2 Bedroom, (3 beds, one in a common area) 2 bath, remodeled barn home.

Pearl Acres is located on the out skirts of Walla Walla with 5 of the top Wineries within 1 mile. At Pearl Acres you will find an array of animals located on the property. You can fish at two rivers within walking distance, watch the turkey and deer out in the front pasture and sit on the patio furniture and enjoy the view. You can enjoy a walk to the Historic Whitman Mission and view the best sunsets in the valley.

Pearl Acres is a ranch setting, with your backdoor opening into a barn. Out in the barn you will be greeted by horses that love to eat the treats you feed them!

The home is a remodeled barn that boasts 2 full bedrooms and two large baths. Washer/dryer, office space with a sit stand computer desk, hand made bar and dƩcor. You will be provided fluffy towels, clean bedding, and hopefully everything that you need to be comfortable!

Home accommodates two couples comfortably and up to six guests.

Brand new appliances, TV, WIFI, and outdoor patio set. Large dining room table sits up to 6 people.

We are dog friendly and have a small, fenced area for your pup to safely stay. There is a $50 per dog fee (two dogs max unless prior approval) that will be sent to you after reservations have been made. This is per stay not per night. All dogs must be kenneled if you are not with them at the property. You will be responsible for any additional cleaning fee necessary associated with your pet. If you have any questions about this please let me know!!!

Our host was very responsive and helpful. Our dogs were happy with a large common space to relax and play in. The fenced yard was also a great space for them. We really enjoyed our time visiting in the house as well as in the town of Walla Walla.

The Pearl Acres Farmhouse is a great property. The main floor kitchen/living/bathroom is well appointed in the necessities for a weekend stay. The bedrooms and second bathroom upstairs were very comfortable. The horses in the attached stables were friendly and loved the attention...the same is true of the dogs who host the property.This is a rental we will certainly try to grab again for our bi-annual wine trips to Walla Walla.

Absolutely LOVED our stay at Pearl Acres Farmhouse. All communication and instructions were extremely clear. Our hosts Brooke and Dale (along with their wonderful dogs) greeted us and made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. They even let us borrow a pie plate and rolling pin and shared fresh tomatoes and peaches with us! Great location to explore the Walla Walla area and to enjoy the local vineyards. Oh, loved meeting their horses too! Would plan another trip to Walla Walla just to stay at Pearl Acres again!

The place exceeded our expectations. Larger than the pics shoes. All we had to bring was us and food. Great country atmosphere. Dale and Brooke are great. Will stay there again.

Your Home Away From Home!

This property has everything you need- It has a well stocked kitchen, bathroom toiletries if you forget anything (shampoo, dryer, etc.), 2 bedrooms and a loft bed, a desk and office chair, 2 full bathrooms, a large kitchen, coffee bar, and cozy living room space with large TV and plenty of room for couch lounging after a long day out and about! Also, beds are comfy, temperature was perfect, and bathroom towels are actually fluffy and soft!Above all of the logisitics, the hosts (Brooke and Dale) are fantastic! So warm and welcoming, super dog friendly, and really care about your experience while staying at their property! We had wine and the BEST cookies waiting for us at check in and little details (like extra dog supplies) were an impressive touch. The property is gorgeous, dogs and horses friendly (I really didn't want to leave my new horse friends), and close enough for a good walk to the Whitman Mission Heritage stop with the family and pup. We come to Walla Walla at least once per year and will 100% be looking into their property for our next stay. 10/10, highly recommend!!!

Perfect Pooch Place

In Walla Walla for our nieceā€™s wedding and had a wonderful stay at Pearl Acres on a working farm. Loved the accommodations and how welcoming it was for our dog. The fenced in yard was a huge bonus! And the humans really enjoyed the welcome bottle of wine and cookies! Nice touches everywhereā€¦ would stay here again.

Quiet Country location

We just LOVED Pearl Acres! The space was clean, and open, and very well stocked. The hosts were just wonderful - very warm and welcoming. And the property is beautiful - vistas everywhere and a barn where we could feed the horses! We loved visiting wineries and town and then returning to this serene, relaxing home. We will definitely return to Pearl Acres!

Brooke was a wonderful host for our weekend trip to Walla Walla. The space is super clean and comfortable, perfect for the 4 of us (2 couples). The location is ideal, on a quiet peaceful road thatā€™s nice for walking but also close enough to town to be very convenient. We loved the property, the horses and the dogs. Highly recommended!!!

close in country getaway

great property in the country but close to the city, easy 10 minute drive into town and convenient to west side and south side wineries. Great hosts, very accomodating, sweet dogs and horses. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely return again.

Great place! Enjoyed the outdoor dining area on a very nice April weekend. Kitchen is well equipped and thereā€™s plenty of seating around the dining table. Hosts were very responsive and checkin instructions were very clear and easy!
