The house is partially accessible to people with reduced mobility. A bedroom with its bathroom is accessible on the first floor without stairs.
Barbecue, Billiards and Terrace are available!
House ideally located between Reims and Épernay to taste Champagne and discover our beautiful region!
House rented for the weekend (Friday to Sunday) and possibly additional weekdays.
In the summer and during the school holidays, long weekend rentals will be preferred.
On the first floor:

-A terrace to gather with barbecue and deckchair available
-Possibility to park in the courtyard in front of the house

- slow charging socket available at a price of 28 euro cents per KWH
Out of respect for the neighborhood, parties are not allowed. Renting for family gatherings will be strongly preferred rather than for overly festive gatherings between young adults. Bachelor or bachelorette parties are prohibited.
Traveler Access:
You have access to the entire house except the basement.
HOUSE RULES
An inventory of fixtures will be made at the beginning and at the end of the rental. In the absence of an inventory of fixtures and/or inventory at the end of the rental or if the lessee alone establishes the inventory of fixtures, the absence of a dispute by the lessor within 48 hours of the end of the rental will be deemed to be the return of the premises in good condition and/or a complete inventory.
OBLIGATION OF THE LESSEE:
The tenant will peacefully use the rented accommodation and the furniture and equipment. Out of respect for the neighbourhood, parties, bachelor or bachelorette parties, or noisy meetings are strictly prohibited. A sound level meter has been installed to inform you of any noise exceedance and to invite you to lower the noise.
For the same reasons, it is forbidden to shout or play music outside. Meals or exchanges on the terrace must be done in peace.
In the event of a problem, we reserve the right to exclude tenants.
The lessee will respect the number of people who can enter the premises (16 people) corresponding to the number of beds. No guests or unregistered visitors are allowed.
The safety and supervision of children is your full and absolute responsibility
The lessee may not object to the visit of the premises if the lessor requests it.
The lessee will be responsible for any damage and losses that may occur during the term of the lease which he has exclusive enjoyment.
In case of bad weather (rain, thunderstorms, etc.), please make sure to close the patio umbrellas and store them safely to prevent them from breaking. The same goes for outdoor cushions
The lessee will maintain the accommodation and return it in a good state of cleanliness and rental repairs at the end of the rental. If objects are damaged or missing, the lessor may claim their replacement value. The lessee undertakes to inform of any damage or breakage of furniture or equipment.
The cleaning fee does not exempt you from selective sorting (yellow bin on Sunday evening, green bin on Wednesday evening) nor does it exempt you from tidying up and washing dishes, cleaning tables, emptying bins, emptying the dishwasher before departure, leaving the kitchen, bathrooms and toilets clean.
Sheets, pillowcases and duvet covers must be removed and grouped
