area and breakfast nook.

The Neighborhood:
Located in the Sherwood Forrest neighborhood, super safe, family oriented community. Great place to go for a walk or run, nice little nature trails minutes away from the house. Lots of wildlife, don't be surprise to encounter one of the friendly local deer's. Neighbors are super friendly and there's always kids playing on the streets.

Getting Around:
Easily accessible from Randolph road, just turn on Sherwood Forrest dr and make a left on Beaumont Rd.

Interaction with Guests:
Self check in with keypad, we provide the code 1 day before your check in. I am readily available via what's app, text or call. I am 15 mins away incase of any emergency's.

This house was fully stocked, and every little detail was attended to. Everything was clean, comfortable, and it was phenomenal having two kitchens. Every room had all the little extras and everything just felt great.

This was our second consecutive year staying at this home. My family flew in from Dallas, TX for the weekend to attend a Washington Commanders football game. We invited our friends from Atlanta to join us this year for the weekend. We all had an enjoyable time, plenty of space for both families. The house was very clean and pleasant. We will most likely reserve it again for our trip next year!Everyone

Terps Hoops Weekend

Spacious and well equipped, comfortable beds. Our group of 7 had plenty of room to relax. Hosts are responsive, friendly and very helpful. Quiet neighborhood, plenty of parking for a large group. Definitely recommend this property and look forwrd to staying again in the future.

A Perfect Property for a Special Celebration

We rented this property for our a small gathering and sleepover for our daughter and her friends to celebrate her Sweet 16. The property was perfect - immaculate with multiple entertaining spaces for games, movies, karaoke, as well as a fire pit (which was a big hit). All of the beds were comfortable; amenities and supplies were ample, and bedrooms were spacious enough for sharing. Communication with Emile in preparation for our trip was top notch. He was extraordinarily responsive (even when I accidentally flipped a breaker (lol)), kind, and considerate. He even left an unexpected surprise for my daughterā€™s celebration when we checked in. I couldnā€™t recommend this property more - we didnā€™t want to leave! If youā€™re considering it, itā€™s worth the cost.

Fantastic place to stay for multi-generation family stay

Five night stay during February school vacation week (from New England). Stayed with my two daughters, one son in law, and 5 grand kids (2 girls and 4 boys) aged 8-17, with a third daughter, husband, and new born baby girl who visited, living nearby in Silver Spring.The place served as a home base to visit visit the Mall and Smithsonian attractions, National Zoo, and National Aquarium in Baltimo, all easy drives.Everyone was amazed and loved the rental, with lots of spaces to hang out in, plenty of showers, a large dining room table to eat with everyone together (11 people), and loads of fun for the kids with an outdoor fir pit, air hockey, magnetic foosball, Pak-Man game, Pop-corn maker, and reclining sofa in basement to watch Wicked together. The boys had the basement apartment for them selves to be boys, without hearing them. The relatively small kitchen square table was perfect to piece together a 1,000 piece puzzle of Washington DC, which entertained everybody for 12 hours of bonding.Other amenities were amazing with a very well stocked kitchen that could accommodate 11 guest without needing the extra paper plates cups, or plasticware that I put alone.Neighborhood seemed super nice with neighbors walking lots of dogs, always a good sign. We had an especially unseasonably cold week, but in better weather, my daughter live in locally said there were lots of great walks to do around the area, incredibly safe.

Beautiful, clean, and big!

The house was immaculately prepared for my group - every possible amenity we could have needed was ready and available. My group was 8 guys and there were plenty of beds and sofas available for everyone. The space is huge and thereā€™s a ton of separate rooms for hanging out together or away. Lots of quiet spaces away from the main hubs if needed. The neighborhood is great, nice, and quiet. Everything was just as promised and the owners were incredibly responsive to all my questions. 100% five stars!

Family Time

We had a wonderful time staying at this VRBO property. The house was spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, within an easy driving distance to the soccer complex and many restaurants. The hosts were very friendly and helpful, and they provided us with great recommendations for things to do in the area. We would definitely recommend this property to others and would love to stay here again in the future. Wonderful Home

This home was delightfully beautiful. All of the small details they left didnā€™t go unnoticed down to the shampoo and conditioner and cute bathroom jars with hairties. Out teens loved the downstairs ā€œapartment, my elderly mother sat and watched the deer in the yard daily, my little one enjoyed walks on the safe street and the playroom. The linens were so comfy I ordered some for my own home! I loved the coffee bar and the kitchen was gorgeous. It was a short easy drive to the metro to all things DC but also tons of restaurants and things to do around the house. We found an apple orchard not far and went into Bethesdaā€™ one day. It was all around one of the best places we have stayed

Great house!

This was a great house for a family vacation. We were a multi-generational family with a grandma, 2 parents, 2 teenagers, and 2 toddlers. The house was perfect for us. Lots of space for everyone. Nice little perks were kitchen stocked with some food, bathrooms supplied with toiletries, etc. location was great for what we wanted, including a trip to the zoo, the childrenā€™s science museum, some shopping, etc. I would highly recommend renting this house. We will definitely make this a repeat rental next year.

We had a great stay at this lovely home. The neighborhood is beautiful and convenient to the locations we visited in Maryland. The home is spacious and inviting, as well as, close to grocery stores and the like. The owner is easy to work with as well!

Lovely home

Beautiful home with plenty of space, gorgeous modern renovations, Everything we needed. Nice, quiet neighborhood. The only complaint I can think of is if you turn the air conditioner up to cool off the top floor, the basement is freezing so we put The family members down there that love to be cold while they sleep! Would stay here again! Great location

Fantastic Stay!

Our stay at this beautifully renovated home was fantastic from start to finish. Accessing the home was easy, the neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, everything was super clean, the amenities were really fun for the adults and the teenagers (PacMan, popcorn machine, air hockey, Alexa, corn hole, board games), the kitchen was well stocked, the welcome box added a really nice touch, and the owner/manager was responsive and helpful. Having four bathrooms/showers was a real plus. We plan to be back soon!

Overall Nice Rental

The house was very clean and well kept. We had everything we needed, from linens to towels to napkins to q-tips! The neighborhood was very nice for walking and the location was a good proximity to all the restaurants, stores and activities we had planned.

We loved this house for our family get together outside DC. The photos are very nice but the house in reality is even nicer! Very clean and spacious with great amenities, canā€™t recommend this place enough!

Multigenerational Family Holiday Vacation

The property was perfect for my family. It readily handled an age range from 2-93 years old. It was clean, spacious, well equipped. I really appreciated the air purifiers as we are a very careful family.

Beautiful Property

The house was easy to find and easy to access. The house very spacious and accommodating. We took mixed families and it was large enough for everyone to have their own space. It was very clean. They provided everything from sauces, water, soap, laundry soap, paper towels, and some snacks.
