Divine LOCATION!! A great share property for friends or family! Lovely, sunlit, charming gathering spot!! We do WINTER Rentals, just ask for rate! The yard is private, peaceful and fenced!! So perfect for kids or pets! Quiet tucked away neighborhood where kids can ride bikes and pets can be walked to beach! This cottage is quintessential Newport with charm galore and a perfectly maintained. This delightful 1910 standalone cottage is a quick walk to Easton's Beach and the world-famous Cliff Walk! Location! Location! Grab an early morning coffee and enjoy the majestic views from the Cliff Walk or the Esplanade before heading to the beach! Quick walk to second beach too and very close to all downtown Newport has to offer! Shopping, dining and the active bar scene and world famous dining! Lovely area! "At Last" has the charm of old New England with modern amenities and new furnishings! This house is delightful and charming with a private yard for grilling, entertaining, pets and kids. The yard is fenced in and has a sweet garden/privacy hedge surrounding it, making it perfect for those lazy summer days and nights. (there is also an outdoor shower, but not enclosed) Private and quiet location! Sip cocktails on the back deck which has seating for 8, while watching the kids play in the sweet, garden accented backyard. You will find both the king and queen bedrooms are on the second floor, with the bathroom located on the first. (please make note that the stairs are the steep ship stairs- aware with young children and older adults). The king-sized bedroom is large and sunlit and there is enough room to set up and air mattress if needed for kids or guests. You will find a smart TV also located in the king-sized bedroom. The queen size bedroom is charming and delightful with under the bed drawers and a large mirror. Both bedrooms have new mattresses (which we have received many compliments on) and furnishings. In the hallway between the two bedrooms there is a vanity makeup area and some extra space. You will find the cottage fully stocked with beach chairs, towels, gas grill, wine glasses, and two TV's with Fire stick remotes. (One TV in the large bedroom and the second is located in the living room). The sofa is a queen pull-out (please bring sheets if you plan to use) for an overnight guest or 2. We are dog friendly with a small fee.. Laundry and AC window units! Unbeatable location! Divine cottage! Parking for 3 cars, or more depending on their size. Come spend a week at "At Last"! Very close to the activities in downtown Newport too. Will consider monthly rentals during winter season, just ask for pricing! We have had many parents of St. George's and Salve book for sports season to come and enjoy their kids competing! Ask for winter pricing! Truly a lovely and quiet place that will not disappoint! PETS OK, laundry and private yard with lovely garden. Many repeat guests who rave about this place!! Come enjoy! Come watch your St George's kids in the sports season's as this place is a stone's throw away!!

Great stay! House was very clean and exactly as described in the listing. The fenced in yard was a huge plus with dogs and kids and getting into Newport was a breeze.

This property is a great location for proximity to St. George’s school, Middletown shops, first and second beach, and the cliff walk. It is on a very cute street and has a private patio/garden. I will say that the stairs to the second floor are very steep and the only bathroom is on the ground floor so you have to navigate those stairs to use the restroom from the bedrooms. Otherwise, it is a great place to stay. We would rent again!

College drop off weekend!

We had a wonderful stay on a cold January weekend. This home was cozy and warm with a perfect location in a quaint New England neighborhood. Great location and a short distance to center of Newport. I would recommend this property for your your next stay.

Wonderful location, fantastic yard/outdoor space

This home exceeded expectations. The yard was so perfectly private (and fenced even for our tiny Yorkie) in a quaint and quiet neighborhood. Proximity to Newport and Middletown beaches was just right. Wi-Fi and amenities were perfect. Fantastic time and can’t wait to go back!!

Great hosts, wonderful location

I have nothing but good things to say about the managers of this property. They were so communicative and responsive to our requests. The house is very charming and well located. We stayed with our 6 year old daughter and she really enjoyed the beautiful garden. Close to beaches and attractions in Newport, very well located.

Cute place, in great location

Wonderful stay, the beds were comfortable, kitchen was well equipped, living room and deck area had comfy furniture. Very clean. Lots of hot water, and clean towels. Location is in walking distance of restaurants. Nice quiet neighborhood. I could live here :)

Charming!

We had a wonderful stay. Cottage was very charming and comfortable. We loved the deck and private yard. It was so quaint with all the flowers. Our pup was also very happy here. The location is wonderful. Short drive to Second Beach, which we really appreciated and also nice evening walk to Clementine’s ice-cream.. multiple times. Thank you for the stay!

Peace and quiet

Lisa was very responsive. House was great for two adult friends as we each had our own room with a big bed. Lovely garden area and nice deck for eating outside. Beautiful decor that felt coastal without being cliche. Was too far to walk to First Beach with our gear, but could be nice in cooler months. Really quiet neighborhood.
