Family friendly Mountain Retreat in Arrowhead Village with Panoramic Sunset Views and an abundance of Natural Light, Two Outdoor Decks, Two King Master Suites and Kids' Paradise Bunkroom. Convenient hot tub 100 feet from house. Year-round heated pool and second hot tub at Arrowhead base. Snowshoe and Cross Country Trails are 50 yards away. Abundance of Hiking/Biking Trails within walking distance. Tennis Courts, Clay and Hard courts and pickle ball courts at the Arrowhead Tennis Center. Country Club of the Rockies golf course is a 5 minute walk. Check with your club pro for reciprocity.

Ideal floor plan for multiple families features: (2) King Master Suites (1) Queen Bedroom (1) Large "Kids Paradise" Bunk room with two twin over double bunk beds that sleeps six. With designer mountain decor you will have all of amenities of a resort, including WIFI and Central Air Conditioning. Our two large decks are great for catching sunsets or grilling and dining out. Enjoy our private home as it were yours. We pride ourselves in keeping a well- maintained home with all of the upgrades and being fully stocked for a turnkey vacations. Our private end-of-street location complete with sledding hill is ideal for the kids while you watch from inside cozied up by the fireplace. The spacious kitchen with bar area provides views while preparing your meals and the adjacent dining area seats eight. The large upstairs master bedroom suite has amazing open space views, complete with desk and French doors leading to a deck. Master also has jetted jacuzzi bath, large walk-in double shower and large custom walk-in closet.

Enjoy the exclusive amenities of Arrowhead Village at Beaver Creek Mountain. This gated community includes clay and hard court tennis courts, pickle ball courts, hiking and biking trails an outdoor heated community pool, outdoor fire pit, the Vista Restaurant and more all within walking distance. Our community hot tub is just 100 feet from our front door. The town of Edwards and Avon are less than 2 miles away with lots of options for shopping, and dining. Bike and walking trails to both towns are easily accessible from the home. The Arrowhead ski shuttle for homeowners and guest will take you to the base of Beaver Creek and Bachelor Gulch.

Beautiful Home and Location!

We were thrilled with the large and clean home that accommodated two families easily. Bedrooms are quite spacious, and the common spaces were large and comfortable. We enjoyed using the shuttle service to arrowhead and being able to ski over to Beaver Creak from there. We would definitely come back and stay here again!

Spacious Arrowhead Home

We very much enjoyed this home for a family ski vacation. The house is clean and spacious and the kitchen well stocked with cookware. Easily shared between two families (including 6 kids ranging from 6-13 years old). The Arrowhead shuttle was a lifesaver - seamless and provided quick access to the base of Arrowhead. Jen was easily accessible, kind, and helpful during our stay. Would definitely return the next time we’re in Colorado!

New Years Ski Trip

This property was spacious and clean and accommodated our group nicely, which consisted of two families which included 5 teenagers. The location provided easy access to skiing. The shuttle picked us up every morning right at our front door and dropped us off right at the Arrowbahn lift. The questions we asked during our stay were promptly answered. Communication of the hosts was exceptional! Highly recommend this property!

Awesome property!

The house was amazing! Less than 2 min to the Arrowhead base lift, 5 min to Beaver Creek base drop off. Couldn't have asked for a better location for our ski vacation. We had 8 family members staying and had more than enough room for everyone. The kids loved the bunk room! Jen and Bryan were easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again!

family fun at arrowhead

our group was composed of my wife's two brothers and their families and our family. there were ten adults staying at the property and four adults and an infant and toddler staying at my daughters apartment in eagle/vail. we would all gather at the property during the day and for dinner and evening. it was able to accommodate everyone. the kitchen is well furnished and we ate three of the four night at the property. skiing at arrowhead is very nice and not crazy but allows you to ski all of beaver creek giving you the best of both. i got lots of thumbs up for finding and securing this property for our family get together. 👍

Beautiful home, great location

Our family of 4 and 5 friends stayed here for Spring Break. The house was fully equipped with everything we could have needed. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the 4 boys enjoyed the bunk room. The shuttle to lift literally picked us up in the driveway. Communication with owners was great. We would definitely come back.

