Hello Julz, I am very sorry the cleanliness of the house was not up to your standards. We are investigating what happened with the cleaners. We offered to send another cleaning crew as soon as we were told there was a problem (which we were not aware of until the second day). We take this issue very seriously and will communicate each and every one of your concerns with our cleaning crew so that it doesn't happen again. We always do tours of the property with folks before or after booking so they know exactly what they are getting. It seems most of your concerns had to do with the appliances. I have noted your concerns and we are currently in the process of checking on them. Unfortunately, we were not made aware of these issues during your stay or we could have done something about them. As for the beds, we do indicate to every renter that we don’t have beds for 20 people and make it very clear when they book. For your stay, we were able to purchase additional beds and offer rollaways. Unfortunately, the delivery date was something we could not control and we understand it was an inconvenience. We arranged for rollaway beds at our own costs. Thank you for sharing your concerns with us, and we will make sure to address them as quickly as possible.