Wonderful property

This house was perfect for our group with an elderly grandmother and 4 teenagers. Grandma stayed upstairs, where she had plenty of room and a safe walk-in shower. The two couples and the teenagers stayed downstairs, where we were able to keep the temperature lower without freezing mom. House was very clean, well stocked with plenty of extra blankets, pillows and towels. Kids bunk room was spacious. Communication with homeowners was terrific. Arrowhead Condo

Many positives about the property; open main floor, well equipped kitchen, TVs everywhere, resort shuttle makes getting to the ski lifts easy. The bedrooms and beds were comfortable with plenty of spare blankets and pillows. The walk to the hot tub could be treacherous, but the equipped robes made the journey easier. The garage with heater made stowing ski and boarding gear easy. We had both a keypad and remotes to open the doors, so access was easy. Highly recommend.

Great house, great neighborhood

This is a very nice house - large rooms, yet very cozy and warm. Beautiful master bedroom and bath. Great living/dining/ kitchen area. We rented for a month in the summer. It was a bit warm because it is west facing, but would be great in the winter for ski season.. Main living area and master bedroom are on second floor. Downstairs has a great bunk room and 2 other really nice bedrooms and baths. Enjoyed our stay, and owners were wonderful to work with!

Great Place!

This location is great. It had way more space than we expected. Everyone in our group said they want to stay here again. It will be hard to stay anywhere else for a ski trip. Owners were great to work with. This house played a big part in making our whole trip wonderful.

Lovely Arrowhead Duplex

This was a great property for our family ski trip. The house was very clean, with a nice sized, well equipped kitchen. The floor plan was great for our small group yet can definitely accommodate a larger group. We hosted our other adult children and grandkids (who were staying nearby) for dinner twice during the week. The open floor plan in the large family and dining room was perfect. The master bedroom and bath is spacious with a large walk-in closet that could accommodate a pack n’ play if needed. The two lower level bedrooms - a queen and a king - shared a bath. The beds we used were very comfy. Nice linens throughout. We didn’t use the downstairs bunk room but it was spacious and had two bunks (twin over full beds), plus a fireplace, and looked quite nice with an en-suite bath...would be great for kids or teens. Great location with easy access to the Arrowhead lift. Well maintained, gated community is within a ten minute drive to a variety of dining and shopping options in Edwards and Beaver Creek...easy 20 minute drive to Vail. Compared to other properties in the area, this house was a good value given the square footage and location. We would definitely recommend!

XMAS in Beaver Creek

This property exceeded our families expectations. We had 8 adults with four grandkids and the house was the perfect size. The kitchen (well stocked), dining room and great room all flowed together so everyone could participate in the conversations. It had easy access to the ski areas and Edwards and Avon for shopping. It was very clean and we all loved our stay.

We are a family of 5 and proud parents of triplet 23 year-olds. Our children grew up skiing in Arrowhwead and Beaver Creek. We enjoy the outdoors and spending family time on the mountain. The Arrowhead community offers a private safe and secure location for families with kids to enjoy the abundance of outdoor activities. We have owned the home for many years and the views are as spectacular today as when we first found the home.

O que faz essa propriedade ser única?

It's a beautiful and family friendly private gated community. Kids can play safely outside and parents never need to worry about their safety. The views are beautiful year round and the private door to door ski shuttle service made life very easy especially when it comes to skiing with young children. At the end of the ski day, the children can take the private shuttle service to the home while the adults can apres ski at the base of the mountain or the Vista Restaurant. The sunsets in the summer are beautiful and there are an abundance of activities nearby; shopping, hiking and biking trails, walking trails to town, excellent golf course, tennis and pickle ball courts and more.
